I was told i was approved for a loan from a private lender that is there client. I had to wire money for the the first 8 payments so the lender gets a insurance policy on the loan. Then kenneth and doyle wire the loan into my account and i make the paymenst. I did all that when it came time to get the money they statred saying they were having problems with computers and all kinds of things. So they finally call and say the lender backed out of my deal and say i have to wait for the lenders next billing cycle to get my money back. I wired the money the lender should just wire it back. I am having big problems i dont know where to turn for help i have my lawyer involved but i dont know how much that will help. If anyone can help please call me my wife and i are getting very desperate and now having worse problems that before. Please dont say it i know i was stupid when your back is to the wall you always look for relief.

Thanks
Anthony

You need to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission--you can do that on-line. Also, the Better Business Bureau. And if you actually lost money, file with the FBI. It is all very customer friendly and may not only help you but others as well. They have been temporarily shut down fy the Feds, but you can bet they will be back. Take action now people!

BELOWW IS AN ARTICLE THAT THEY HAVE BEEN SHUT DOWN:

OFIR Shuts Down Fake Detroit Mortgage Company
    February 4, 2010by Michigan RealEstateRama

Category: News || Insurance, Mortgage | 2 CommentsLANSING, MI - February 4, 2010 - (RealEstateRama) — The Office of Financial and Insurance Regulation (OFIR) shut down an operation claiming to be a Detroit-based mortgage company called “Kenneth and Doyle Financial” by ordering it to cease and desist from doing business. OFIR believes that Kenneth, through its website, http://www.kennethdoylefinancial.com, was posing as a legitimate mortgage company in an attempt to steal consumers’ money and identity. The fraudulent company was encouraging customers to apply for loans by providing personal information including social security and financial account numbers.
“OFIR will continue to make it our business to put these fake financial companies out of business, ” OFIR Commissioner Ken Ross said. “This was most likely an advance fee scam, where consumers are lured into paying upfront fees for services they never get in return.”

OFIR contacted Kenneth’s website host and the website has been shut down.

Following numerous consumer complaints, OFIR conducted an investigation and found that Kenneth was not licensed under the state’s Mortgage Brokers, Lenders and Servicers Licensing Act.

To find out if a mortgage company is licensed to do business in the state, consumers can contact OFIR toll-free at 877-999-6442 or visit the agency’s website www.michigan.gov/ofir and click “Who We Regulate.”

To view OFIR’s cease and desist order, visit: http://www.michigan.gov/documents/dleg/Kenneth_C_D_310029_7.pdf

Kenneth and Doyle almost tricked me last week before any complaints were posted. Luckily I did my research and decided they were operating as a classic scam. I also asked them lots of questions they couldn't answer. I did file a complaint with the FTC and BBB. I hope it helped!

The article says the website has been shut down but when I go to the site it seems to still be active.

How can we get that site shut down for good??

They took me and my husband for a ride...I did send them the 820 because we were desperate to pay medical bills for our very sick son for a 5000. loan. When they called the next day David Reynolds said i had to send more money...i got sick to my stomache I knew then that I had been ripped off. OMG what to do know...bills are piling up and not only do I have a sick son...I have a newborn baby at home too...putting pennies together to buy formula and diapers...I can't believe it!!! How do we get our money back???
