Home Building Scam Artist
If you want a New Home Contractor that doesn't know anything about building hire Kent. He's your man. He'll promise you anything even to build your house upside down, just ask him. Get your contract signed, then start hitting you with the upgrades. He won't consider what the original item cost was, just charge you for the upgrade. Don't even thing of finding out what subs he uses or where he is getting his products from, he won't tell you or let you pick out anything except colors. As for getting along with his workers & clients as well as his subs. Don't complain, he is always right. Just ask him. He went Thur 9 girls in his office in one year. As for the subs, many did the work but he would not pay them for one reason of another. Before the final payment, you can bet he will slap a LIEN AND THE FORCLOSE ON YOU for money he did not earn. He will not check the job site as he states nor will he correct any problems you may encounter that were done incorrectly. Kent Morris gives contractors in FL a bad reputation.

If you want a contractor who will not hire good help, cheats you on prices for ad ons, does not check job site or workers, does not pay his subs for work done, and to top that will file a lien and forclose on you house after more than 2 years of construction time for work he has not done nor plans on doing this is the contractor for you. He is allway right, just ask him!
I used Kent Morris to build my house also every thing theabove complaint sead is true times ten. 3 years later I am still in court. I fired him after approx 24 months of slow building practices. I took over the job my selfe and finished in 5 months. hehade given usa time line of 9 months. the up grades are a joke also he is trying to get me to pay extra for the formica counter tops telling me the one I picked out from his list was an upgrade.
