O'neal now writing own pathetic 'support' posts: enjoy kelly 'i'm a thief, so what?' o'neal's fake posts at your leisure: alias 'tim halter' and a slew of fake posters' 'positive' comments about o'neal and his long - running and well - known criminal enterprise are now appearing on this and other complaint websites, a wasted attempt to help change the completely deserved and incredibly bad reputation of design - legacy and its con men owners. It's sad that instead of making restitution to the local artists swindled out of hundreds of thousands of dollars of merchandise, samples and fees, these sleezy 'businessmen' choose to use their time making up fake names and trying to taunt the people they've swindled. P. S. If 'tim halter' exists and he's used o'neal's services, he's a criminal too. . . He's knowingly paying for stolen property and designs and should be prosecuted too.

Obviously Written by a coward. My 20 year history in the Home and Gift Industry precludes any nasty comments you may be able to dream up under this false name and address, Tim.

Thanks to the caring people in this community, your comments are mute.

If anyone has any questions about me or my company, please feel free to call 2147485118 and ask for me personally.

Once again, Kelly O'Steal fails to address any of the legitimate accusations against him on this and other complaint websites. Why is O'Steal so bent out of shape over supposedly false allegations? Why does he fail to account for any of the points made, including stores that now refuse to carry his stolen goods (a few are listed right on this site), former employees who he's swindled, the facts that he's stolen artists' designs and now claims them as his own (when it can be proven that the designs precede his wholesaling them) and that he's been evicted from practically every space he's occupied, including The Quadrangle, The West Village and his Harry Hines warehouse, and that he's also swindled some of the most vulnerable people in society, including an elderly neighbor out of about $10, 000 on the pretext of it being an 'investment' in his scam company (and then asking if he can still swim in her pool)? Go ahead, call O'Steal like he suggests. He'll lie through his teeth to you like he's done to hundreds of others...he's a sociopath and a scam artist. And he doesn't like that so many people are advertising that fact. We don't need to throw around words like 'coward'...the real coward is O'Steal, who cheats and swindles everyone he comes in contact with without conscience or regret.
