TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS! I bought two pairs of shoes from this website on March 26. Two weeks later I had not received any information from them about a shipment. I sent an email to the address listed in my PayPal account. They didn’t respond. I submitted a claim with PayPal. Next thing you know, I got a response from PayPal saying they received a tracking number from the seller. I checked USPS and saw the package had arrived in New York. On 4/24 I received the package. Guess what it was. A frickin’ SPONGE! Yep, a kitchen sponge is what I received in the mail. Of course I reopened a claim today with PayPal indicating that this website is fraudulent. They said they will issue me a full refund. So now I’m going to post negative comments on as many of these complaint sites as possible. The funny thing is, I am normally VERY careful about the websites I use to make purchases from. If the price looks too good to be true I will do a search for customer complaints. Since my order was just over $65 I didn’t really think about doing that search. BIG MISTAKE! However, I will do my best to pound these a-holes into the ground. Here is the name and shipping information I have from my package:
Xiaoya Yang
1-2/F Building C, Xin Rui Industrial Park,
Hou Rui Community, Xi Xiang Street, Bao An District
SHENZHEN GUANGDONG CHINA, 518128
The email address I had from paypal was [protected]@yahoo.com
HEY KELLY-MALL! I’m getting my money back, I made you have to go to the trouble to buy, pay postage for, and ship a frickin’ sponge, and I’m going to be on you until you go down! LOSERS!
For those who have been scammed by this company, make sure you contact PayPal by phone! They will give you your money back. I intend to contact PayPal one more time to reopen my claim because they need to stop doing business with this SCAM artist seller! Their own policies state that they do not tolerate fraudulent activity and yet I have read oodles of complaints about Kelly-Mall, the majority of those people reported their problems to PayPal so there is no excuse for them to be putting others at risk when they KNOW this outfit is a total SCAM! I will report back again when I have more information about this from PayPal.

I purchased 3 pair of shoes (2 Sperry, and 1 Nike) for a total of 107.47 yesterday and today i tried to look at the status of my order and it just says pending, I have no confirmation that my order has been shipped and no tracking number. After looking more in detail at the website i came across all the different complaints from different customers but it was too late. My acct was charged through Pay Pal. I am not sure where to go from here but 107.47 is a little to much not to be upset about. Someone please HELP!

I ordered two pair of shoes from this website never heard anything but they charged my paypal account. I put in a dispute with paypal and then put one in with American Express. After researching I realize this is a fraudulent site. Do not order from them!

I had place an order with this company, first after giving me the final amount, and sending the payment they said some products can't be send to south america. so had to choose new ones, then they just decided to "ship my order" without it being complete.

After that, as I had a credit of $75 chose 2 products and gave them an address in the USA so I don't have to send them any more $ for shipping to south america. Well at the end of the story, they say DHL didin't return (MAGICALLY) my package for ? REASON, and they had to shipped all to the USA address.

So still they owe me like $40 and I needed my products send to ECUADOR as this is where I have my Clothing Boutique.

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY to deal with. No responsibility, at least they should have ASKED me before.

another one that got me is fashion shopping, a cheap shoe site with a site name of http://www.ibuygoodsfeel.info/
Working with Paypal now in the appeal process since they stated I received the shipment with tracking number. Since I am not getting anything else but the original amount of purchase and paypal required me to ship the item back to them with a tracking number, I am hopeful they accept the customs tracking.

I had the same trouble with a similar site www.thstyleshoes.com. Go to PayPal and file a complaint. They will review and refund your money. You have to FILE your COMPLAINT ASAP !

By the way, if you do get scammed, call Paypal and explain. They will refund you immediately. At first I filed a dispute/claim through the Paypal website. I then received an email from Paypal saying that I would need to ship the sponge back. After reading one of the commenters here and how that person had to pay $13.50 to ship the sponge back to China, I was like umm no that is not fair! So I called Paypal to explain that it wouldn't be fair especially since I really shouldn't need to ship a sponge that I had never ordered to a country different from what the website claimed the company was located in. Screw that! Besides, I threw that sponge away not realizing it was a scam associated with the order I had placed for my shoes. Luckily as soon as I said to the Paypal rep that I had received a sponge, the rep stopped me and said that I didn't need to say anymore and would get a refund and would not need to ship the sponge. Apparently this is an ongoing problem. Well just glad I'm getting my refund.

Ugh, why didn't I come across this page before getting myself scammed by this Company. I also got a stupid sponge. I just submitted my dispute through Paypal. I knew something was off when I wasn't contacted by the seller a week after my purchase... and when they didn't respond to my email asking about shipment! Two weeks from my order, I received a sponge in the mail, shipped to my billing address instead of the shipping address I had put down. I was confused as to why I would receive a sponge worth $0.22 from China. Good thing I told my sister about this strange occurrence because it led her to google "mailed sponge from China" and she came across this page. Otherwise I would've gone on not knowing that I had been scammed!

Oh boy I ordered $140USD worth of shoes on Friday. I have been waiting and waiting for an order confirmation etc. I also emailed them 3 times. Then I googled and found this website. I emailed them today threatening them as well telling them I am a lawyer in the Cayman Islands and if I do not receive my stuff within 7 days I'm suing them. So i guess I can expect a sponge, shower cap or ink pen! I did contact paypal today and they have told me to wait a week also and then file a dispute. But I am with everyone else here - why on earth are paypal still dealing with these people after all these complaints? i dont get it!

My friend ordered a pair of shoes through popularashop.com. She never received them. She emailed them which the email address was terri6983@gmail.com They never responded to her, so I emailed them, and no response. I kind of threatened them. So my friend finally received her package. NO shoes! She got a syringe with some red stuff in it! Good thing she only paid $18 for the shoes. She could open up a dispute to get the money back, but she's probably not going to do that. But just as a lesson, do NOT order from popularashop.com! IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE, THEN IT IS!

I also was just scammed by Kelly-Mall by purchasing a pair of shoes and the sad thing is something told me the site looked fishy but once I saw they accepted PayPal I figured they must be on the up and up. I ordered my shoes on 6/3/12, immediately received an email with an order number, I waited and waited and it appeared there was no movement on my order. I then went to the "Contact us" link and when I saw there was no phone number, no email address no means to contact them other them to sent them an email I really thought to myself, I'm getting ready to get screwed. After 3 attempts to contact them and no reply I entered a dispute with PayPal, suddenly days later PayPal indicates they have a tracking number from the seller, I thought, ok, my shoes are on there way. I was so excited to get home that day to get them totally expecting them to be sitting at my door, much to my surprise I had a tiny little envelope in my mailbox from China. I thought, hmmmm, this is odd, opened the envelope and received a 5 cent at best clear plastic shower cap, I was so pissed I cannot tell you. I immediately went to my computer to let PayPal know that I DID NOT in fact receive any shoes. Then PayPal comes back to me and tells me I have to return the item to China in order to get my refund and once I provide tracking information I will get a full refund. I went off, I thought I have to pay the freaking cost to send back a damn plastic shower cap? I tried calling PayPal but sat on hold so long I got frustrated and just went to the post office, only to discover it would cost me $13.50 to send this piece of crap back. I was so mad but I did it anyway all the while thinking of the time and energy I have had to spend while this guy/gal held onto my $65 for over a month. Then to make matters worse I contact PayPal yesterday by phone to provide them with the tracking information and the operator tells me "oh we don't need that, I'm just going to go ahead and give you a full refund", I just about lost it! More time, money and energy this loser cost me, guess PayPal couldn't be bothered to shoot me an email and say "hey, by the way we no longer require you to ship this item back". I love working with PayPal because they ultimately do come through for you but I also agree if they are receiving multiple complaints regarding this seller why are they allowing him/her to use their services? I guess I just have to chalk this up as a valuable lesson learned and next time trust my instincts and if the price seems to good to be true, most like it is. Thanks for letting me vent, I feel better already :) Debbie

I ordered 2 pairs of yellow box shoes from shoesthestation and I received the green syringe pen from the same address. I was actually creeped out until I found this website. What is that green liquid in the pen? Does anyone know? I remember when the Chinese poisoned our pets.
PayPal refunded my money, but I really don't understand why they keep doing business with these people.

Made the same mistake with http://www.clothing-underwear.com. They are total fake((( Try to get my money from paypal, they decided in my favor, but I should return the stuff back (shower cap instead of shoes). It would coast me a lot...approximately as much as an order... Buy the best and you only cry once.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from hesllbag.com. Several weeks went by and I contacted them several times though email about the status of my order. I NEVER got a reply. I opened a claim through paypal so hesllbag.com submitted a tracking number which turned out being a shower cap! The company is not located in the US like they claim. My package came from China.

I had the same problem. I ordered a pair of shoes from http://popularashop.com and I received a package in the mail from China and when I opened it, I had a freakin' ink pen that looks like a syringe; like the kind you can buy at the dollar store on Halloween. I was so furious when I received this! I have filed a claim with PayPal.

Damn they scammed me too! I haven't received my sponge yet...I expect it any day now.

I am usually a very careful shopper but when I saw they price of those shoes, I lost all sanity

I ordered three pair of Kalso earth shoes from http://www.clothing-underwear.com. I got an email confirmation from sharonlineman88@gmail.com.and clothingunderwear2011@gmail.com.

I got worried when I didn't receive an email saying my shoes had been shipped or when they would be shipped.

I called Pay Pay Pal and they started a claim. Pay Pal says this MAY be a scam and if it is they will refund my money. It May be a SCAM? They say I have to wait a week to give the seller time to respond. If they have had dealings with this sharononlineman88 before and they know its an out and out scam I don't know why I have to wait for them to respond. Lets call it waht it is...a scam and refund my money now

Got this right from the site I ordered from

They scammed me too. The same exact address sent me a sponge. However, they re-invented themselved as www.hesllbag.com
They constantly change their email address associated with their paypal account.
So far they have scammed people using the following three email addresses in Paypal, that I am aware of:
sharonlineman88@gmail.com
georgeglontidd88@gmail.com
fang_liling@yahoo.com
Paypal will refund my money, but first I have to return the SPONGE and provide a tracking number that the stupid thing was returned.
