Please be wise before doing business with Kelly Aderhold nothing but a wolf dress up in sheep skin.
This lady is FAKE and UNETHICAL, I am not the type to call people out this way but it looks like there is no better way but to warn others. It all started back in 2008 when Kelly Aderhold "hired" our company services to move her household good from Land O Lakes to Kissimmee FL. While on the phone with Kelly she stated that her move was a partial move, meaning that not everything was being moved, that was not the case it so happens that her partial move turmed out to be a 5 bedroom, living room, office, and pool table move, with three separate stops at her Dads/sons house, donation center & and piano pick up! All done while the new owners were moving in at the SAME time! Anyway to make a long story 2 day move short, after Kelly AGREED to have a second truck, more man power, and extra day to finish loading/unloading. Kelly Aderhold decided to take advantage of the moving crew after everthing was unloaded at 1 AM in the morning at the kissimme location snatched the company paperwork from the foreman’s hands and FLUSHED it down the toilet! then immidietly closed the doors my moving crew and never answered the door. The foreman called dispatch to advise the situation, told by manager to keep trying otherwise to call local authorities, unsuccessful to get an officer to come out and make a report the moving crew decided to leave the site and back to base as told by manager. The following Monday morning I tried to reach Kelly Aderhold but NEVER returned my calls or emails, after weeks of unsuccessful call backs Kelly Aderhold finally answered the phone, but that was because we try several different numbers, Kelly Aderhold immediately seemed surprised to hear my famous voice and stated "meet me at my office next wednesday Feb, 18th 2009 at 10:30am, so that I can pay you guys and return the (12) blankets" that she claimed she was going to pay for the day of the move at the storage stop, but off course didn’t. Wednesday comes around, I showed up at the 3450 Buschwood Park Drive suite 345 Tampa, Fl 33618 location got there about 10:35Am not knowing what to expect from this unethical so called multi-million dollar producer as stated on her business card, what a joke! So I take the elevator to the 3rd floor look for the Keller Williams office and ask for "Kelly Alderhold" the receptionist Christie stated " She is on her way from Orlando, she should be here in 15 minutes" I said okay! let me grab a sit, as I sat down the receptionist Christie made a call to Kelly Aderhold letting her know that she had someone waiting for her. Christie immediately asked my name and told Kelly "Jefferson, is here to see you" that’s right ladies and gentlemen as we all thought KELLY ADERHOLD was going to do the right thing, Christie tells me " I am so sorry I must have her schedule wrong, Kelly is not feeling good, she lost her voice and will not be coming in today" lmao! WHAT! I kept my cool knowing the type of savage individual "KELLY ADERHOLD" is from the way she treated my moving crew that weekend, I said to Christie "but you just told me she was on her way!" she ignored me and walked away from her desk. My cell phone rings, its KELLY ADERHOLD, wow! this woman has more tricks than a bag of tricks! As I answered my celli, Kelly says "Jefferson... this is Kelly...I lost my voice and cannot make it in" LOL... I couldn't believe it! Kelly Aderhold was actually FAKING THE FUNK over the telephone! Stating that will "mail" a check to our office and that would return our blankets... Till this day Feb 26th 2009 KELLY ADERHOLD has not 1. Returned my phone calls or 2. Mail in her payment. The best thing about it is how her secretary faked the funk as well, covering up and participating accomplish.
I truly feel for the people that do business with this woman after all, I am not saying Keller Williams but “Kelly Aderhold & The Best Source Team” I guess, I got a little taste of what doing business with them is like. As an entrepreneur myself I understand difficult situations in business I can be very flexible especially in today’s economy, I've set up payment plans for people in the past. Never had to call and call the same individual for months…… I am the type of individual that will pay my workers first regardless of the situation, especially in the moving business. The guys busted 26 hours of work within 2 days! Hard work, to feed their families or pay college tuition whatever their scenario is and I will not let them down. Never late on their checks regardless of type people/clients. We have photos and follow up documentation of Kelly’s relocation weekend & when it took place. If she pays, hey! Good for her, but if she does not then a further legal pursuit will be enforced and she would have to pay anyway. Honestly, in my ten years doing business with the public and other business owners, I’ve seen rare scenarios but from people that don’t know better or who are uneducated however you don’t have to be educated to have common sense or to do what is right, know that in AMERICA almost nothing is free specially now in days & Kelly should know this, but I guess she thinks that she’s better than you & me and she is wrong!

if you do not stop slandering her name you wii be sued and you wont like the out come you will have to pay her and so i hope your man enough to say your sorry and apologize for saying those bad things on these websites about about her you will have a lien on your property for libel and slander, and you will have to pay for all of the things you falsey stated to the united states i promiseif you dont take back what you said about her so be smart before i take you to court and start proceedings
you teenagers will learn 1 day to never bare wittness against someone who gives so much of self it is so sad to see someboy like her but they will answer to the lord i dont wish you guys no harm but im really mad about how you have slandered my good friend who is so honorable she the best boss i have ever had in my life and has always been a great give back to the community and formed a team for 5 yrs and guranteed us that we will be all millonares and we will be able to retire and she doenst lie some of the others
I bought my house from Kelly, and have known her for quite a few years. I think so much of her that at one point I planned to leave my job and work with her. She IS a true professional - highly organized and accountable. As a real estate broker myself, I have been around many realtors. I always recommend Kelly as the best in Tampa.
As an aside, I think it to be truly unprofessional for you, TNM, to provide such a damning indictment of Kelly in this public place. You don't even leave your real name. I don't doubt that there was probably a disagreement about something. Maybe tempers flared a little, too. It happens. If you feel that you have a claim against Kelly, take her to small claims court. We all benefit from our right to be innocent until proven guilty.

I HAVE KNOWN KELLY FOR 14 YEARS SHE IS THE MOST RESPECTABLE, PROFESSIONAL WOMAN I HAVE EVER MET I GO TO CHURCH WITH HER EVERY SUNDAY AND SHE IS A GOOD CHRISTIAN.
SHE IS A BUISNESS PERSON AND LOOKS FOR DEALS BUT WE ALL KNOW ABOUT MOVING COMPANYS LOW BALLING PEOPLE THEN GETTING TO THE HOUSE AND SAY ITS EXTRA TO BUBBLE WRAP TV AND RE-ESTIMATE AND HOLD YOUR FUENITURE HOSTAGE IN STORAGE AND CHARGE BY DAY.
MOVERS ARE THE WELL NOT THE LOWES ### BUT ON BOTTOM LIST OF ### I HAVE BEEN SCREWED AND MY FAMILY MANY TIMES.
SHE SHOULD HAVE GOT THE U-HAUL AND FRIENDS AND MOVED HER SELF AND I WOULD HAVE HELPED.
YOU PEOPLE SUCK AND SHOULD BE IN THE POOL BUSINESS.

Anyone that knows Kelley, knows the story as she was so upset with the bait and switch tactics, the amount of damage done to her furniture and belongings by Transport Network Mgmt and Jefferson Quijano, 12211 Deer Track Loop, Spring Hill, FL 34610, PO Box 1057, New Port Richey, Fl [protected]/[protected]. Damage done to a $10, 000 bedroom set, watched them drop the headboard of the $4, 000 bedroom set, the sides torn off the $3, 000 pool table, The surface scratched off the $1700 oak dining table along with the finish ruined on the legs of the table from them using packing tape to hold them together. She could not believe that when she came back from throwing trash out that there were 4 boys sent by the moving company (2 in their 20's, no more than 135 pounds each along with 2- 17 year old boys trying to roll a 1000 pound pool table down her front entry on 4 pieces of 2x4 with wheels in each corner as their dolly. Luckily 4 of Kelley’s neighbors and friends were there to stop the pool table from falling over on the boys. The closing on the home Kelley was to move into did not take place in July as planned but instead in December and to no surprise more damage was found when the storage unit was unloaded and boxes unpacked. Kelley made the unprofessional dealings with Transport Network Mgmt and Jefferson Quijano aware to the whole Keller Williams office and everyone she knows so they too would not use this company. The office has had clients that have experienced the same bait and switch tactics. From what I recall, Kelley had already rented a U-Haul truck and had 6 professional athletes coming to move her furniture at a cost of $440 dollars, she was only going to have to pay for the truck, gas and some meals for these guys as a favor to her. The Thursday before the weekend she was to move she got onto the internet to get mover quotes. The first out of three movers to call was Jefferson and she told him she was moving "3727sf home, 5 bed/3 bath/3 car garage and a pool table that would need to be broken down and moved from Land O Lakes to Kissimmee" Jefferson quoted "$680". Kelley asked "how many storage spaces will I need so I can reserve space", Jefferson "2- 20x20 will do it." Kelley " Are you sure that’s enough space to hold all of it?" "Do you want to come out first and see everything we will be moving" Jefferson, "I've been doing this 13 years”. Then Kelley had two other movers call and they said with it being Thursday and moving on Saturday that they would not be able to make it out for the quote and for that size home they said they would not quote anything over the phone that they need to come in person and do an inventory then provide a price and said if some is quoting $680 over the phone make sure they don't hold your furniture hostage that is sounds like a bait and switch set up and to be careful. Even the man she reserved space with at the storage units told her she would more than likely need 3-20x20 units depending on how they unload the truck/s. The boys were neither experienced nor strong enough to pack the storage units correctly (resulting in more damage).Kelley called a friend in Kissimmee to help them unload. The movers were so far off on the size truck they brought that office furniture and other things had to be donated, plus drop off stuff at another location in Tampa just to be able to get the rest to Kissimmee in one trip and they had to get another truck! IMPROPER PLANNING ON THE PART OF JEFFERSON. EVEN THE FOREMAN THAT SHOWED UP FOR THE JOB SAID HE NEVER QUOTES ANYTHING OVER THE PHONE IF IT’S LARGER THAN A ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT AND SAID "IT'S NOT THE FIRST TIME JEFFERSON HAS DONE THIS”. Once everything was unloaded the foreman hands Kelley a bill for $3264 a far cry from $680, a quote that was off by $2584 plus $18, 750 of furniture damaged along with many other breakable items from the boys throwing boxes into the storage units and improperly stacking breakable items. American Express calls Kelley to question attempted charges of $2414, $850 and $2000 and advised Kelley not to pay the movers and not contact them, that American Expresses legal department will handle it. American Express put it under dispute and attempted contact with Transport Network Mgmt and they did not respond so American Express issued credits and closed the investigation. Kelley was going to met with Jefferson in person but was sick and lost her voice for 3 days and had sent a couple of text messages for Jefferson plus had her son read a note to him telling him she would not be there for the meeting. Then after all the vulgar language and verbal abuse that Jefferson was using on the phone while Kelley’s voice was gone and could not respond because of the strain on the throat and the treatment toward the receptionist at Keller Williams she texted him to inform him that when she does meet with him it will be with a Sherriff present. Anyone that knows Kelley or has ever done business with her knows how she conducts herself and the statements Jefferson has made are not accurate. If someone gave you a quote of $680 then tried to charge you $3264 after damaging appx $20, 000 of your belongings that you worked hard for over the past 14 years what would you do? And then on top of that tries to slander your name and take from you again by trying to affect your business income. Does it seem fair that a representative of a company can first attempt to rip you off, and then damage the items you have worked hard for, and then try to slander your name and attempt to ruin your business? Again I ask what steps as a victimized customer would you take at this point?
