Keller Williams Realty illegally pulling info

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post, but due to my highten concern I need to say something. I was made aware of a Keller Williams agent that has used company resources to manipulate and threaten individuals for personal gain. Not only this person destroyed a family with a young child, he also pulled personal information illegally as it was done without permission. I used to be a potential client and so were my business partners as they would be pulling away from this company due to this new discovery.
Information that was pulled.
FULL NAME
D.O.B,
SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER

I have since then informed the individual to report this to the state attorney as it is highly illegal. Also, to report it to Keller Williams so they may have a chance to rectify the situation and avoid a bigger issue in the future. As long as this "agent" who things they are above the law works there I will not be using Keller Williams.

Keller Williams Realty agent approved work on our house without consent or contract

We entered into a contract with Nancy Bennett from the Walnut Creek, CA office of Keller Williams to assist us in selling our home on July 18th 2017.
The agent, Nancy Bennett came with me to speak to a lwyer doing bankruptcy for our business (an S-Corpor0 to make certain that I was not doing anything illegal by selling our home under those circumstances... and he agreed that it would not be an issue. He also let us know that the police would likely investigate us (due diligence) for any consumer complaints during this process of filing chapter 7.
Nancy brought in her "team" following that meeting to make suggestions on improvements (paint, etc..) for getting the best price in this market. However, she allowed the team of contractors to begin work on our home prior to us even seeing a bid for the work. No contract had been signed as I had not seen a bid. yet, they tore out our kitchen, destroyed the walls and put mud on the wallpaper. the ceilings were scraped and left raw, and all the light fixtures and fans were removed (breaking some and throwing others away they had deemed "in the wrong style" for their vision.
When we began Nancy was alerted to my husbands heart attack (first one) and that we would be selling the house ASAP to get into a single story residence since he was unable to navigate the staircase to our bedroom any longer.
Nancy assured us that any and all money spent would come out of escrow at the closing once the property was sold. That this was her normal way of business - and she would handle everything to help reduce any stress on our family.
She was also given a preliminary budget of 30-40K for improvements that I would have in hand to approve or stop any work that did not fit into our budget or would take too long as time was of the essence.
The contractor received instructions to proceed with the work prior to us seeing or signing any construction contracts. Our existing kitchen was ripped out and thrown into a dumpster as were all the light fixtures and several other built in items deemed "unsuitable" in their eyes.
Then the contractor got wind of our Chapter 7 regarding our business and decided to pull all her labor off the job and send us a demand letter for $16, 000 payable IMMEDIATELY OR WOULD LIEN THE HOUSE.
After looking at the demand billing - it was dated August 9th... tow days BEFORE I was given a contract to sign on the 11th. Furthermore, I contacted Nancy Bennett from KW to request an explanation and support to resolve the mess that was now our family home. She did not try to solve it, nor offer to "take it out of escrow" as promised - in writing.
the contractor placed the mechanic's lien on Aug 22nd and would not undo the damages to our residence.,
Nancy Bennett sent me an email that she would talk to her broker and call me in 30 minutes time with a resolution... no call ever came.
I have now hired a lawyer to request release from her realty contract - since she has not done anything to list our home, photograph it (in its destroyed condition), or help to solve this ongoing nightmare.
In the interim the stress caused my husband to have a second heart attack and was hospitalized and then operated on. They were unable to help him - stating it was stress- related and should be kept calm.
The lawyer sent a letter to the representative for KW requesting release of the contract for Nancy to sell our home - and so that we could find another agent to complete the work and sell the house - since she obviously was not going to do so... and would not even return our calls or emails.
Now 5 weeks have passed and we are still in limbo - while the clock ticks and our last money evaporates.
Since the house was left a mess and we had no more money I began working on the property (painting and repairing walls) because it can not be sold in its current condition... and certainly not for the anticipated $1.3 million that the realtor proved it was worth... and comps also proved was the going rate for our home. Now its worth at least 300k less - in its condition - and I'm still trapped by Nancy Bennett at Keller Williams - unable to repair the house or sell it without a kitchen or lights.
In trying to paint and repair the house, I fell off the ladder at about 15 off the floor (doing the ceilings that were raw) and broke two ribs - and bruised my entire body. I ended up in the hospital - they are still not certain I haven't damaged my liver too.
At 57 years of age I should not be in this position - and having to risk my life to get the repairs done to sell the house. The accident was her fault - by destroying our house - and not getting it ready to sell. she in fact made a bad situation worse - now I'm laid up for the next 6 months to a year before the ribs will heal and I can work again... at anything!
Their lawyer requested a mediator - an hours drive away in San Francisco - when the doctors have told me not to travel since the ribs are moving and it can be life threatening. I have requested a mediation closer to where we live - but no, they insist I further compromise my health... for what? They have said they have no intention to release us from the contract for real estate representation, nor do they want to offer any kind of settlement to prevent a law suit - for damages to our family and to me personally.
So - what are we mediating exactly?... this is yet another way to hurt me - and to request that I pay half of the $400/hour fee for the mediator and another $400 an hour for us to have a lawyer represent us there.
This situation is beyond my worse nightmare. I will let the contract "tick" out on October 18th and will be suing your company for many more dollars that it would be had they tried to resolve this amicably.
I would like to :
1. be released from her contract immediately so that the house can be sold "as-is"
2. Offered the $300, 000 difference for what it is now worth vs. what it would have sold for without their "help" and destruction.
3. They should pay off the lien for $16, 000 placed on our home as a result of them approving the work - without a signed contract with the contractor.
Please contact me ASAP at [protected]@yahoo.com to advise how you (and your lawyers) would like to handle this from here. I am ready with all the documents to take all of you to court... or you can settle this now without the lawyers fees, my lawyer's fees and the cost of physical damage to our home and my ribs.

Listing Agent: Nancy Bennett - KW realty, 100 Pringle Ave, #100, Walnut Creek, CA 94596 [protected]@bennettbetter.com, [protected]

A video of the house following the destruction can be seen at:

I have all the documents, texts, and emails to support these allegations with proven factual written documents from the "Nancy Bennett Team" and her minions. Please also to refer to the photos attached.

I look forward to a timely reply... unlike your realtor agent or their lawyer.

Keller Williams Realty agent engagement

I came home to find a Keller Williams flier stuck in the door of my house. It was horrible - like some three-year-old had written it. I contacted the agent whose information was on the flier, to which I received a response, "I wouldn't want a client like you, either." KW, THESE are the type of people you employ? Horrific - black eye on your company

Keller Williams Realty condescending, rude sarcastic choice of words/behaviors towards loyal clients

To whom it may concern,
My name is India Jones, We sold out home, which is the residence of 8437 Needle Drop Court. Before the day of inspection, I felt super uncomfortable, simply because all of our belongings weren't removed from the premises. My husband Timo Jones, contacted Pamela via text about our concerns and asked her if she could be present, during the inspection, since the buyers mother, daughter, and realtor would be present. Pamela, responded saying she wasn't going to be there and informed us we needed to be out of the way of the inspection. After, that conversation, my husband convinced me that things would be okay, simply because we sold our home of redsidence of 7508 Forest Valley Loop with Pamela before. After, the inspection, my family and I realized some items at which aren't for sale were tampered with. For example, there were dinning room chairs that had ripped material, which could cause abrasions to skin or tarnish clothing and was put away, for safety purposes. Not only that, I found a personal item, as such as, a hair spray bottle at which I, India Jones use for our daughters hair each day, the nozzle was tampered with, and it was put a away. Not only, that the buyers mother and daughter literally drove past myself, like three or four times. I felt as though, my skin tone was an issue because I've never had anyone do that before ever, especially since they drove from Denver. It made no sense and it made me feel uncomfortable. So my husband Timo Jones, brought the issues to Pamela's attention via text. The response from Pamela was beyond shocking, belittling. I felt she was Condensending, rude, she was being sarcastic towards loyal clients. She mentioned that she'll say something because it really was bothersome to me, she also mentioned, that it'll mess up the sale because people do not like to be accused. And that the people buying the home can say something as simple as, " I don't like the carpet " and the deal will fall threw. She also stated, that it'll be on me. And I told her, I'll have to suck it up then. And she stated, " no no, I must do something". I practically, had to beg her not to say anything because we already had arranged to move out of state and I didn't want anything to go wrong. And she agreed, when she agreed, she did it with a condecending tone. I decided I must put all my concerns aside to make this sale of this home, in order, to move forward and get the ball rolling.
Recently, Timo Jones, gave Pamela a call at 10:27pm Sept. 1, 2017, after he received a email from her at Sept. 1, 2017 8:25pm. He also left a voicemail for a call back Sept. 2, 2017. He also contacted her by phone Sept. 2, 2017 10:34 am. And has yet to hear back from her. So then, I called her at 10:54am and left a message. I also texted her,
Below I will share text amongst my husband and Pamela. Then myself and Pamela.

Keller Williams Realty rude realtor jim surprenant keller williams realty gold englewood, fl 34223

On August 6, 2017, my realtor (around 2pm and thereafter) tried to contact Jim multiple times to be granted permission to show us house at 2085 Dakota Ave in Englewood, Fl 34224 for $149, 900 (Grove City) later that day. He never responded. I also went on Trulia and reached out to Jim. He didn't respond to me till 8/8/17 and we didn't speak, he left a message. Said house was off market for 10-14 days as owner was being difficult with only wanting calls after 12 noon and tenant was in house. Said lots of interest in house and owner was tired of low ball offers.Said he had no idea how I was even able to reach out to him regarding house as it came off all sites such as Zillow and Realtor.com. When we finally did speak, I told him it was on Trulia as an active listing the whole time and still is. Day #10 was 8/18/17 and day #14 was 8/22/17. I called Jim on 8/17/17 to inquire when house was going back on market as my husband and I wanted to see it as soon as it went back up. He actually answered the phone and he hemmed and hawed and got nasty and said it would be on the market Sunday 8/20/17. I said perfect, we could look at it late Sunday with our realtor since owner needed notice after 12 noon, even though this was 3 days in advance. Jim says, "No, it's not going on the market till late Sunday and the earliest it can be shown is Monday am". Now all this time he's been saying we can only see later in the day. I said, "My husband works Monday and all the others will get a jump on us. And I didn't want to come alone to look at it". Jim says, "Well, you'll be with your realtor". I said, "I want my husband with me, too." Jim also told me this was the cheapest house in Grove City and I challenged him on that. I said, "No it isn't. There is a house pending for $105, 000 on 9th and Kentucky." He says, "Have you seen that place?" I said, "As a matter of fact, yes, 4 times!" I didn't get to tell him there was also another house in the same neighborhood, much nicer, cheaper at $144, 900 that we had also been in because at this point Jim's tone of voice is extremely irritated and he says, "You're making me late for a meeting" and hangs up! Why answer the phone if you're late for a meeting? Why not say, "This is not a good time for me to talk, can I call you back later?" It is Sunday 8/20/19 and house is not on the market so he lied about that. The exception is Trulia (but it has been there the whole time is has supposedly been off the market). It's not on Zillow or Realtor.com. It's not my problem his seller is being difficult. If he doesn't want to sell the house, he should let another realtor take over. Well, he just lost my potential sale because of his attitude, I wouldn't look at that house if it is the last one for sale in that neighborhood ever! Another house in same neighborhood on a street I can't remember sold for less than the asking price on the house at 2085 Dakota, but I also didn't get the chance to tell him that. I believe I know that neighborhood and pricing better than him! This incident of rudeness to a potential buyer should be brought to his attention.

Keller Williams Realty collusion

I summited a bid on offer on 4207 W. 13th Street, Yuma AZ on 7/31. On 8/4 we were notified there wear multiple offers and that offers would be accepted with a deadline of the close of business 8/7. My offer of 158, 000 was summited well before the deadline. My agent and I where informed that a bid that had been received Tuesday morning, well after the deadline was to be presented to Well Fargo. The bid that was to be summited was from an in house agent.
When I spoke to the listing agent Megan and expressed my opinion that her actions appeared to be unethical and collusive in nature, she referred me to her broker, Ed Sexton at [protected]. I left messages for "Ed" at 1130, 1330 and 1430 and did not receive the courtesy of a return phone call. Megan told me, when I spoke to her at 1125, that the other buyer had not been notified that thier bid had been accepted at that point and could still be disqualified.
These unethical actions, I figure, have cost me in the neighbourhood of $40, 000 in the Yuma housing market. My offer included a letter of prequlification for financing.

Keller Williams Realty realtor

So this is a long one, but the subtleties are important. We chose Keller Williams because our previous experience in Garland was awesome, and my aunt had worked with the company as a manger for 7 years in California and recommended it to us. Our realtor this time around, Alicia Hooper, seemed helpful at first with our move from DFW to the North Austin metro. It became apparent by the end of day one that she was unorganized, and only wanted a quick commission out of us. She was made aware that we were low income renters before we even picked out houses to see, yet she continued to show us homes that were not prequalified and did not allow pets, knowing we were bringing animals with us. She also knew we had an August 1st move out date and we needed to find a place within the three weeks we started working with her. As we looked at the first home, she spouted on about how she would definitely get us in a house and sell our story, we "wouldn't even need a cosigner probably!" I doubted it. She knew our exact income as well. When we wanted to apply to a home we saw on day one, she called them and found out they didn't want large dogs or cats, both of which we have. She wasn't able to negotiate, or rather she didn't even try to. I heard the phone call and her response was simply "okay". I became uneasy. If she couldn't negotiate pets, how will she negotiate income? She seemed frustrated that we didn't want to apply to the other homes we saw that didn't satisfy our needs. I pushed to look at more homes the following week. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and we came down a second time to look at homes, hoping she would understand our needs better. She was disorganized at best. We arrived to the home of the property manager for the house we wanted to apply to, and after driving 45 minutes, he was unaware that we were even coming and had just finished signing someone else. He said he had a second property we could look at. She became disgruntled saying she didn't want to show it to us unless we were sure we wanted it because she didn't want to drive there if not. (How can I be sure if I haven't seen it?) I insisted she show it and we went there, we liked it and applied. She was not able to negotiate our offer with the property owner without extreme measures. We had cosigners who made over 6 figures, offered double deposit and double lease time and they still wanted more so we left the offer. I once again gave her the benefit of the doubt and assumed it was the property manager not willing to negotiate. I found more properties I wanted to look at and asked her to prequalify them for us this time. She messaged me back almost a week later saying they all said no. No explanation, no negotiations made on her part. I became very frustrated that she couldn't find a single property to show us that suited our needs when on day one she said it would be no problem gettin us in. We were running it if time and she was apparently tired of dealing with us so her contact became shirter and further apart. The last time I worked with KW I was in a house on day 1. Worse credit, less income, and no cosigner. I assumed 3 weeks would be plenty of time. I was wrong. She said that a house we looked at on day one would be willing to work with us. So we paid another fee and applied as we were running out of time from all the wasted homes we looked at and trips we made. They denied the application, saying they didn't want a cosigner. How can it be that this property was willing to work with us if they didn't even know we had a cosigner? Her explanation was that "they said they would I don't know what happened". Frustrated I began doing my own leg work and found the property we wanted to apply to that we had just missed on day 2 was back on the market. I contacted her about it and she started pushing a different house on us that was her friends rental, saying he'd work with us. She sent me the listing and it was over 500 square feet less than what we were looking for and $400 more a month than what it was previously listed as. It felt like a scam. The move in date was also a week after we would need it. When I told her that it wouldn't suit our needs and was too expensive for the cost, she said that we needed to be less picky. I told her I wanted to pursue the other house because we had already met in person with the landlord. She said she'd check with him and she did get in touch. Negotiation completely broke down. She said we had been approved and then when we went to pay deposits to him on our own, he told us that he hadn't even run the application! She said it was "miscommunication" but at this point she is the one miscommunicating. She told us it would be a single deposit, but it was double. Finally the landlord gave up on her too and started contacting us directly to finish the deal. She contacted me 2 days later to ask if we worked it out, saying she can't get ahold of the property manager either. We are all completely done with her. Yeah I know she wants her commission, but this is the worst experience I've had and the most money a realtor has ever cost me. It might seem like a lot of little stuff but it added up, and her incompetence almost cost a roof over our kids heads. Never going back with Keller Williams again. If I have to do all the leg work and contact the property managers myself anyways, what's the point in getting a realtor? Especially one that can't negotiate, gives incorrect info, wastes precious time, and doesn't know her rental market.

Keller Williams Realty buying of a home out of state

My husband and i were moving from out of state to Delaware and had Dee Henderson Hake as our realtor. Since we were moving out of state, we were hoping to get as much information needed to purchase a new home but were not given all information as our Ernest money was given to the seller for us to get out of a contract in which she should have provided information to protect us, her customer, from having to do. Our experience was not only stressful but now makes us doubt all realtors and the trust with this company is no longer valid and we will never use Keller Williams again. our date was April 3rd when we started looking at houses and she was the agent associated with a house we were looking into, as well as the sellers realtor was also part of this agency so we feel there were mixed feelings on this as the two agents worked literally 5 feet away from each other.

Keller Williams Realty horrible selling agent/despicable customer service

We contracted the services of Shoshana Socher from the KW Greater Cleveland office on Chagrin Boulevard in Beachwood, OH. Shoshana had a great reputation in our neighborhood and we felt she could easily acquire (and probably already had) some interest in our home, which was in a highly desirable part of our city. Shoshana explained that we would be entering into a Dual Agency agreement, meaning another member of her team would most likely be bringing the buyer- to which we agreed. At first we had no issues, however once the bidding and negotiation period had started, it became blatantly apparent that she was no longer working for us to sell our house, but rather working for the buyers in getting them the best deal with as much of their contingencies they could get. Communication throughout the entire process was severely lacking- to the point where there was information we weren't aware of until the very last minute, creating an undue hardship on us. She would "suggest" or "recommend" that we do things to "appease" the buyers and showed no advocacy or support on our behalf.

I am sickened by the fact that I am still paying her a full commission based on the fact she did little to almost work in getting our house sold. The buyers saw the house pre-market, were the first and only to bid and she time and time again made us feel as if we were lucky to even have any bid on our house.

Shoshana made the selling process difficult, unpleasant and a distasteful experience. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy and I will stay away from Keller Williams altogether

Keller Williams Realty hidden fee

I am about to buy a home and have found out that my realtor's broker wants to charge me a $395 fee. This is total garbage. The broker/agent are already getting their split of the commission and I think they have found another way to weasel in crap fee's to make the cost of the house even higher. I think that Keller Williams should cease this business practice as well as any other broker trying to "steal" more money in the home buying/selling process.

Keller Williams Realty horrible agents alert

I was shopping for house when I ran into crystal klem of keller realty and signed document binding me yo a contract with her... At first she was very nice but as time went on she wasn't as attentive to her job, the communication was very bad at couple points I almost gave up trying to find a house. When we saw properties she never brought me to a property I wanted to see it was just random ones that fit my budget... The process was so confusing and she never made anything clear to me... I eventually found a house that I liked and was able to purchase and she promised me a refrigerator as closing gift and wound up ignoring my calls and attempts to reach her after she was already compensated for the sale... At time of closing she never did a walk through of the property with me. I confronted her about her services and she then threatened me and my job also made stories up about me to mutual friends in an attempt to put dirt on my name... Do not sign an agreement with her she's not professional... At the very least

Keller Williams Realty keller williams westlake village is an extortion company!!

I purchased a home from Keller Williams Westlake Village, with warranty. Paid $600 for a year. A/C part broke a month later and they agreed to pay for the work to be done. I called to check on the reimbursement check and they decided they were only going to pay a fraction of what they promised.

After hours of time on the phone and repeated phone calls, they finally agreed to pay the amount. I called on 08/16/16 to check on the status and they sent me to a manager in the cancellations department. I told them I was very unsatisfied with this pathetic company and how they had been treating us from the initial claim beginning..Later I wanted to meet up with Glenn Dormer or Wendy Dormer who is the Business owner of this company. But they denied us.

The senior manager, said that he was going to withhold the reimbursement check until I signed a release form that stated I was going to keep my mouth shut and not leave bad reviews, or send complaints to governing bodies. This is extortion for my own money. And last I checked this is America and I have the right to freedom of speech. I also have the right to leave a bad review in good faith based on factual instances.

This company refuses to pay claims and claims they aren't about making money yet they make any excuse they can to get out of paying. No one should be bullied in signing something to keep them quiet about a company who is doing wrong. The more research I do on this company, the more I see that they are a crooked company and they've already had to pay thousands and thousands in restitution.

I believed every single thing that was said by Glenn and Wendy. I was expecting something really good out of this but it all led to disappointment and dissatisfaction. The extortion of my own money made me infurriated about this whole thing and I want everyone out there to be aware of this company KELLER WILLIAMS WESTLAKE VILLAGE! I don't want anyone to face the problems I faced and it was a very bad time for me the day I decided to purchase a house from this company!

My husband and I bought a house from KELLER WILLIAMS WESTLAKE VILLAGE and it was a big fraud! We worked with the realtors provided by company in different places. In the beginning he was very helpful and showed us all the details of the house. After we finalized on one of the house and placed an offer on the house, he suggested us to go for a higher offer and he promised that the company would get sellers credit if we find any issues after inspection (though its a promise, we thought he will work hard to get max credit).

Later we found some issues after inspection and our agent didnt show any interest to get seller credit. We were getting very frustrated from his behavior, Instead he was blaming us for asking money for minor issues. We also mentioned we dont need money back if the seller wants to do the repairs!

There was problem with the basement flooding and lot of work needed to be done. As this was the responsibility of the company which promised us all the benefits and facilities till the time we moved in!

We wanted to buy the home owner's insurance policy that would protect us against loss or damage to the property. But we couldn't get through to the home owner it was reallly pathetic don't know what the company is actually upto.

We are stuck now as we have taken a very big amount of loan from the loan officer just for this house the agent from Keller Williams Westlake village is not responding to our calls and emails to ask us about the further process of the house!

I don't trust this company at all. They are of no help and all they know is how t make money and expand their business and fool other people into purchasing houses from them which are not at all reliable to go ahead with!

I would never ever want anyone out there reading this to fall into wrong hands of doing house purchase from this company. It will be at your own risk without any security at all!

Keller Williams Realty real estate

I was looking to purchase a foreclosure property and went to meet Wendy Wendelstein Dormer who works at Keller Williams Westlake Village. She explained me all the details of how to make a great deal size, location, condition, floor plan, etc. I met with a local expert agent who knows local property, pricing, lenders, and the best listing agents. A strong listing agent was said to me about which can be a critical advantage in seeing a distressed property through from contract to close.

I was told that the the repair costs are not necessarily large and also the Keller Williams Distressed Property Buying Survey shows the average cost to repair will be $5, 000 which is less than 3 percent of the purchase price. My point here is after I went ahead with the property after a close research the cost to repair was coming upto $10, 000 which is double the cost which I was promised. I spoke to Wendy about all this and she was acting smart and came up with so many other expenses apart from the repairs. I was feeling I'm getting ripped off the amount which I was suppossed to pay!

I tried to speak to Wendy about this deal and she was coming up with so many other things this cost that cost etc etc. which is complete non sense. I would say Wendy Wendelstein Dormer has ripped me off of $10, 000. Now I want my money back. Keller Williams Westlake Village is the worst services ever never go for buying a house from them. They merely tell lies just for their own benefit and profits! I made a very wrong decision to go ahead with KELLER WILLIAMS WESLAKE VILLAGE!

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT THESE ARE BOGUS COMPLAINTS. It’s obvious these are bogus as they are posted by the same poster “SAMWILLIAMS0123” "ANONYMOUS" AND "PEARLROSE" and now "JAMESSMITH2016" within seven days of each other, first posing as a business owner and then posing as a homeowner.

THESE ARE BOGUS COMPLAINTS. They are being sent as nothing more than a personal attack against Glenn Dormer from a Rogue former salesman Leonardo/Lonardo Rob Dominic Caruso Gudreau that will be going to jail shortly for his criminal conduct including Fraud and Grand Larceny – this is coming from a guy with a long history of stealing and wrong doing who is simply pissed that he is about to suffer the consequences of his actions.

These posts also appear to be written by someone that is not even fluent in English, perhaps someone he hired to help him as the stories portrayed make absolutely no sense and are not reflective of how real estate is actually conducted, nobody said criminals were smart.

These were posted by a former Rogue salesman Leonardo “Rob” Caruso, Lonardo Caruso, Rob Gudreau, Lonardo Dominic, the alias' this guy has is endless, he is currently out on BOND in LOS ANGELES COUNTY for stealing client funds and filing fictitious business statements under the company name to carry out his crimes. Leonardo/Lonardo Rob Dominic Caruso has orchestrated these posts and is being prosecuted in Los Angeles County, his case information is below.

CRIMINAL CASE SUMMARY
CASE NO: BURGA099369-01
DEFENDANT: CARUSO, LEONARDO DOMENIC

Count 1 530.5. (a) Every person who willfully obtains personal identifying information, as defined in subdivision (b) of Section 530.55, of another person, and uses that information for any unlawful purpose, including to obtain, or attempt to obtain, credit, goods, services, real property, or medical information without the consent of that person, is guilty of a public offense, and upon conviction therefor, shall be punished by a fine, by imprisonment in a county jail not to exceed one year, or by both a fine and imprisonment, or by imprisonment pursuant to subdivision (h) of Section 1170.

Count 2 487a. (a) Every person who feloniously steals, takes, carries, leads, or drives away personal property of another, or who fraudulently appropriates that same property which has been entrusted to him or her, or who knowingly and designedly, by any false or fraudulent representation or pretense, defrauds any other person of that same property, or who causes or procures others to report falsely of his or her wealth or mercantile character and by thus imposing upon any person, obtains credit and thereby fraudulently gets or obtains possession of that same property, is guilty of GRAND THEFT

Count 3 470(d) Every person who, with the intent to defraud, falsely makes, alters, forges, or counterfeits, utters, publishes, passes or attempts or offers to pass, as true and genuine, any of the following items, knowing the same to be false, altered, forged, or counterfeited, is guilty of forgery: any check, bond, bank bill, or note, cashier's check, traveler's check, money order, post note, draft, any controller's warrant for the payment of money at the treasury, county order or warrant, or request for the payment of money, receipt for money or goods, bill of exchange, promissory note,

Leonardo/Lonardo Rob Caruso misappropriated funds from a Ventura County company and is currently being sued – please see the link to the Ventura County Case below.

http://www.ventura.courts.ca.gov/CivilCaseSearch/CaseReport/56-2016-00481041-CU-BC-VTA

Leonardo/Lonardo Rob Caruso is BAD NEWS and we encourage you to Google his name to see the laundry list of bad press on this guy in addition to what we posted here. He has a record in Florida, Texas and California.

Not only do these posts appear to be written by a 2 year old (I hope Leonardo Rob Caruso’s English teachers from his "alleged alumni" of USC are not reading them) but they are nothing more than a lashing out from someone whose time is running out before he gets sent off to jail for the crimes he has committed. The mere fact that he has posted personal pictures further demonstrates that this is a personal attack. It is certainly not a coincidence that all the “bad reviews” have been posted in the last week – they are all BOGUS!

It is note worthy to point out that user “Sam Williams0123” also posted other personal attacks against Glenn Dormer and his partner relative to another company he owns – further proof that these allegations are made up for the sole purpose of defaming Glenn and now his Wife Wendy.

Glenn and Wendy have been in business for a long time, have always been in good standing with the real estate board and have a very long list of happy clients – go ahead and click on all the other positive links, and disregard this vagrant of society and his postings. Feel free to visit our website www.thedormergroup.com

For more information on the current criminal case, or if you have been a victim of this individual, you may contact Detective Dickard of the Burbank Police Department he can be contacted directly [protected]) to verify all information provided above.

Keller Williams Realty home purchase

I purchased a home from Keller Williams Westlake Village, with warranty. Paid $450 for a year. A/C part broke a month later and they agreed

to pay for the work to be done. I called to check on the reimbursement check and they decided they were only going to pay a fraction of what

they promised.

After hours of time on the phone and repeated phone calls, they finally agreed to pay the amount. I called on 08/16/16 to check on the status

and they sent me to a manager in the cancellations department. I told them I was very unsatisfied with this pathetic company and how they had

been treating us from the initial claim beginning..Later I wanted to meet up with Glenn Dormer or Wendy Dormer who is the Business owner of

this company. But they denied us.

The senior manager, said that he was going to withhold the reimbursement check until I signed a release form that stated I was going to keep

my mouth shut and not leave bad reviews, or send complaints to governing bodies. This is extortion for my own money. And last I checked this

is America and I have the right to freedom of speech. I also have the right to leave a bad review in good faith based on factual instances.

This company refuses to pay claims and claims they aren't about making money yet they make any excuse they can to get out of paying. No

one should be bullied in signing something to keep them quiet about a company who is doing wrong. The more research I do on this company,

the more I see that they are a crooked company and they've already had to pay thousands and thousands in restitution.

I believed every single thing that was said by Glenn and Wendy. I was expecting something really good out of this but it all led to disappointment

and dissatisfaction. The extortion of my own money made me infurriated about this whole thing and I want everyone out there to be aware of

this company KELLER WILLIAMS WESTLAKE VILLAGE! I don't want anyone to face the problems I faced and it was a very bad time for

me the day I decided to purchase a house from this company!

Keller Williams Realty very very bad experience buying a home from keller williams westlake village

My husband and I bought a house from keller williams westlake village and it was a big fraud! We worked with the realtors provided by company in different places.in the beginning he was very helpful and showed us all the details of the house.

Keller Williams Realty money scam

My daughter used this company to try to purchase her first home. The realtor she was assigned never took or returned calls. The only time my daughter heard from her is if she needed money for something. The mortgage company they used for my daughters loan told her she was approved and gave her a closing date. A week before closing she got an email telling her the loan did not go through after all. Her realtor then emailed her and told her she was not able to get her escrow money back so she ended up losing a total of $1900 .

Keller Williams Realty anita heymans - extremely unreliable

Anita has been extremely unreliable ever since she has listed my property as a rental. She does not respond to text or watsapp messages or even pick up telephone calls. I have had no response from her for 6 weeks that my property was listed. I have lost 2 months potential rental income due to her unprofessionalism. She is great at making excuses...ie: helping a deaf friend, being sick or some other excuse. I would definitely not recommend her or KW to anybody. Disgusting service.

His company information: Keller Williams Realty Greater Seattle Greater Seattle 1307 N. 45th Street Suite 300 Seattle, WA 98103, US Phone: [protected] Phone: 206.632.2636 Fax: [protected] Website: http://greaterseattle.yourkwoffice.com CEO: Scott Andrina This person is very nice at first and provided us information that is not correct and even gave us fake brochures and other fake paperworks. He also provided us a paperwork wherein he said that it is legal which is not. He posted some testimonials without proper approval from us as well. His incompetency about this business is very poor and what I have found out is that he scammed a lot of people already. This person must be in prisoned or take a legal action about this person. He might victimized more people in the future. We are just concerned for future victims.
