Keller Williams Realty an agent

I recently requested information regarding a co-op I saw online and a Maxine Teele from Keller Williams reached out. I never met with her, therefore, didn't think I was taking up any of her "valuable time". She reached out to me a week later asking if I was still interested in looking for a co-op. I told her I was already working with another Keller Williams agent that was referred by a friend. She thanked me for wasting her valuable time. I'm appalled by the audacity...especially because we never got anything started.

As someone who was in sales (finance industry) for many years this type of conduct would never be tolerated.

I expressed interest in a multi-family home online and was connected with Maxine Teele of Keller Williams. Her tone was off-putting and offensive. She lacks a very basic skill: LISTENING. I told her that I have my financing in place and the price range I was willing to consider, and she responded with discouragement instead of enthusiasm. I have been researching the market for decades and have home buying experience, which I mentioned, but she kept trying to convince me that my price range was too low and unrealistic - Please bear in mind that we connected based on my expressed interest on one of many property listings within my price range. Someone called me to ask if I was happy with the results of my communication with Maxine. I told them no and she will not represent me. I received a follow up call from Maxine a week later. That call was a complete waste of my time on a very busy day; she had nothing new to say/offer, but asked if I received pre-approval yet. Remember that I told her at the onset that I had financing in place. She said that I needed to sign paperwork and show proof of funds so that she could represent me. I asked her if she had anything new to offer? She said no and repeated her schpiel about nothing at my price point... Remember that we were connected as a result of me finding online listings at my price point. I told her that I was not interested in working with her under such conditions, and in the most unprofessional manner she told me “fine...have a nice life” and disconnected the call before I could respond. The behavior is rude to say the least. I have since blocked her number. I was not born at night nor yesterday, and have no desire to do business with a street urchin in a suit. I have family that works for Keller Williams and assume that they must not be aware of this behavior.

Keller Williams Realty my agent in general

Luckily I was able to recently sale my home but I feel that my agent in general either had no clue about her job or didn't care one way or the other about selling the home. Since I have limited space I will baivel the basics. Any open house I had to request. She was not familiar with the processes or paperwork. She was not at one of my open houses to represent me and express the familiarity with the home or specifics of the sale. I had very limited contact with the agent over a period from October until yesterday unless I either called her or text her. The original closing date was supposed to be by the end of January and due to failures on her part it was not until April 27. I felt as a bother to her and not a priority. So I had a very hard time pathetic money I didn't feel as if she earned it. In the end I stopped dealing with her and dealt with the buyers attorney to make sure things were right. I will NEVER recommend your company ever to any potential buyer or seller and I will make it my goal to leave a review on every sight dealing with reality that I can. I have numerous friends and family that are in real estate that live in different states so I will utilize them also. This woman made a hard situation an absolute nightmare and I hate her for that. She was supposed to be my ally instead of the enemy and she definitely wasn't my ally. After I got my check delivered yesterday she said if you have any other real estate needs keep me in mind. I told her if I never see her again that would be too soon. So I have said my piece I will leave it at that now yo hit all the review sites I can.

Sincerely
Grant Newport

Keller Williams Realty withholding earnest money

Our earnest money is being withheld from us causing us to wait another 60 days to receive it! we have already waited over a month because sellers refused to sign release form twice! it is not our fault our buyer decided to walk night before inspection! this is not morally, ethically right!
we had to go to corporate at kw to be told this is the "process !" we have bought and sold homes for 16 years and never had this happen! our realtor nor her broker didnt know what to do about this situation either! neither had ever heard of such an incident happening!
we would like a check cut today not 60 day wait !

Keller Williams Realty real estate brokerage

I gave Keller Williams Realty $2500.00 in the Spring of 2016 to use as defense against a potential law suit, it was only an idle threat. It was supposed to cover the deductible on their E & M insurance policy. No law suit was ever filed and no defense ever needed.
It's only fair that the $2500.00 be refunded since nothing has happened in two years.

Keller Williams Realty unethical behaviour

Below is a summary of emails between myself, John Sloan, listing agent and Heath Hilgenberg, broker, of my purchase of 308 Paseo Primavera, Palm Desert California. Before I submit a formal #RE-519A Licensing/Subdivider Complaint form, I wanted to give Keller Williams the opportunity to review and provide your resolution to my complaints.

I await your response.

Susan Renee Klingaman

SUMMARY
308 Paseo Primavera
Palm Desert, Ca. 92260

My email sent to John Sloan on December 20, 2017

John,
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

You emailed me the following on December 19, 2017:

Beth (the former owner) got back to me. She said that the HOA stopped Tom and Jerry pest company from doing anything. The HOA said that they would take a look to see what needed to be done.

After the close of escrow we had no access to the property to let the HOA in. I would suggest that you contact the HOA and see if they made any attempts to see if any current problems exist.

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Trish Forte, General Manager of Monterey Country Club Homeowner's Association shared her conversation with the owner regarding pest control work:
"Tom and Jerry's wanted to charge them something like 800 hundred dollars and then the owner wanted to bill the HOA for the work.
I said no, we would not be paying for anything. I also told her that Tom and Jerrys was NOT allowed up on our roofs as they belong to the HOA and NOT the owners. I told her to contact Powerful Pest and they charge owners $85.00 in total to screen the vents on the roofs and they are the only people allowed on them.
If she wanted Tom and Jerrys to clean up the inside I told her that was up to her but the HOA in no way was paying for anything as it's not our responsibility. "
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Marlene Fogarty also shared the following communication with you:
"John,
The HOA does not rodent proof the inside area of the condo. It is the home owners responsibility. I explained this to you in late November. I also advised you to use Powerful Pests Management to complete this job, for this is who the HOA uses.
The HOA is responsible for the common areas of the property and the roof, on the outside. Once Powerful Pest Management inspects the property and if any findings are the HOA's responsibility, Powerful Pests will contact the HOA and the HOA will complete their job.
The last I heard of this issue was on December 1st when you sent me a letter from Tom & Jerrys staying the job would be completed by December 5th."

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have contacted Tom Castleberry, owner and operator of Tom & Jerri's Pest Control. He too tells a somewhat different accounting of the conversations with those identifying themselves as the realtor, broker, owner and himself some of which were recorded. He explained the $800 fee was due to the need to expedite the completion of the clean-up by December 5th. After the letter that you have provided me a copy of was written on November 30th in order to close escrow, he was fired by the owner on December 1, 2017. No work was completed.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Here is another quote from you to Marlene Fogarty on November 30, 2017 at 4:34PM:

"The HOA and Tom & Jerri Pest Control are still working on the rodent issue. It has not been fully resolved, however it will not go unresolved. One way or another it will be taken care of. We are actively trying to correct the problem.

The rodent dropping will be cleaned up."

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Based on your personal assurance that the rodent issue and rodent droppings would be cleaned up did I allow escrow to close on December 1, 2017.

So John you tell me. If there is more to the story please let me know. However, the bottom line is the pest control and clean up issue have not been resolved despite your personal assurances. What is your solution? I expect your reply no later than December 23, 2017.

My email to Heath Hilgenberg on January 2, 2018
Dear Mr. Hilgenberg,
I am contacting you as the broker who is responsible for Mr. John Sloan, RE Agent with your Keller Williams office and forwarding an email sent to John Sloan and copied to Marlene Fogarty of Bennion Deville on December 20, 2017. Please read through the events which occurred regarding my pest control work for the purchase of our condo at 308 Paseo Primavera, Palm Desert, Ca.. Mr. Sloan did not respond to my request for his solution.
I have commissioned Powerful Pests to begin the remediation process this Friday, January 5, 2018. Needless to say dead rats in the attic as discovered by my electrician over the weekend is a serious health issue. Powerful Pests said they will advise what additional work may need to be performed by other contractors as well.
Mr. Hilgenberg, what do you recommend is a fair and equitable solution to my pest control issue?
Thank you for your prompt reply.
Susan Renee Klingaman
Email from Heath Hilgenberg on January 2, 2018
Dear Ms. Klingaman,
I'm sorry to hear of your frustration. In working with John Sloan for 10+ years, a lack of communication does not sound like him at all. That said, I will follow up with him on this matter today. If you would be kind enough to provide me with the costs associated with the remediation, I will advise John to pass along a request to the seller to have you reimbursed for said costs.

Very Truly Yours,

Heath Hilgenberg

My email to Heath Hilgenberg on January 3, 2018

Mr. Hilgenberg,
I will send a copy of all of the costs associated with the remediation to you when complete with the expectation of a prompt reimbursement. Just as a suggestion it might be worth your while to do a peer review of Mr. Sloan. Effective and prompt communication much less timely follow through during the later part of the sales transaction was not apparent to me or my agent.
Thank you.
Susan Renee Klingaman
My email to Heath Hilgenberg on January 13, 2018
Good morning Mr. Hilgenberg,
Although a few days have past, I am still in the process of accumulating quotes and some actual invoices. It would seem that many suppliers are busy due to this time of year as it is "the Season". I hope to have all of this information by the end of next week.
Thank you for your patience.
Susan Renee Klingaman
My email to Heath Hilgenberg on January 22, 2018
Good morning Mr. Hilgenberg,
I have been delayed in accumulating the quotes and actual invoices. My husband had a heart attack and is the process of being scheduled for surgery.
I did not want you to think that I am ignoring the situation. Thank you for your patience again.
Susan Renee Klingaman
Email from Heath Hilgenberg on January 22, 2018
Dear Ms. Klingaman,

I'm so sorry to hear about your husband's heart attack. I sincerely hope all goes well with his surgery and his recovery is quick and painless. i appreciate the update.

Heath Hilgenberg

My email to Heath Hilgenberg on January 23, 2018

Mr. Hilgenberg,
My husband's surgery was successful and he is home resting. Thank you for your kind thoughts.
There are 3 main issues with the rodent control or should I say lack of rodent control.
1. I commissioned Powerful Pest Managment to screen all exterior openings, set traps and glue boards and remove all the dead rodents. The cost is the same $85 quoted and recommended to John Sloan before the close of escrow. See attached.
2. The 2nd issue is the rodents traveled throughout the duct system and left their droppings. I obtained a quote from Coit for the clean-up in the amount of $520.00. See attached.
3. The biggest issue is the rodents deposited their droppings in and ate through the insulation.  I have obtained a quote from Green Rat Control in the amount of $5, 300.00. See attached.
I look forward to your prompt response and timely resolution thereof.
Susan Renee Klingaman
Email from Heath Hilgenberg on January 23, 2018
Ms. Klingaman,
I'm delighted to hear of your husband's successful surgery. We will pass your request along to the Seller and get back to you with their response.

Very Truly Yours,

Heath Hilgenberg

My email to Heath Hilgenberg on February 5, 2018

Mr Hilgenberg,

As it has been almost 2 weeks from your last communication, please provide an update.
Thank you.
Susan Renee Klingaman

Email from Heath Hilgenberg on February 8, 2018
Dear Ms. Klingaman,
At this point, we have not received a response from the seller. We will reach out to them again and remind them of your request.

Very Truly Yours,

Heath Hilgenberg

My email to Heath Hilgenberg on February 9, 2018

Good morning Mr. Hilgenberg,
While I appreciate you willingness to reach out to the seller again and remind them of my request it is time for you to bring forth your resolution to these issues. As the broker responsible for your agent, Mr. John Sloan, and the sales transaction of the property, I expect to receive your decision as to the resolution of these issues no later than February 28, 2018. This date is a full 2 months since our first communication and 3 months since the close of escrow.
I await your decision.
Susan Renee Klingaman
My email to Heath Hilgenberg on March 8, 2018
Mr. Hilgenberg,
It would seem that you too have chosen to ignore my request for a final resolution to these issues. Due to your lack of response I will now be contacting the appropriate state and local licensing agencies for their determination of whether or not ethical practices were employed for this sales transaction.
Susan Renee Klingaman
Email from Heath Hilgenberg on March 9, 2018
Ms. Klingaman-
It's certainly within you rights to pursue whatever means you feel appropriate to get resolve to this situation. We continue to work with the seller to provide you with a mutually agreeable proposal.

Very Truly Yours-
Heath Hilgenberg

My email to John Sloan and Heath Hilgenberg on March 17, 2018
Dear Mr. Hilgenberg and Mr. Sloan,
I have completed #RE-519A Licensing/Subdivider Complaint form along with a summary of the events which occurred between November 30, 2017 through March 8, 2018. I wanted to give both of you an opportunity to respond with a resolution to these issues before I mail the form.
If I have not heard from both of you by March 24, 2018 I will mail the completed form to the Bureau of Real Estate Complaint Intake Unit (CIU) in Los Angeles, California.
Sincerely,
Susan Renee Klingaman

Email from Heath Hilgenberg on March 22, 2018
Ms. Klingaman,
It is certainly within your rights to take whatever action you see fit. After reviewing things once again, we would be willing to reimburse you the $85 for the screening as that is what was originally authorized and committed to by the seller.

Very Truly Yours,

Heath Hilgenberg

My email to John Sloan and Heath Hilgenberg on March 23, 2018
Mr. Hilgenberg,
Thank you for your reply. I appreciate your willingness to reimburse me for the $85 for the screening that you now say was authorized by the seller, however, the rodent clean-up remains unaddressed. I quote again John Sloan's communication to Marlene Fogarty on November 30, 2017 at 4:34PM:

"The HOA and Tom & Jerri Pest Control are still working on the rodent issue. It has not been fully resolved, however it will not go unresolved. One way or another it will be taken care of. We are actively trying to correct the problem.

The rodent dropping will be cleaned up."

Tom & Jerri Pest Control was fired on December 1, 2017 by the seller therefore no work was performed. Later communication from John Sloan stated he did not have access to the condo and therefore would suggest I contact the HOA. The HOA previously stated who could perform the work at what cost and they were not responsible. If the $85 for the screening was authorized by the seller, why was it not included in the close of escrow or before my requests for action? It would seem that since John Sloan committed to the rodent droppings being cleaned up that the seller must have been authorized this as well?
It is 2018 but I still believe a person's word should mean something. Ethical practices by all should be first and foremost the cornerstone of real estate transactions.
I await your final response.
Susan Renee Klingaman

My email to John Sloan and Heath Hilgenberg on April 11, 2018
Mr. Hilgenberg,

It has been almost 3 weeks since my last email to you. Since you have not replied I will assume you do not intend to reply.
I will now give the corporate headquarters of Keller Williams the opportunity to more equitably resolve my issues with The Hilgenberg Group.
Susan Renee Klingaman

Email from Heath Hilgenberg on April 11, 2018
Ms. Klingaman-
It's certainly your right to pursue whatever outcome you desire. However, please be advised that each Keller Williams franchise is independently owned and operated and Keller Williams International will refer you back to me.

Very Truly Yours-

Heath Hilgenberg

Keller Williams Realty customer service

Took our property management company 14 months to fix a security issue (back door lock was broken and wouldn't lock). Continued to tell me he couldn't find the part until I was finally fed up and attempted to break the lease due to a clause in the Arizona landlord/Tenant Act. After 2 days, the lock is magically fixed and forces me into another month on the lease. Carl Anderson is the worst property manager I've ever had.

Keller Williams Realty Slander spread by a real estate agent

I was attending a young professionals networking event last night in Parker County when I overheard Ms. Vanessa Van Winkle slandering another professional's family member. The young woman seemed distressed and offended, when she objected Ms. Van Winkle continued to make jokes at the young woman's expense. I spoke to the offended party and she informed me that Ms. Van Winkle does this at every networking event. I, myself, long with everyone in my group was extremely distressed by this lack of professional decorum. I advised the young woman to seek legal advise if it continues (apparently this has occurred for months). Ms. Van Winkle was representing your company and she a dark cloud in my eyes and the eyes of others at this networking night.

Hello! I just stumbled across this and as you can probably tell... was a little taken back to see a complaint about myself on the internet! I have NO idea what you are referring to and after talking to multiple people that were at the networking event as well, no one does. Anyone who knows me, knows that I value people and would never slander someone or their family member and especially continue to do so when asked to stop.

Since you have taken to the internet with no name and not come to me personally you either do not know me or can not face me. Feel free to call me at anytime [protected] if you have [another] problem and I would be more than happy to discuss like a professional. Thank you! - Venessa Van Winkle

Keller Williams Realty problem affecting interest in property. haworth nj

To whom it may concern

I am interested in a property listing in haworth nj. I just ended attorney review for another but due to, what I call false advertising, the sale was counter offered and the offer was refused. Below is the letter that I just sent to the nj board of realtors regarding this matter which I will follow up on.

I am interested in another property listed by you. I am a serious buyer. But it is listed with the same agent that I filed a complaint against, stacy esser. With whom I will not do business with.

I hired a lawyer for closing based on the seller's agent' price and the advertised tax value $550, 000 at $7875. After attorney review I have found out from the assessor that the house will be taxed between $14000 and $15000, I also found out that the selling parties were aware of this at the time of the sale. I informed them of this.

To me this is disgraceful and came at the expense of $1000+ for an attorney. I will follow up on this matter.

The seller is still listing the original taxed amount.

Their article states clearly:
"spectacular value, low taxes & blue ribbon public schools!"
From the listing: https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/40-Summit-Pl-Haworth-NJ-07641/37935403_zpid/

Sincerely

Keller Williams Realty realtor / buyer experience at keller williams

***PLEASE READ ENTIRE REVIEW*** I saw a property I was very interested in located in Cherry Hill NJ. I reached out to John "Ray" Johnson at the Moorestown location in NJ explaining to him I liked the property & wanted to move forward with an offer after I recieved my pre approval letter. He immediately emailed me 2 documents telling me "by law I must sign them before I can do anything for anyone." His words exactly. He also wanted my loan officer to rewrite the pre approval letter to the amount I wanted to offer, not the actual amount I was qualified for. I did as he asked, had my loan officer rewrite the pre approval letter for a lesser amount so we can negotiate the asking price. A couple hours later Mr Johnson texts me saying the offer was countered. I was happy he put in my offer but I was curious about what Mr Johnson had told me earlier about how the only way he would do anything for anyone is if they signed the 2 documents. The documents were "Real Estate Relationships in New Jersey" and "Affiliated Business Arrangement disclose for Buyers" Knowing I didn't sign any of the documents he made the offer. Once I asked him about that, that's when things became scary. Earlier in the conversation I expressed how one can be discouraged throughout the home buying process. He took what I innocently said and used it against me telling me he rushed the offer because I seemed unhappy and upset. Red flag number one. Mr. Johnson continued telling me those documents still needed to be signed in a very pushy manner. Red flag number two. Mr Johnson then implied he did me a favor even putting in an offer for me without those documents signed. At this point there's a rain storm of red flags. This is where it gets a little crazy. Mr Johnson calls me up and very angrily says "do you want me to rescind the offer or not!" He was talking to me like I owed him something, seriously. Mr Johnson threatened me telling me I won't be able to purchase the property I was interested in with anyone else because both my name and his name was on the offer he presented. He finished the conversation in a very dark threatening tone saying if I purchased that property with anyone else he was the one that will get paid in the end. Mr Johnson hangs up the phone. I am truly traumatized by this experience. this happened all in one day...

Keller Williams Realty unnecessary behavior

I used to work with a team at Keller Williams. On Jan 16, 2016, I was working late with my boss in her office. We were looking up Tax Records/Addresses to send out thank you cards for to those who went to her open house. I looked away for a second and she grabbed my face with her hand for me to look at her and said " I hope that we work out as a team and you don't make anymore mistakes." Additionally, she would smack/hit me if there was a situation she did not approve of. She went on vacation for a couple of days with her sister and friend. When she returned I picked her up from the airport and sister. When I went to her house, she did it again grabbing my face but saying "your beautiful." This took me as a surprise and she did it again. The next day, I told her in person about the incident and she said "it was a sign of affection." I didn't feel comfortable working with her so I quit on the spot. I didn't tell the team leader at the office, but the team leader to ask other employees who I used to be close with what happen.

Keller Williams Realty real estate

Fellow Veterans, Retirees and Service Members. I am a retired COL in the Army. Please do not support this organization. Any business that would deceive a Retiree and Veteran is about as crooked and unethical as you can get.

Do not utilize Keller Williams to sell your home. They are independently owned, so if you run into issues their home office will not be able to assists you with your issue and they could care less if it get solved or not. They are all about the bottom line and will do what it takes to make a buck. They have no integrity and are very dishonest. Bottom line is that I lost a great deal of money on the sale of my home because the realtor outright lied to me about their fee. You may email me if you would like to know more or specifics. Keller Williams Realty non return of security deposit

While we recognize that Mr Keifer is using the company name, Unique Rental Property LLC, he continues to represent the Keller Williams name. He owes the downstairs tenants at 3145 Kensington #1 over $1150.00 as it has been over 90 days since the tenants moved at the end of the lease. In addition he owes over $1150.00 to the upstairs tenants who also moved 60 days ago according to the lease agreement.
What we find so appalling is that he continues to ignore all phone calls, texts and attempts to contact him, including a formal complaint filed with the Attorney General for the state of Ohio. Our next course of action will be to take him to court but in the meantime, please know that he presents himself as a Keller Williams realtor and we are making sure that our friends, family and neighbors understand that this KW representative is dishonest and deceitful He is breaking the law and dragging KW through the mud.

Keller Williams Realty illegally pulling info

I'm not sure if this is the right place to post, but due to my highten concern I need to say something. I was made aware of a Keller Williams agent that has used company resources to manipulate and threaten individuals for personal gain. Not only this person destroyed a family with a young child, he also pulled personal information illegally as it was done without permission. I used to be a potential client and so were my business partners as they would be pulling away from this company due to this new discovery.
Information that was pulled.
FULL NAME
D.O.B,
SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER

I have since then informed the individual to report this to the state attorney as it is highly illegal. Also, to report it to Keller Williams so they may have a chance to rectify the situation and avoid a bigger issue in the future. As long as this "agent" who things they are above the law works there I will not be using Keller Williams.

Keller Williams Realty agent approved work on our house without consent or contract

We entered into a contract with Nancy Bennett from the Walnut Creek, CA office of Keller Williams to assist us in selling our home on July 18th 2017.
The agent, Nancy Bennett came with me to speak to a lwyer doing bankruptcy for our business (an S-Corpor0 to make certain that I was not doing anything illegal by selling our home under those circumstances... and he agreed that it would not be an issue. He also let us know that the police would likely investigate us (due diligence) for any consumer complaints during this process of filing chapter 7.
Nancy brought in her "team" following that meeting to make suggestions on improvements (paint, etc..) for getting the best price in this market. However, she allowed the team of contractors to begin work on our home prior to us even seeing a bid for the work. No contract had been signed as I had not seen a bid. yet, they tore out our kitchen, destroyed the walls and put mud on the wallpaper. the ceilings were scraped and left raw, and all the light fixtures and fans were removed (breaking some and throwing others away they had deemed "in the wrong style" for their vision.
When we began Nancy was alerted to my husbands heart attack (first one) and that we would be selling the house ASAP to get into a single story residence since he was unable to navigate the staircase to our bedroom any longer.
Nancy assured us that any and all money spent would come out of escrow at the closing once the property was sold. That this was her normal way of business - and she would handle everything to help reduce any stress on our family.
She was also given a preliminary budget of 30-40K for improvements that I would have in hand to approve or stop any work that did not fit into our budget or would take too long as time was of the essence.
The contractor received instructions to proceed with the work prior to us seeing or signing any construction contracts. Our existing kitchen was ripped out and thrown into a dumpster as were all the light fixtures and several other built in items deemed "unsuitable" in their eyes.
Then the contractor got wind of our Chapter 7 regarding our business and decided to pull all her labor off the job and send us a demand letter for $16, 000 payable IMMEDIATELY OR WOULD LIEN THE HOUSE.
After looking at the demand billing - it was dated August 9th... tow days BEFORE I was given a contract to sign on the 11th. Furthermore, I contacted Nancy Bennett from KW to request an explanation and support to resolve the mess that was now our family home. She did not try to solve it, nor offer to "take it out of escrow" as promised - in writing.
the contractor placed the mechanic's lien on Aug 22nd and would not undo the damages to our residence.,
Nancy Bennett sent me an email that she would talk to her broker and call me in 30 minutes time with a resolution... no call ever came.
I have now hired a lawyer to request release from her realty contract - since she has not done anything to list our home, photograph it (in its destroyed condition), or help to solve this ongoing nightmare.
In the interim the stress caused my husband to have a second heart attack and was hospitalized and then operated on. They were unable to help him - stating it was stress- related and should be kept calm.
The lawyer sent a letter to the representative for KW requesting release of the contract for Nancy to sell our home - and so that we could find another agent to complete the work and sell the house - since she obviously was not going to do so... and would not even return our calls or emails.
Now 5 weeks have passed and we are still in limbo - while the clock ticks and our last money evaporates.
Since the house was left a mess and we had no more money I began working on the property (painting and repairing walls) because it can not be sold in its current condition... and certainly not for the anticipated $1.3 million that the realtor proved it was worth... and comps also proved was the going rate for our home. Now its worth at least 300k less - in its condition - and I'm still trapped by Nancy Bennett at Keller Williams - unable to repair the house or sell it without a kitchen or lights.
In trying to paint and repair the house, I fell off the ladder at about 15 off the floor (doing the ceilings that were raw) and broke two ribs - and bruised my entire body. I ended up in the hospital - they are still not certain I haven't damaged my liver too.
At 57 years of age I should not be in this position - and having to risk my life to get the repairs done to sell the house. The accident was her fault - by destroying our house - and not getting it ready to sell. she in fact made a bad situation worse - now I'm laid up for the next 6 months to a year before the ribs will heal and I can work again... at anything!
Their lawyer requested a mediator - an hours drive away in San Francisco - when the doctors have told me not to travel since the ribs are moving and it can be life threatening. I have requested a mediation closer to where we live - but no, they insist I further compromise my health... for what? They have said they have no intention to release us from the contract for real estate representation, nor do they want to offer any kind of settlement to prevent a law suit - for damages to our family and to me personally.
So - what are we mediating exactly?... this is yet another way to hurt me - and to request that I pay half of the $400/hour fee for the mediator and another $400 an hour for us to have a lawyer represent us there.
This situation is beyond my worse nightmare. I will let the contract "tick" out on October 18th and will be suing your company for many more dollars that it would be had they tried to resolve this amicably.
I would like to :
1. be released from her contract immediately so that the house can be sold "as-is"
2. Offered the $300, 000 difference for what it is now worth vs. what it would have sold for without their "help" and destruction.
3. They should pay off the lien for $16, 000 placed on our home as a result of them approving the work - without a signed contract with the contractor.
Please contact me ASAP at [protected]@yahoo.com to advise how you (and your lawyers) would like to handle this from here. I am ready with all the documents to take all of you to court... or you can settle this now without the lawyers fees, my lawyer's fees and the cost of physical damage to our home and my ribs.

A video of the house following the destruction can be seen at:

I have all the documents, texts, and emails to support these allegations with proven factual written documents from the "Nancy Bennett Team" and her minions. Please also to refer to the photos attached.

I look forward to a timely reply... unlike your realtor agent or their lawyer.

Keller Williams Realty agent engagement

I came home to find a Keller Williams flier stuck in the door of my house. It was horrible - like some three-year-old had written it. I contacted the agent whose information was on the flier, to which I received a response, "I wouldn't want a client like you, either." KW, THESE are the type of people you employ? Horrific - black eye on your company
