Keller Williams Realty bad mentorship

Keller Williams Realty Inc
Complaint Department
1221 South Mopac Expressway, Suite 400
Austin, Texas 78746

Iryna Iniguez-Snehirova,
Real Estate Agent, DRE # [protected]

My Experience at Keller Williams Real Estate Agency.

To whom it may concern,

I recently got my real estate license, and, on August 20, 2018, I joined Keller Williams office as a brand-new agent at 6005 Hidden Valley Rd #200, Carlsbad, CA 92011. I was assigned Wade Blair (DRE #[protected]) as my mentor. The reason I chose Keller Williams is because they are number one on education according to online reviews. I joined them despite the high split they offer hoping to get the best knowledge and a strong start of my new career. Unfortunately, I got very disappointed with their approach of teaching new agents, especially with my mentor's approach.

On September 2018, I brought my first listing. I went to the listing appointment with my mentor Wade Blair. I let him to do the talk and fill out the listing agreement. I totally relied on his expertise. This is what happened after we signed the listing with my client.

First, Wade put the date of the listing to go live in MLS October 13, 2018 which was Saturday. I have a good friend, realtor, who is doing very well in this business and I always kept in touch with her and was sharing my progress. She is not from Keller Williams. When she found out that the first live day of the listing will be on Saturday, she strongly recommended to change the date to a week day, so I'll have more time to get people for my open house on first weekend, otherwise the weekend would be wasted. I called Wade and asked him why he put listing on a weekend day. He said he didn't check calendar and he was in a hurry; he just wanted to sign the listing ASAP and leave.

Second, I told him I will do property pictures myself. He didn't say a word. My friend, instead, suggested to hire a professional photographer because it will be my portfolio for next clients and it should look representable and professional.

Third, Wade suggested to order a sign with my personal information and pay Deesign.com to install it in front of the property. My realtor friend shared that I am selling a condo and HOA would never allow me to put that sign on a common area of the property. I can only put it on the window.

Fourth, Wade never voluntarily offered to go over the steps what to do after we signed the listing. I had to chase him asking questions and asking him to assist me to input property information in MLS in order to post it live.

I felt like I was not receiving any help or mentorship. I felt like I just annoyed my mentor. I realized that I am going to pay commission to wrong people and I should just join my friend-realtor who deserves to receive mentor's commission because she is the one who was helping me all the time, not Wade.

I came to Jim Crotwell, the office manager, and told him I want to leave to other broker and told him the reasons why. He said that the listing was signed with Keller Williams and I will have to pay them 30% commission anyway even if I leave.

Fortunately, after I reviewed the listing agreement, I found a very sloppy and careless mistake that my mentor made. He put expiration date of the listing April 30, 2018 instead of 2019. It made the listing agreement expired and no longer valid. I notified Jim Crotwell and Wade Blair via e-mail that listing was made incorrectly, and that I am leaving Keller Williams.

The next day my client called me and said that Wade stopped by at her house without proper prior notice. She was not at home, so he left her a hand-written card with his contact information and solicitation message to sign listing agreement again with him. She called him, and she said he was very pushy to set up an appointment with her next day. He didn't mention that he made a mistake in the listing agreement. She refused to make an appointment with him and called me instead. I told her what happened, and she said she would sign a new listing with me again even if I change a broker. Even after my client refused to meet with Wade, he still emailed her a letter why she should sign listing with him and not me.

Unfortunately, the story didn't stop there. My friend, also a new real estate agent, who is no longer with Keller Williams, kept going to Ignite classes and said that Wade, who teaches Ignite classes, in front of all class said that the new agent Iryna was a destruction for him; that he has to drop everything and go to sign a listing agreement with her. For the record, Wade and I set up an appointment date a week in advance not in the last moment.

From what I've described above, I would like to say that Keller Williams runs unprofessional and unethical business. I can't imagine a person like Wade Blair teaching classes and being a good mentor! This person told his students not to disturb him on Sundays because it's his church day. And this person is doing such unacceptable things behind another person's back such as humiliating agents in front of the class, trying to steal listings, charging mentor's fee and not giving any support and knowledge in return, etc.

In addition, when all this happened, I was pregnant, and it caused me extra emotional distress and anxiety. The reason I wrote this letter is to raise the issue in front of the proper authorities and take action against people like Wade Blair so they won't take advantage of new real estate agents. I do not wish anybody to experience what happened to me in their fresh start in a real estate career.

Please find the attached card and e-mail that Wade Blair wrote to my client.

Your time and attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

If you have any questions regarding to this matter, please contact me at [protected]

Sincerely,
Iryna Iniguez-Snehirova

Keller Williams Realty terry reitz, certified default resolution specialist

Terry Reitz is an disqualified realtor. While she's super profit driven, if you cherish your wealth, health, and happiness, you should never engage her.

In managing a rental property in San Antonio, TX for her client, without reviewing the move-in inspection form, she maliciously and illegally kept all the safety deposit the tenants made. Moreover, she courageously made up an "invoice" using her imagination.

More importantly, the bio on her website with Keller Williams is completely misleading - She faces law suits / complaints on a regular basis and also carries contagious disease, which constantly made people around her sick.

I hope you can read this post before engaging her. Best of luck.

Keller Williams Realty jeremiah jones /kathy wolfe/ carl stockwell

Went to purchase my first home. Used a "friend" Jeremiah Jones. New realtor at Keller Williams and seemed to be legit. Everything seemed okay. I trusted his process, his opinion, and believed him to be an honest man, boy was I ever wrong. He found my house off the market, mistake number one. Said it was pulled after 140 days bc the girls financing fell through and the seller got mad and withdrew. I dont know why 140 days didn't click, but i was new to this. He met with the seller who agreed to show me the house. It was a perfect starter home, minus a few issues, but within budget and the area I wanted to be in. My inspector found that the subpump did not function properly and advised me to ask for replacement or to be serviced by a LICENSED professional. Jeremiah Jones had me close on my house stating the seller, bill hopperton would repair the 4 items on the addendum Asap. I chased the realtor down post closing for weeks .. emails and text and more emails. He told me the seller was out of minutes or MIA. Finally after I complained enough he agreed to send someone out to fix the items on the addendum. He sent out a "handy- man" . He was not a licensed professional but notated on his receipt he "serviced" the pump. The pump malfunctioned / stopped completely and my basement flooded with 3 or more inches of water. They could not provide proof of a sub pump float being purchased. The pump looks like or came from the ocean. Rusted beyond repair. I lost thousands in property and repairs. Jeremiah refused to care about the fact that had this been completed correctly to begin with, I wouldnt be in this position. Weeks have gone by and I fix what I can out of pocket and with help of local contractors or friends. Kathy Wolfe asks what i want and i state reimbursement for everything out of pocket. She talks with Jeremiah Jones who offered me $1, 250.00 when i sent 4, 000 to date in receipts. I state that i am insulted and to do better. Later, I offer to settle at 2k for the Carpet and tile replacement to be done with this nightmare and she states the realtor withdraws his offer to settle. These people are crooks. Jeremiah never told me he represented the seller too! He never had my best interest at heart. He just wanted to close. To get his commission and move on. They dont care about you and the company is a joke. His partner Carl Stockwell claimed to know nothing about yet when I copied him in on the email, he was the one who told Jeremiah to get someone out to my house to make the repairs. Basically a signed contractual agreement / addendum means nothing to these people. They will push handy men on you and claim they did their part. Crooks.

Keller Williams Realty refusal to show property

I had called Terri Ames of the Clark summit pa office to see a property near lake scranton pa I believe the address is 200 lake scranton road. Scranton pa. Before she would even let me look at the property she wanted an approved loan or a copy of my bank statement showing I had enough money to purchase the property. I own several property's and was looking for another home for me and my wife due to our home is now too big for just the two of us and we wanted something a little more secluded and a better neighborhood. Considering this was obviously a potential wast of Terri Ames time I called my agent and attempted to get a viewing of the home and once again the red tape so honestly I am very put off and will never ever allow any percentage of my monies to go to KW or their agents. So before someone can look at a listing of theirs they have to go through the rigerious process and credit check which can potential deduct points or give strangers personal financial reacords. So my question is why? I guess take all the chance out of their listings if you cannot or do not supply the paperwork your poor scum who I sent afforded the same treatment as rich individuals such as myself I am very put off by there or her professionalism so I am going to make it my side hobby to cost their company at least but not limited to 160, 000 in sale commissions considering they have cause me great grief from my wife on behalf the property in question. How much money I have in my account is none of their business nor will I disclose it but I assure you I could have purchased that property and all cost 34.4 times with only my savings account excluding my entire portfolio. So KW on a rate of one to 10 I give you a -10 and you can give all credit to Terri Ames an agent who wants to see the cash before she will even acknowledge you exist.

Keller Williams Realty giving out my lockbox code to prospective tenants

My experience with real estate agent Weyman Patterson was a bad experience. He had very little communication skills. He lack experience in his field as an agent. He gave out my lockbox code to his peers without consulting me first. He still owe me for allowing his clients to stay in my property for two weeks. I also have a gas and electric bill that his clients did not pay during the time they were occupying my property. I've contacted is manager Mr. Jerry McCarthy but he shown no leadership skills. I've fired Mr. Patterson and filed a complaint to the board of Burlington Camden County Association of Realtors. I've also retained an attorney to recover fees Mr. Patterson clients owes for staying in my property. I've also asked Mr. Patterson to take down my property for is listing. I've hired a new agency. They were able to find me a well qualified tenant within one day of Listing my property. Mr. Patterson have not contacted me back. My property manager reached out to him on numerous occasions. Mr. Patterson made it clear to me that he did not have time to devote on finding prospective tenants because he only work for Keller Williams part time. He expressed to me that I'm asking a lot for a person that's getting a discount. I told him I wasn't getting an discount. I have multiple homes and my father is a president of eleven corporations. It's unfortunate We'll never use Keller Williams services again because of my experience with Mr. Patterson and Mr. McCarthy. We advise others if the do decide to use Keller Williams Reality services to stay far away from Washington Township in Sewell, New Jersey.

Keller Williams Realty misrepresentation of listing and unprofessional behaviour

The listing at 41869 Corte Selva in Temecula, CA has been requested to be cancelled. The cancellation request has been sent to both Ed Beaudet, the listing agent, and the office manager, Mahasa Khadir. Mahasa Khardir has not responded to any emails regarding this cancellation. This listing is being cancelled for cause due to Ed Beaudet's lack of professionalism and misrepresentation of the subject listing. This listing has only one photo of the front of the home with zero interior or back yard photos. Mr. Beaudet set the listing price of the home yet within 15 days has changed course with the need to reduce the price without any effort to sell the home. The seller wishes to cancel the current listing agreement and have the listing removed from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). I have also contacted and talked with broker Ron Forrest who claims there is nothing he can do.

Keller Williams Realty social media interaction

I wanted to let you know the type of people/person you have representing the Keller Williams name in upstate New York.
I was recently on a social media site and I saw my friend posted about looking for a house and mentioned Cristin Bishop. I commented stating not to go with her and I said I would send a private message as to why. Cristin herself then proceeded to make comments saying " Stacy lay off the booze you crazy lady! " and " You are a piece of work... Sorry that I sold your house for more than asking price and you couldn't' convince your husband to move out of town... I can't blame him for not wanting to leave alone with you! You are nuts!" I have the pictures to prove this. I am appalled and disgusted by this behavior from someone who represents a large company.

Keller Williams Realty complaint made toward jared bellard of lake charles

I was a resident of Calcasieu Parish and ran into some allegations steaming from the Sheriffs Office. I was sitting down Friday Night at Riken Jacks Bar off Ryan Street in Lake Charles Louisiana. Jared Bellard being a Real Estate Agent started yelling calling me a Scum Bag and a Phedofile. A Real Estate Agent that is suppose to be representing Keller Williams Realty should not behave in this manner I didn't not say anything back toward him just let him yell. Jared Bellard has caused a scene attempting to try to get people to fight him. I was actually talking to another real estate agent about buying a house before this happen. But I will be filing a class action law suit again this real estate agent for slander and embarrassment in public. I am not even a registered sex offender and I was called a pedophile. I attempted to contact Dean David his team leader with Keller Williams and received no phone call back. I will be filing the lawsuit against him and this Reality Company for defamation and slander of my name.

Sound like you was there huh! He did yell trying to start a fight so basically when somebody walks into a public place causing a scene and that place a business does nothing about it even the bartender with a bar card that’s a law suit, plus on top of that calling somebody something that there not is a law suit and slandering it around threw text plus a video of it I have of the incident plus text messsges on top of that while using an agent that works at the same place when he so happens to find out that’s proven think again cause I do have a lawyer! Damaging somebody’s name and yes the business is now apart of that due to the fact I was using an agent threw them thanks again try again with your comment

Keller Williams Realty poor communication with agent

I'm renting a townhouse. Went to see the place. Woley Faseru was the listing agent. He claimed he would send my info to the landlord before running my credit. He lied. After they ran my credit he began asking for more documents. I told him no. He kept saying then come pick up your security deposit. I complained to his boss. His boss said they run the credit and then ask for more documents and then decide whether I'm a good fit. After speaking with his boss I found out I was approved even without these documents. I asked to speak only to his boss from now on. They sent me the lease to which I had questions. I asked them to Woley because his boss hadn't given me his email address yet. Woley emailed me back. I was ok with his answers but wanted to double check them so I asked for his boss to email me. No one emails me back. I called them to find out what's going on. His boss wasn't available so I left a message. He emailed me back 5 minutes later saying the landlord doesn't want to rent to me anymore. After some digging Woley told the landlord I wasn't ok with his answers. Why would he do that? Now I'm having issues getting his boss or anyone else at their office to help me. I don't have a place to rent now because of this man and I have to leave my current rental at the end of the month. I had 2 other houses that I was approved for (Woley knew of them) that I turned down to get this townhouse. And did I mention they still have my security deposit!

Keller Williams Realty realtor and management

My realtor, jeremiah jones and carl stockwell pushed me to close before i had the items on the addendum fixed by a LICENSED professional. Main concern being the sub pump. Per the inspector, it needed serviced or replaced by a licensed professional due to float failure. It was never done by the seller although he said his brother in law did the repairs, again not licensed and no proof of work being performed. I Chased my realtor and Carl for mo. to service or replace. KW 2mo later sent a "handy man" NOT licensed as i requesred per the contract again, in to repair. He claims he replaced the pump float and billed $30 to KW. The pump float was never replaced. The original rusted one is still attached and KW could never provide a receipt. My pump malfunctioned as predicted and indicated by the inspector and my subpump stopped working and my basement flooded. Kw refuses to respond to my emails or provide any proof that their "handy man" repaired or replaced the float. Addendum clearly stated LICENSED professional. I researched the pump. It is not a new market float, i was lied to and now i am stuck flipping the bill. I have the entire pump still on hand as proof. KW admitted their mess up by closing before the reported items in the addendum were taken care of by the seller . I am sick of being ignored. This was my first home purchase, a dream i worked hard for! The realtor never divuldged to me he presented the seller and i both. He insunayed documents signed were about another mortgage company and never me tioned representing the seller. He told me the failed prior closings was due to financial issues and then posted a closing picture with the seller stating two failed closing attempts. I was not looked after as a client. I was not heard. I have shown pictures of my agent pump, the addendum, the inspection notes, and more. I am prepared to get an attorney as i feel the realtor and boss Carl made the errors, deceived me about repairs and now i am thousands in repairs.

Keller Williams Realty agent was substandard and then the entire brokerage abandoned me

I hired an agent from the Port Orange Florida Partners office to list/sell our home. When it became apparent that she was not a good fit for us; she told us we could just cancel the listing even though we already had an open house scheduled and a showing scheduled. She said that we could show the house to the agent and she would still get her 3% if the house sold. The agent arrived, viewed the house and brought us an offer...this agent represented the BUYERS only and our Keller Williams office NEVER CONTACTED US ONCE to help with any of the steps in the process. We negotiated the contract, got all the inspections, fixes and paperwork taken care of without their help. They communicated sporadically with the BUYERS' agent to make sure the deal was moving so they could get their money, but NEVER contacted us for any assistance whatsoever. We made it to the closing and the greedy idiots claimed their 3% for DOING NOTHING but taking some okay pictures and listing it - which I had previously done myself in the MLS and I believe the buyers had seen my listing well before KW put it up. At MOST, they should have gotten a 1% finders fee. I have a page of texts between me and the agent that I will attach. If this is how KW operates, they should be out of the real estate business.

Keller Williams Realty 1111 lake louise dr, gretna

Four months ago I terminated a pending purchase based on the results of the inspection report. During that time frame I worked with a great agent(Erica Cann). On July 9th of this year, a refund check was mailed however, it was lost and the postal investigation failed to recover the item. We've contacted the local office to request a stop payment and receive a replacement payment however, we are unable to receive an answer.

Keller Williams Realty poor service on a short sale

An agent by the name of David Young had been working on the short sale of my condo. I completed all the paperwork he requested of me. He led me to believe that he contacted the bank, canceled the trustee sale date, and that everything was going according to plan. He also led me to believe that I would receive money from the bank for participating in the short sale process. He had me send him the key so he could access the property. Then a few days later he basically stated,

"Oops. I had contacted the wrong bank. Also, I'm going on vacation today so I'll give you an update when I get back."

When he got back he basically stated that "The house had been foreclosed upon while he was gone."

I wouldn't trust him or any team he works with. I believe that this is an accurate account of what happened and that he deserves this bad review.

Keller Williams Realty customer service

I'm not sure if there is someone I can reach out to about a poor handling of business with your company in State College PA? I left a review on Facebook that wouldn't hold so I commented under it but basically - I will give a shortened version as I can't see my review. I apologize if this is redundant and the review eventually shows up. Bottom line: I booked an apartment at a great price for a PSU game weekend in January. One month later they canceled it by email. I did not see this and actually, booking.com shows that the reservation IS still in fact booked. Everyone who has booked a game weekend place to stay knows very well they need to be booked way in advance. (10 months in advance was even pushing it and this was maybe one of two places available for this weekend; 9 months in advance you may as well forget about finding a place reasonably priced.) James Bradley openly admitted that he canceled my apartment because he wanted to get more money. I received this response this morning from him by email. "Listen Beth, it's a business. That's why I voted for Trump. Psu weekends are how we pay the expenses. I let you know 9 MONTHS BEFORE BOOKING DATES. If you had read message you'd have had plenty of time to book something else. Thanks and good luck" This is terrible customer service that shows they really don't have the best interest for their customers. It's a shame to see this and it's even a bigger shame I have no place to stay with my family. Shame on you guys and that greed has gotten the best of you at a customer's expense.

As stated in my previous post, I am hoping someone higher up in this company can help me with the place to stay. I never agreed and clicked on the cancel request and technically www.booking.com is stating I still have the reservation. I would be slightly more understanding if something had came up with the owners etc butnit wasn't the case. James Bradley flat out told me he was kicking us or to rebook with someone else to get more money. (& not for nothing because truly I am sure no one cares about this but... this was my son's birthday gift — a weekend at Penn State to see the game.

I'm currently working with Kristi kenney in arizona. As a co owner I'm experiencing a lack of communication and information being provided to me. Dates and time of the selling process not being reported to me but the co owner is being informed. Ive noticed this behavior more than 3 times and have informed Kristi moving forward I want all the same info provided to all parties. Not just the other co owner. Kristi has still continued with this behavior after I have addressed and brought the matter to her attention. Kristi has only been informing the other co owner. This is extremely disappointing and I have no confidence in my realtor at this point.

Keller Williams Realty keller williams sold us a meth lab

Keller Williams Sold Our Family of 9
a House Contaminated with Meth.

On July 20th, 2017 we bought a house from Keller Williams' realtor Jody Draper, who was also part owner. We were excited to move into the old 4, 000 sq ft house, with indoor pool, 60'x60' shop with an apartment, carport, and 4 car detached garage on 2 acres.

We knew it needed some work. However, we were not prepared for the nightmare that would unfold just a week AFTER the house closed.
The OTHER owner of the house revealed, and later tests confirmed, that the entire property was contaminated with METH! Every surface of every building contain significant traces of drugs! Obviously not an idea living situation with a family with 7 children.

After careful consideration, we decided to buy an old trailer and live on our property. We were led to believe the cleaning and remediation of the buildings would only take a few months. By law Jody Draper carried Errors and Omissions insurance that should have kicked in for these types of grievous errors.

That certainly was not the case! Almost a year later and we are still without a home! We made it through the fall and into the winter.

The trailers provided warmth, but not much room for our large family. We had to keep our food in the army tent, in critter-proof containers.

We were told, after we moved in, by the Sheriff's department that the house was infamously called, "The Compound" because of the illegal activities and dangerous squatters that lived there before us. We knew a fence had to put up for our safety. The children worked hard helping to install it. They worried about things that no kid should ever have to think about.

To our horror, we also discovered that the owner living there was stealing electricity, and illegal wiring was found throughout the house and shop. Many cords like these were melted and the wood behind the sheet rock was charred. A true fire hazard! The power company, graciously left the power on until we could get everything back to code. More unexpected money spent.

Living in a trailer is cramped! We tried to be tidy and organized, but even 9 people each having just a little bit of anything still adds up to a lot of stuff! Travis is an officer in the US Air Force, his assignment is to attend graduate school at Oregon State University. Travis is desperately trying to study for an exam.

Here we are celebrating the new year...and 5 months of trailer living. Still no help from the insurance company or people who sold us the house.

A true angel brings us dinner! Cooking and doing dishes proves to be difficult in such tight quarters.

Now that we have a registered meth house with the State of Oregon, we have no choice but to hire certified cleaners. Travis quickly grew tired of the trailer, so he decided to make the garage into a living space. We had them come out to clean garage and carport. Once it tested clean, Travis and older children tore off the leaky metal garage roof and replaced it with an asphalt roof. Inside the garage scouts, family, and friends framed walls, ran electricity, put in water pipes, and hung sheet rock. Donations of time and material from our church friends helped us through the winter and this renovation.
Working on the garage was not always easy or fun. Water leaked in from a where a tree was growing through the walls.

The tree is removed...another unexpected expense.

Progress is made on the garage. It is still very cold. Travis studied in here after the kids went to bed by the light of a desk lamp. He huddled against a space heater wearing a parka, two sets of gloves, winter boots, and a knit cap. He still maintained a 4.0 GPA.

Since we cannot afford the cleaners to come full time, they were coming between jobs. They have to rip out any exposed wood and porous materials. The kitchen and bathrooms were the first to go.

The lawyers have put a halt to the cleaning, so garbage heaps are everywhere! All through the house and shop, on the porch, and outside. The cleaners have been very understanding about about the long, drawn out legal battle to get this paid for. They haven't asked for a dime while we frustratingly wait for Keller Williams to rectify this situation.

Spring has finally arrived, and we are still waiting! This marks 10 months not living in our house. It feels like Keller Williams is intentionally drawing this legal nightmare out as long as they can hoping, out of desperation, we take a lower settlement.

Little do they know that we are SUPER confident that justice will prevail! We will persist and fight to the end for what is right!

At the rate we're going with Keller Williams and their insurance lawyers, chances are we will still be living in our garage and trailer this next winter.

Please Keller Williams fix this situation!

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS JEFFERSON, OREGON! Not Colorado :-) When we put in our zipcode, it defaulted to Colorado and we can't change it. Sorry for the confusion!

After reading your story on GoFundMe I have a few questions... Did you not get a seller's disclosure? Is the part-owner agent both listing agent and your agent? If so, the first step is to strip their license for life. Secondly, not disclosing a known material fact (assuming they knew at the time) is unlawful and in some states is a punishable (fine/jail) offense depending on severity. If you did not get a seller's...then that was the first mistake. Our disclosure's specifically ask if Meth has ever been produced in the house. I'm not sure why the legal battle is dragging on and I'm sorry to see this happening to a military member.

I am a KW agent, an Air Force veteran, and my primary clients are veterans. This...makes me sick. I don't have the entire story, obviously, but getting this story out to KW agents, in this case, will be key. KW agents will band together and donate. Last year we raised millions and turned our Mega Camp week in Texas to Mega Relief in Houston. Not just the money raised, but also thousands of volunteers (KW agents) went down for a week to demuck and clean up. Get this in front of the right KW agent(s) and I'd be surprised if your gofundme page didn't explode with donations.

What kind of home inspector did you use that didn't find illegal wiring!? This sounds horrible. A buyers worst nightmare. I hope you report that individual too.

Thank you! I have to ask the lawyer, he might have already filed a complaint with them. The only history we could find online were sale records. We even talked to the local police before we bought. They knew there were shady dealing, but NOT about the meth. Any other drug would not contaminate a house like meth. Despite all we're going through, we do have grateful neighbors that are glad that all that mess is gone! Lol!

MR. REAL Estate
Keller Williams Realty Boston-Metro ; The house was in
[address removed]
Our offer was contingent to house inspection and we terminated our offer due to termite issue which was not disclosed. Unfortunately the agent has not released our deposit after two weeks. Please let us know if you could move the case forward before complaining the issue in the court and reporting it to the MLS.
