Keller Williams Realty - agent angie kearns richards

I feel like my complaint was totally dismissed and considered minor.
Below is a email I received from the Broker of Keller Williams, Mrs. Kim Jean about a complaint I filed on one of her agents, Angie Kearns Richards. Below this email is a copy of the original email that I sent to her explaining my complaint.

Ms. Clark -

Thank you very much for your email this afternoon and let me first say just how truly sorry I am for your loss. I read your email in it's entirety and listened to the voice mail several times. Please know that I have always known Ms. Richards to be a professional in her field and honestly, have always found her to have an incredible heart for her clients. If you sensed anything short of that, again I am truly sorry. I was able to speak at length with Ms. Richards this afternoon and hope that any and all issues have been resolved. Please understand that Keller Williams strives to be the best in the business in every area including customer service, client care and associate professionalism.

I was copied on Ms. Richards email response and know that Ms. Richards will not be in further contact regarding signage or any other materials for your listing. We truly wish you the best and I am literally a phone call away should I be able to be of ANY assistance to you. Should you wish to speak to me directly, please feel free to call me anytime at [protected]. I do believe that as the Team Leader of our office, it is specifically my role to ensure that our clients and associates are well cared for and I truly mean that. You will find that I am one of the kindest people you will ever meet and quick to respond to any need/request.

Please let me know you have received this message and know that I will honestly be praying for your family and your loss that you can begin to rebuild in these trying times.

Most professionally yours,

Subject: Complaint on Angie Richards
I just received a real disturbing and unprofessional message from one of your agents and I am very disturbed. Ms Richards called me and was complaining about a sign that no one has seen, and also that I was ignoring her and not returning her phone calls. She indicated that I had return others which I am aware of. Ms. Richards was trying to short sale a house for me, but when my mother got very ill and then passed on Dec 3rd, I told her to forget the whole thing because I couldn’t concentrate and I didn’t want to leave my mother to try and deal with something else. Of course Ms. Richards didn’t give a darn about that and the message she just sent me proves that. I offered to give her the $15 dollars for the darn sign and she replied:

Me: I left you a message on your voice mail, for someone who thinks that someone is ignoring them, you sure didn't answer your phone. But no sign was left in the yard, who ever was suppose to bring it didn't. But since it means soooo much to you that you cant let me MOURN the loss of my Mother in peace, I will mail you the $15 Darn Dollars. Just send me the address. 11:59 AM
Angela Richardson: This is business! You can shove your DAMN $15 and mourn at the same time! Didn't answer your call because I said it all. 12:03 PM
Me: Got to hell! 12:04 PM
Angela Richardson: Gladly 12:04 PM

At that point because of her rudeness I told her to go to hell, and she said gladly. This is not the way a realtor should act, childish, and unprofessional, and of course heartless.
At this point, any further communication is considered harassment and I will gladly file charges. Her number has been removed from my list and I advise her to do the same.
Also let me say, when someone looses someone close and special to them, they don’t want to be bothered with no one especially business. They just want to have their family and friends around. Evidently she is a lonely person cause if she wasn’t she would know this. I have a phone log of people who have been texting and calling me, but they say call me when you can, not you are ignoring me. Also, I don’t eat, sleep, and use the bathroom with my phone in my hand like she probably does.

Thanks

To me this looks quite a bit cut up! I have worked with a Keller Williams Representative to buy my house and they also worked with several people selling their homes. I have never has such wordings from others in this company since the company is very proper and follow certain rules. The email that Kim sent back looks as if she was taking care of the problem, but confronting the idea that this agent doesn't seem to be this type of person at all. We all know how to change wording around to make others look bad. Or even make a company look bad. Personally I would use Keller Williams again. The agents are great and helped me find a home quickly.

Keller Williams in Texas has an agent that treated me in a similar fashion but under different circumstances. This was by far the worst business transaction I have ever had the displeasure of being involved in. If I wasn't convinced before, I certainly am now. I will never use their services again.
You would think, given our personal potential benefit to a real estate "professional", that they would do what they could to secure future business. We own three homes in two states. We let them "market" one in Texas (which is a small rental - approximately $150, 000.00). The other two vary slightly in value. One is $370, 000.00 (in this market) and the other is $400, 000.00 (same market valuation). I can guarantee you that the Keller Williams name will not be attached to any of our properties in the future.
