Please do not do business with Keith McAllister or his business partners at this business. He solicites you to buy autos such as Cadillac Escalades, cadillac convertibles, Mercedes, and Tahoes that he gets from so call auctions for sale. He will ask you for any amount from $500 to $3000.00 up front and never delivers. He promises insurance through this company CPS (out of Irvine, California and Las Vegas )for the cars and will present you with a business card saying he is the agency principal. DO NOT GIVE HIM ANY MONEY. HE HAS TAKEN MY MONEY AND WILL NOT RETURN CALLS AND HIDES OUT.
He is also the person that is involved in a business called International Oil & Gas Holding Corp.
He is from Texas and now lives in Irvine, California. He is a black male about 50 years old.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
He runs a life insurance company in Las Vegas NV as the principle apparently he has some high profile clients as well. Inscor financial services Dominique Wilkens from the Atlanta Hawks is associated with him as well. Amazing if you look at his website you will see they also went public and stock is down 60 percent today
MR. McAllister has a history of this type of activity. He purchased a couple of restaurants in Texas never completed paying for them and left the owners holding the bag.
well well and damn well readers please beware that this is truly the sheep in them cloths because I know this mother and everything that has been said about this focker is true. I witness him single handedly hurt my best friend financially to where that person lost everything! Its amazing that he is still living behind his bad business venture's !

He is the BIGGEST DAMN LIAR i know. He barrowed $10K in Oct 2009 and never paid me back. He said that he was going to give it back to me in 14 days. And he want call me back, answer the phone.
