Purchased a rifle magazine replacement Online I was contacted by a representative from the company to verify some credit card information that I entered and the address for shipment I have not received my product I’m over $40 I have contacted this company several times By Their customer service contact page but never get a response I also have tried calling several times and never have gotten a response so I don’t know where my product is And was charge for it so I don’t know if this is a legitimate company or if it’s a company that’s going around ripping people off

Sunday, I received the weekly email from these guys advertising a bayonet I wanted for one of my rifles. I ordered it on-line Sunday, but quickly realized they also had a sheath for it that I needed, so I emailed them and asked them to add that to my order, and to call me for my credit card info.

I also wrote a separate email to the sales manager, whose email encourages you to write directly to him. I was unable to log onto my account, one that is many years old (I've made many, many purchases from them).

Monday, I emailed them to not ship the bayonet until we sorted this out.

I don't hear anything from them Monday. I call their number and get a recording - leave a message and we'll call you. Except they didn't.

Tuesday, I'm starting to get a little peeved. I'm thinking, do you want my business or not? I call again - same recording. They never call back.

I write an email that if I haven't heard from someone by 1:00, just cancel the whole thing. THEN I get an email - they've canceled my order. No explanation, no apology, pretty much a we-really-don't-care kind of tone in the email.

So I write to Jason T., as he's encouraged us to do. I tell him to contact me if he cares about losing a long-time customer. Nada.

This company used to be very reliable. I could call and actually speak to the owner. I'm guessing he left and some arrogant turds took over.

Company has always been SLOW to ship my orders.
To wait..and wait..and wait and then receive the WRONG stuff is frustrating. Reached out MULTIPLE times to their supposed customer service (both phone & email/contact) resulted in simply being totally ignored, now exceeding a month since arrival of incorrect order.
Keepshooting refuses to contact me back in anyway on what should have been a simple, no drama, easy exchange. Clearly thier time is not worth it..
LOST - forver - a long term, repeat customer due to simply not caring, from proper order selection, to ship times, to making things right when the company made a mistake, was simply too much to ask for.
Striongly suggest potential buyers take note.

I ordered a firearm on 5/14 and the order has not updated. I emailed customer service on 5/27 and the response I received was "We will be looking into your query further to seek an appropriate solution for you." Getting no further emails, I emailed customer service again on 6/1 saying that I wished to cancel the order and receive a refund. I was met with the same "We will be looking into your query further to seek an appropriate solution for you" response. Do not order from this website. Now I am out $300

In my opinion and experience do not purchase from this company you will regret it. I have made several purchases with no problem. keepshooting.com does get some good deals but you are playing Russian roulette with this company. There is zero customer support. My last purchase was a 12ga adapter for a 26.5mm flare gun. All of my previous purchases took over a week for the company to ship and then add on the shipping time so if you need the product in a hurry choose another company. The flare adapter did ship out quicker than other purchases. Just wanted to be clear.

Back to the flare adapter. All the reviews on the website state that you have to do some sanding to the adapter for it to fit. If you notice on the website it shows the flare adapter partially inside a H&K flare pistol. The H&K is what I own. The item description does not say anything about modification or give directions to fit it. After receiving the adapter it did not fit so I started to modify it and it still would not fit the H&K flare pistol I decided to contact customer service.

I contacted customer service thru email [protected]@keepshooting.com on 3/07/2017 because they do not answer their phones I did try calling but no answer. I did not get any response to my email so I emailed again on 3/18/2017 and again no response. I have kept all emails to document my experience. Today I emailed brian.[protected]@btparms.com stating that I am now going to review the company with my experience to the online review companies and to the forums that associate myself with. Enclosing I will not order from this company again. I like a good deal but I do not like being taken advantage of.
I urge you to not take my word for it but to look online for other reviews and do your research.

I ordered parka, vest and gun from the website www.keepshooting.com. I immediately got the confirmation from the seller, and he informed me that the order would be delivered within couple of weeks. I waited about 4 weeks and nothing. I called them, but the seller told to wait more. I was sick of these promises, so I asked for refund, but they ignored me.Please leave comments about this company, because people should be aware when they buy from such dishonest seller.
