Keen And Social order never arrived

This is a disgusting company. They happily accept online orders and they have a seemingly active website but as soon as they get your money they disappear. No email with your tracking information as they promise in the order confirmation, no product is ever shipped, no return emails from their support or service emails even their PayPal emails don't get responses. Tried through Facebook no response. They're frauds

Keen And Social order #64979

I received the item on the above order which I wish to send back as I do not like it and it doesn't fit. However there are no return instructions with the parcel so I have now email you 3 times and left a message on facebook but nobody has got back to me

I would like somebody to tell me how to return this parcel and get a full refund of my money please

Keen And Social received only half my order

I ordered 2 items last Aug (2017). Order # 37426. I only received 1 or the 2 items I ordered. I have never had a response from any emails I have sent regarding my other item. My last 2 emails have been returned to me undeliverable. I want a refund. After 7 months of waiting, there should be something that happens.
This company does not handle their business and orders very well.

Keen And Social the londoner

I returned this item to there manufacturing facility per Keen & Social's instructions. I have been waiting for a refund from them since Oct 2017. I have made numerous numerous attempts to con5act them even filing a complaint with their area Better Business Bureau, and they have made 2 attempts to contact them as well with no response. On Keen & Social's website they have themselves listed with the bbb accredaccreditation but that is false! The bbb told me so. They are putting false info to lead you to believe they are a credible co! In fact they have an "F" rating with the BBB, that's how bad they are with at least 13 complaints being filed with the BBB towards them!

Keen And Social did not receive anything and waiting too long for answers

I ordered 2 hoodies back in Aug 2017, I have sent over 6 emails to you, You sent me an email saying it was on its way. As of yet I have not seen anything. My order ID is 20921. I am very disappointed in the process here with customer support and all. I need an answer ty.

Keen And Social londoner jacket

I purchased 2 Londoner Jackets on Aug 25, 2017. Received them the end of Sep. and upon inspecting the quality of them, decided to return them. Emailed the company and they provided return information on Sep. 29, 2017. Mailed them back on Oct. 6, 2017 after filling out a customs declaration form through the USPS and paid over $30 to send back. I verified on Nov 8, 2017 that the product had been received but have never been reimbursed for the product! That was over $100 of wasted money! Complete scam and now their customer service number is no longer in service!

Keen And Social clothing

Buyer beware do not order any thing from Keen and Social. Their clothing they advertise is poor quality and looks nothing like the picture when it arrives. I ordered a Londoneer Hoodie in August of 2017. Finally arrived in October. It looked like a black gunny sack. I contacted their customer service dept to advise them I was sending it back and to get their mailing address. I immediately returned it within a few days. I waited a reasonable amount of time for my refund. When time passed I never received one so I kept contacting them to no avail. I finally contacted my credit card company and explained to them. Their is an outstanding inquiry on the credit card end. I have all the documentation of my return item, i.e., address but because its being returned Shanghai, China the item cannot be tracked. After repeated emails to their company, last week (2018), I finally received a response from them saying the package never arrived and they cannot issue me a refund even if partial. I'm sure they received it they just choose not to issue any refund. Poor quality, poor customer service and they do not back their return policy! Lesson learned never-ever purchase something from another country unless you do your homework and check them out. You get what you pay for and then some!

Keen And Social I still have no heard from anyone regarding my order

I purchased 2 sweaters November 25th 2017 from Keen & Social order #62049 and I haven't received them nor have I heard from anyone if they've even been shipped. They suggest the clothing will arrive 2-4 weeks after purchase but it's been over 6 weeks.
There is no customer service and no one gets back to me when I send messages.
They also haven't updated their fb page since June so I'm worried this is a scam.

Keen And Social Keen and social hoodie

Ordered via a link in Facebook (my stupid mistake). Sizing of hoodie is waaaaaaaay off. I am between size medium and large, ordered a large. When I got it, I couldn't believe it. This would be too big on the Jolly Green Giant. It's beyond enormous. And the material? It's this weird gunnysack fabric.

So after hunting around forever, I finally find some fine print in their website that says email to get the address to return items. Ummm... not a good sign. Who does business like that? I emailed for a return. Got a stock answer — got your email, will get back to you. Nope, they didn't. Emailed again. Nothing. Just emailed again. I'm not expecting a response. If you are smarter than me and looking for info on this company before placing an order — don't order!

I ordered thin on Nov 24 and have not received any confirmation or shipping info. I'd really like to get my order. My 1st order came in with no problems...yet this one is a problem. I would like to receive some sort of feedback so I can decide whether or not to proceed further. I expect to hear back from you within the next two weeks. If I do not hear anything in my email, then I will proceed with further actions.

Keen And Social sizing way off!

I normally wear a size 2X from US, Canadian or UK stores but I wanted something a little roomier so ordered a 4X. Now first, I checked FAQ to see where the company is based as I have had horrible experiences with ordering from Asian based companies as far as sizing goes. Based in California...okay, I feel better. Surely we're talking US sizing.

So after a long wait, which was clear in the ordering process so not fretting, the item arrived. The 4X item is lucky if it is a normal ladies large. Total waste. And after reading other reviews I knew returning it was futile as it was shipped from, probably made in, and OBVIOUSLY sized for China.

My second item arrived today. I have not opened the package yet...as I'm positive I'll find the same sort or nightmare.

Never again. I suggest no one else make the same mistake.

Keen And Social londoner longtail hoodie order #62269

Dear sirs.
I ordered this item on November 25, 2017 in good faith, expecting delivery in time for Christmas wrapping. It is now Dec 16, 2017 and the only thing that has been confirmed is that it has been shipped. I cannot wait any longer for word on it's delivery date.
I plan to make sure all of my associates, my friends and family, as well as anyone at all within earshot, will know of the pain you have caused me in this holiday season.
I want you to cancel this order and refund my credit card immediately or I will take any and all legal action required to make this happen.
I have been ordering items on-line for years and this is the most disappointing experience to date.

Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, there is no way to cancel the order and provide a refund. Please contact the customer service division as soon as the product arrives. The ability to provide a refund only exists within the first 30 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Only regular priced items may be refunded. A 20% restocking fee is charged for any sale item returned. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Keen And Social wrong size sent and no response to emails.

Do not buy from Keen and Social. I ordered the Londoner long hoody from Keen and Social. They sent a medium when I ordered a large. It took 2 months to get the order. I emailed them repeatedly for an address to send it back for an exchange. No response other than the automated reply that they will look into it. I will not buy from them again. I want to tell everyone... DO NOT BUY FROM KEEN AND SOCIAL.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Cancellation Policy:
Any items canceled after 48 hours from the order time is subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Keen And Social the londoner hoodie from facebook

So you order the Hoodie - it should say that it is 2 to 3 sizes too small based on their measurements on the site. Then, when you inquire to return, you find out that they are in China and there is no return unless you pay to have it returned to Shanghai (nonetheless). When you price out what return to China will cost - you just lost the cost for the shirt + return shipping. Do Not Buy Here!

Keen And Social londoner hoodie

Same issue as everyone else, paid through paypal, item was terrible after it finally arrived weeks later... my 5 year old could have done a better job at making it. Raised a complaint with paypal who sided with them, I was so angry I sent them a very nasty email calling them all names under the sun including calling them a robbing set of @£$%^&... needless to say I never got a response.. they are scammers pure and simple!

Terrible product. Customer Service just ignores request for refund. STAY AWAY from this fake, ridiculous company. It is a SHAM. They are SCAMMERS. I requested a refund 3 times. I got a generic response to the first email and no follow up whatsoever on all three of my emails. The product is horrible. I will never wear it. They take your money and they don't give it back.

Keen And Social refuse to send my refund

I bought the londoner hoodie, it arrived after 2 months, too small and not even close to my size. poorly made and falling apart. I emailed for 2 months to get a return address then finally get it and its to China! Of course you pay for your own return and it cost me $24.00! I am now begging for my refund. I should have just kept the stupid peice of crap clothing as now I am out $40+ and extra 24. I am seeking legal action. Horrible scam of a company!

Keen And Social please don't waste your time or $

This company is a FRAUD. I don't even know where to start. 1) The clothes don't look anything like the picture 2) If you email them you automatically get an automated email, they WILL NOT email you back 3) If you want to ship the item back you have to email them to receive the RETURN ADDRESS, which at that point you will only get an automated email.

Just be smart. Read the reviews. I was lucky that paypal reimbursed the cost of the items I purchased after 2 months of trying to get a refund from Keen and Social. Don't waste your time, energy or money! This company brings an entirely new meaning to the word SCAM.

Keen And Social longtail londoner

I ordered a large, but received a medium. I emailed the next day for the address for exchange/return. I also sent a few more emails after only getting the automated reply saying that my email was received. There is a 30 day limit on exchanges. Now two weeks later I still have not received the email with the necessary address. Is the 30 day timeline for when I sent the email or will you wait until time runs out and you can't do anything?

Keen And Social long hoodie

I made this purchase more than 3 months ago. It's ill fitting and I have been asking Keen and Social for return instructions for these 3 months. No response.

They had sent me a note at one time asking if I wanted a different size. I said no and have had no response from them since.

Despicable business behavior.

I've been waiting since September 25th for mine. No shipping info other than a tracking number which apparently still has no way to track. Their phones have been down for maintenance for over a month.
