Keen And Social / I have not received a response (its been over a week) on how to return an item

I need to Return an item that is the wrong size and color. I have not had any results receiving any form of communication with customer service at Keen and Social. I have written 3 times. It has been over a week.
I need to return a Red Medium size hoodie for a Small Black one. The Medium is to big and the Red is not at all the color red that was on the website. At this point I would just as return the item for a refund. I have never experienced this before ordering on line. This is horrible customer service.
