I was routed to sioux city, ia to deliver 2miles from k&b transportation terminal. after delivering the load i went to terminal to have truck worked on. it was a friday and i was going to hometime, so i had my girlfriend to pick me up at k&b transportation so i can leave truck in shop. i went home and decided k&b transportation wasnt a compant i felt comfortable to work for. so i didnt return to work. that was in april 2010. I been tryn to find a trucking job ever since. I couldnt figure out why NO company would hire me. finaly a company want to hire me. i went 350miles to go to orintation. the last day of orintation i had a jod until recruiting called me in their office to tell me they couldnt hire me cause k&b transportation sioux city, ne. put on my DAC report that i abandon their truck. THAT IS A LIE... They should not be able to have aaccess to DAC report. The federal already took their pre pass privileges away from k&b transportation. we cant they take DAC away also? i have read that there is many of drivers they have did this to.

this is normal operation for kb transportation run u ragged day n night no sleep just this last month i was terminated for being late for a delivery normally i would say i had it coming but in this case it was because i fell asleep at the wheel and had to nap in order to get it done safely needless to say i was terminated and dac was notified of my disregard for safty rules no i didnt get paid either without fighting for it but i got paid and am currently tryin to find a way to get kb censured by dot over thier unsafe and dishonest operations
