THIS COMPANY IS A FRAUD AND A RIPOFF. THEY DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND WHEN YOU ARE A DIS-SATISFIED CUSTOMER, NO ONE CONTACTS YOU.

PASS THIS ON TO AS MANY OF YOUR FRIENDS AND CONTACTS AS POSSIBLE. DO NOT USE KAZZA GOLD. DO NOT BUY THEIR MEMBERSHIP. THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT COMPANY THAT DOES NOT WORK FOR DOWNLOADING ANYTHING.

Hello,

My name is Bridalin Dawn ELAM.

I am a very dissatisfied customer and want a full refund given to my master card number. Over the course of the last month or more, I have spent my money on long distance phone calls, emails back and forth to your customer support section, hours and hours of time on my computer doing what I was told to do and yet I still cannnot get Kazza Gold to work at all with my computer. I also tried to utilize "hunt my music.com" which I was told on one of the many calls to your customer support and that as well never worked for me either.

I just spoke to a customer service person at your business and he advised I had to send you an email to this email address to get my refund.

I do not want to go thru anymore hassel and would like a full refund onto my mastercard. A total of $38.54 was charged to my card on Oct. 25th and posted on Oct. 27th. I would like to see this refund applied immediately. Please email me back to acknowledge this email has been received.
