KayNon payment for service provided

My business used gottohalfit .com to promote our facial & massage services in June 2014 by Sept they only sold 5 vouchers. I did not like using them so I called and cancelled the service. I have been requesting payment from them for the 5 clients served since sept 2014, it now Jan 23, 2015 and I still have not gotten paid for the 5 clients we serviced and I had to pay my employees to come in. After my 6 calls to them they started to get disrespectful. Franklin who said he was the VP was by far the rudest customer service person I have ever spoke to in my life, telling me that the owner of the company is a millionaire and if I keep calling that I will never get paid. They have been giving me a bunch of excuses and run around. In October they told me the account was sick, in November they said a new controller is out of office, in January he said the "millionaire" owner is "out of the country". He then hung up the phone in my ear and since then, have not been answering my calls. BBB has so many complaints. I feel dooped. Heading to court on Mon to file papers against this company
