There are several more greedy thieves acting as judges in Kaufman county for now. Several of them are masonic satanists while claiming to be Christians (impossible).
Like America, Kaufman County needs to drain the swamp.

Ok so here's my story. My wife and I have been together 7 years now. For nearly all our time together I've heard about how wonderful her childhood growing up in kaufman had been. How kaufman was full of good hearted hard working people. Well..
So we rented this place on Houston St from a local lawyer, jon burt. He and his wife Kathy seemed like sweet people. The house was old (123 years) but nice. April 1 we moved in, by April 14 id discovered that every inch of the house was covered in black mold and barely hidden by cheap tile and a "newly redone" kitchen floor. So long story short by may 6 he has filed eviction on us. This is where it really starts. First, the eviction citation was delivered to a 14 year old child when we weren't home. He was told to tell us to get ready to be homeless.(words of the constable to my son). I produced the money for the rent (had been late due to father passing) and Mr burt agreed to wipe the eviction. Well upon being less than 24 hours late in June I'm not served with a new eviction citation but notification. To attend a court hearing for my pending eviction from may. This is where it gets good. I filed a appeal after losing the hearing, and they handed me paperwork saying to pay my appeal bond by the 3rd of July. On the 3rd at 8 am I recieve a email stating that the jp court will be closing at 12 noon that day. I work 6 days a week in McKinney and id planned to pay it at 2pm after work. So Texas law says that means my final day to appeal jumps to the 5th( 4th obviously being a holiday.) Just to be sure though, my wife went to the jp at 11am on the 3rdand the doors were locked, lights off. So at 8 am on the 5th I showed up, money in hand only to have judge Mary bardin come out to tell me id missedy deadline on the 3rd, and that she already granted a writ of possesion to our landlord. Due to be served on the 6th. "Find somewhere else to live, we don't need you here" ---judge Mary bardin.
So I get my landlord on the phone and after my wife begs and pleads him to allow us to fix things, he agrees. We pay his court costs late fees and what we owe him + 1 month rent good faith. Everything is good and we breathe asigh of relief. Next morning at 5 am I'm headed to work and there's a blank envelope containing out cashiers checks. Call the landlord and I'm told they changed their mind for my failure to make a timely payment to judge bardin. I do so e digging and find out they'd actually perfected my appeal and sent it to county via fax on the 5th. I race to the county court to filean emergency stay of the writ, where I'm told they never got it. Then one of the clerks says out loud "he said they sent it the 5th? It's the 11th now. I've never seen that happen." She disappears for roughly 30 min, returns with our case file that she found "buried under last week's junk mail" I get my motion filed, to no avail. We are put out on the curb in 115 degree weather with our new born and 2 small kids.. as one last humiliation, when I asked the constable if he could please just retrieve the small wooden antique box next to my bed for me (we weren't allowed in the house once they arrived) I watched him through the door way get the box and hand it to the fat inhuman pig deputy, who gets our attention and breaks it in half, opens the small jar inside of it and dumps the contents into a trash can full of rotten stinking trash that had been outside. What he poured into that trashcan was my son Ronan who died in 2020. It was all we had of him. The deputy looks us in the eye while doing this and says "next time pay your rent on time scumbag" I remember my wife and kids screaming. Although my wife's not said a single word since then. After discovering your fourm here, I realize we never had a chance.
I've got a friend who is the victim of Judge Casey Blair who is trying to make them pay child support way above what this friend is and has earned. This is why Blair is charging as high as he can and it's much above the 20% of the earnings, the steal, jacking up "child" support as high as he can. This is because he is getting a percentage and so the more he can steal, the more he gets for his retirement. Selfish. Thievery. Criminal.

Next to the jail, they have a new Court House building. The corruption in this town is more dark and hidden than you might think. There will be an exposure of them.

I didnāt realize all of the corruption here. I am the victim of an assault, which occurred on my own property. The attacker and a witness admitted to her attacking me with a deadly weapon in the face on police body cameras. She tried to escape police custody several times and was placed on suicide watch at the jail. All of this is recorded on a police report as well as on police body camera footage. The woman who attacked me is a millionaire and has attacked several other people and got away with it. After needing reconstructive surgery on my eye socket, I received a letter in the mail saying the case would be āno billedā. No probation or anything. How is this possible when three people witnessed the crime and told the constables on body cam footage? Money was handed off to either the judge or prosecutor And when I asked why it was no billed I was told that itās because I would be able to sue her civilly (this does not make sense since criminal and civil are two separate subjects). I am now fighting a civil case with the same judge in this county. There is no justice here.
They paid the judges off. This is how Kaufman County is and operates. It's 100% corrupt. Do not move there.

My kids have been completely traumatize their entire life pretty much because by abusive father and completely alienated from me. granted. I still see them but they also abuse me as he did when we were still married. Because they have been emotionally in verbally and physically abuse their entire life by their dad they are starting to go down the wrong path in life choosing drugs to deal with abusive subconsciously. Iāve been riding to him explaining to him different events that have occurred in our lives over the course of the past 5 years because of judge Blair refusing to see the evidence refusing to care letting my kids fall through the cracks refusing to see what is in black-and-white. I went through three different lawyers fighting trying to just get counseling for my boys pretty much and them to have less time with your dad because he is a monster he put his own selfish needs and emotions and feelings and lack of control which leads to rage before his own children. He is completely out of control and always has been when it comes to the way he acts around them and to them. This is caused so many different problems itās unreal and unimaginable. Never even in my worst nightmare could I have imagined being a mother to be like this. My boys have been so manipulated itās really sickening and itās heartbreaking and it is left me feeling hopeless and helpless for many years now. I have fought really hard and I have went to child advocate centers, CPS has been involved at least seven different occasions, and they seem to only make matters worse, And not give one actual [censored] about emotional abuse or even physical abuse I have been to the cops too many times to count and they have also made matters worse. My ex-husband has money and I do not. I was never after my ex-husbandās money though I donāt give a [censored] about it all I care about is the well-being of my boys.

As someone else has noted, Blair stands to profit financially from every transaction that comes across his desk/bench/bank. So, he is participating in illegal, illicit gain.

Well unfortunately, Casey Blair, the judge in the 86th court in Kaufman is a fraud. And yes, as someone has already stated, Blair pretends to be a Christian but checks the truth, the Bible, at the door when he goes to work to rob the people that come before him. Sad situation.

We've lived in Kaufman County for a few years now and have heard some bad things about the courthouse and system.
Debtors prison is alive and well here in Kaufman county, that's for sure. I have a friend who couldn't pay a ticket and so they put him in jail. Another friend is in Kaufman jail for going through a hardship and being behind on child support. They won't lower it even though they know he can't pay that amount which is like half his income.
We've lived here for several years and have heard horror stories that are stranger than fiction. We don't recommend anyone moving anywhere near this county. That courthouse is nothing but a den of thieves as someone else pointed out.
There seems to be a very dark cloud over the 86th district court of Kaufman.

Well child support is tyranny in the first place, for many reasons, one being that no one is to pay for their own "property." The child is the "property" of the parent, namely the father. And, from what I have seen Blair is not going by law but rather by rules and procedures. He's following a lineage of corrupt Kaufman county judges.
Apparently this story is circulating. I was informed by a friend and so I checked into this situation, read the judges log, and can see that this is a long, ongoing case of fraud on the part of the Kaufman authorities. So, I called the investigative reporter (channel 4) in Dallas to report this. The contact person took detailed notes and my phone number. They seemed interested in possibly exposing this and are calling me back tomorrow. Now check out this photo I found of this judge (Casey Blair) swearing on a Bible. He obviously meant nothing when he did that. He has no idea what the Bible teaches. We are praying that he gets his life right with God and also taking action to expose this.

Yeah, just when you think there's finally going to be a good judge coming into Kaufman and now we are hearing some very concerning things. This man has all the power he needs to cancel child support for men who have already paid their fair share. Instead, Blair is throwing people in jail who've already paid. Unbelievable.
I am hearing things about the same situation sounds like. Yeah, unfortunately, Judge Casey Blair is taking the vendetta from a local Kaufman resident and not dealing fairly with the father who is from another nearby county. It seems that Blair is buying into the malicious scheme of a local Kaufman resident and betraying justice to give her and her atty their way, knowing it's not at all fair. This is not good. Is it because they are contributing to his campaign for re-election? What is his motivation? And also getting paid for this transaction? This is scary. Wasn't he supposed to sign an anti-bribery oath?
We've got our eye on judge Casey Blair. He's trying to throw a friend of ours in jail whom he knows full well has already paid more child support than he should have ever been charged. Casey Blair is profiting monetarily from this transaction and so is willing to betray and United States citizen to do such. He refuses to take out his calculator because that would cut into his cut($). This man is seriously concerning us at this time and should be watched closely. Sad.
Yeah, Kaufman County is long known for their evil ways. It's all about the money and hurting people who dare speak out against them. Pure evil.
