I resigned from Spectramed Medical aid in June 2016, I was told that it will take 3 months to finalize and pay out the money that had accumulated in my savings account for the many years I was with this medical aid, so imagine my surprise when I did not receive my money after 3 months. After numerous calls and speaking to numerous consultant and promises it is now 7 months later and still no payment, every time I phone I get told this month " we can not say exactly when but this month"...I've asked to be put through to managers but the consultants refuse to transfer me to any management, I was a loyal client of Spectramed always paying my instalments and now I'm treated like crap because I want my money, money that's not yours but mine...I will never recommend this medical aid
