Kathleen Patton as Individual, hidng behind CDD non-profit Director review: con-artist; evictions, etc. 1

Kathleen Patton, who parades as Director of Crossing the Digital Divide and indeed delegates work to that non-profit organization - has what I consider a sad, sociopathically egregious "other side" - as seen in the many court cases below. She owes over $50, 000 in judgments, but she hides behind this non-profit andd several websites purporting to be a normal, happy, and caring individual. She has caused much damage to her landlord or sublandlord victims, both psychologically and financially. Recommended that you never rent to this lady or do buisness with her who has made a career of ripping others off...unless you want to run the risk:

NOTE first: With a number of these cases below, Kathleen Patton actually owed more than the stated Judgment. She owed more monies because a Writ of Execution was not always filed by the victim - for remaining monies owed after the Judgment was declared (owed due to her staying in the dwelling after the Judgment, until near or on the date the Sheriff came to demand her vacating. In some cases this was even weeks after the Judgment).

Going after the additional money owed would be a lost cause, as she never has paid judgments and she always claims she doesn't have the money plus hides behind her "non-profit" CDD/Crossing The Digital Divide (which, ironically, helps newly released prisoners learn computers so that they become more 'employable'). Surely Ms. Patton could have become more employable herself.

We are dealing with a severely distorted situation here and a "pro" con-artist who threatens victims with lawsuits and psychological fear in the most "gentle"/passive manner - which is scary and which, someday, could reverse into some kind of violence. She is not taking care of her issues and she refuses to show remorse or responsibility toward her victims in re her deceitful and threatening behavior. She indicates on her website that it is 'unfair' that there are the "haves" and "have nots" in the world. This seems to justify her ripping you off----it's ethical in her mind, so she demands that you, the victim, just go along with it (or else). She also has been impishly bothersome to many victims, as well as threatening. The impishness supposedly mollifies the scary threat tactics.

To experience her in your home (if you are renting a room/bath out, e.g.) is to feel violated, to BE violated, to feel unsafe, to lose money, time, well-being, maybe for months. She harrasses you, too. And if you complain to her, she will claim YOU are harassing HER. And she will threaten you psychologically and legally (she knows enough law - to play with it).

The District Attorney has been contacted... and an Investigator did feel the situation needs prosecuting and stopping; however, they are backed up with so many cases and her judgments owed are not on the "high end, (e.g. at least $300, 000.00) so Kathleen Patton is not a priority right now to the D.A.';s office, but should be, because she scares people. However, she may become a priority...and exposure to the public has occurred and will keep occurring. She will threaten you with Small Claims or "defamation" claims, but she has not a chance...the facts are there. Feel free to responsibly complain about this "con".

The cases below are TRUE, factual...and this writer and all victims and anyone familiar with this con-artist, has the right to dub Kathleen Patton as such said "con-artist", (as many lawyers who implement eviction proceedings against her - do dub her) - and to give one's opinion about same. She seems proud of skirting the law. This is a dangerous mind in many victims' and knowing-citizens' views.
