Kate Spaderidiculous!

I ordered two bags on November 24th. They were COLOR: BLACK STYLE #: WKRU4812 and COLOR: OYSTER BLUE STYLE #: WKRU4038-1. They e mailed me today (November 28th) just to say "we are sorry!" that your item (#: WKRU4038-1) was canceled. The reason was not given. Kate Spade should not put this product for sale if they do not have enough items in stock. Kate Spade told customers very clearly IN RED LETTERS "THIS ITEM IS FINAL SALE - NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE ACCEPTED". I accepted it and ordered it. BUT NOW YOU HAVE CANCELLED OUR ORDERED ITEM WITH NO REASONS GIVEN!
I THINK IT IS EXTREMELY RIDICULOUS. I COULD HAVE BOUGHT ANOTHER BAG IF IT WAS WRITTEN "THE ITEM IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE".
WE WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM KATE SPADE FROM NOW ON BECAUSE KATE SPADE DOES NOT SEEM TO CARE ABOUT EACH CUSTOMER AND CHANGE THINGS AT ANY TIME THEY WANT!

    Oh for God's sake. Never buy online again. From now on, shop in the store since you are too stupid to realize that you are not the only one buying online. They do their best, but Jesus Christ, they can't read the future to know how many they need or how many will sell with literally thousands hitting that submit button at the same damn time. People like you make me want to buy a deserted island ship you all there so no one has to deal with your stupidity.

    @milanochocolate I'm stupid? I'm not the one [censor] because the online Kate Spade store ran out of a purse and refunded the order. I'm not the one accusing someone of working for the company. I work in a pharmacy not that it is any of your damn business. Like I said, SHOP IN THE DAMN STORE FROM NOW ON.

    @Wine Is Good Have they not been prepared for it? THEY DO NOT HAVE A SYSTEM, "THIS ITEM IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE"?? IF KATE SPADE IS NOT PREPARED, DO NOT DO ONLINE SALES. CARING ABOUT EACH CUSTOMER IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT. IF A COMPANY NEGLECTS ONE CUSTOMER, THEY WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS EVENTUALLY. IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCED WITH AMAZON CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU COULD NOT SAY THIS KIND OF STUPID THING.
    MILLIONS OF PEOPLES FOR ONE BAG? FUNNY. IT THERE ONLY ONE BAG COMPANY IN THE WORLD?

    @milanochocolate Oh for God's sake. This happens with literally every store and online retailer. There is absolutely NO WAY an online retailer with open access across the WORLD can possibly use real time sales trackers. You are a [censor].

    The quantities of an item sold can take some time to be calculated properly for online sales, especially on days like Black Friday (when thousands of customers may be shopping at one time). Cards may not be fully processed, orders might be requested canceled, items may be damaged, etc. Companies do their best to limit the ability to purchase items based on stock, but cannot always be 100% successful.

    Having orders be placed than canceled due to being out of stock is not an unusual thing in online shopping. If you want more details on the cancellation you could contact them directly if you want, however you should consider being more understanding.

    I placed an order on November 22, 2017 all were Christmas gifts. Order is lost, never received an email confirmation and order cannot be found in the system. My order was almost $500, so very disappointed. great offers and gift sets. No explanation offered.
