On 09/06/2010 I tried to order HID lights but when submitted it said "basket empty" so I ordered again.Right away I get emails for 2 orders. I immediately cancel. Customer service assured me of the cancellation as it had only been 3 minutes. He tells me that we need to change my 2nd order because the computer is wrong. He says I need 2 8000K bulbs at $140 and a fog light kit.I never got the corrected emails so I called about 6 times in 2 days.I'm assured that the order was cancelled and that no charges would go through. On the 8th I get an email saying that part of the cancelled order and part of the second order was shipping which was incorrect. I call to see why and was told to just return it and pay a 25% restocking fee since they shipped it anyway. I asked him why did it ship and was told "I don't know." On the second order(Salesman incorrectly ordered)2 regular bulbs for $140 instead of two 8000K bulbs and a kit.I call them and they tell me that it just looks that way on the invoice but it's really the right items. Feeling uncomfortable, I call again and this time I'm told again I need to do a return at my expense and pay 25% restocking fee on their salesman's incorrect order. I asked to speak to a manager. The rep Derek says"hold on" The manager "David" comes to the phone and talks for a couple of minutes, tells me to "hold on" and hangs up in my face.I call back and ask to speak with "David" and heard laughter as he hangs up again. I called a third time. A rep named Craig answered and I said I need to speak to David! He tells me that no one name David works there, they don't have managers. I told him what's happening so he tries to get the fees waived and says the OWNER Max says no.I tried to track these "so called" packages and the USPS has no record of them even being shipped. The company is in Minneapolis and I am in Alabama. They aren't even going by their return or cancellation policy. The order was placed on the 6th and cancelled 3 minutes later, before the charges and 2 days before it supposedly shipped.

For all those that kasa has screwed. Go to your bank. Dispute the charge as a fraud charge. My bank got all my money back from these scammers.
A class action suit needs to be filed against kasa, and I'm starting one.
Anyone wants to join. Post a comment saying so.

I used the website www.motorcyclehidxenonlights.com, which is Kasa, to order lights for my motorcycle. There is a drop-down list to choose the make model and year of bike, in my case the Suzuki 2002 Bandit 1200s, and I ordered the kit for my bike. A guy called to check with me that the shipping to Canada would be $19.99, and I agreed. I saw the charge go against my card, but didn't get a confirmation or anything... waited a couple of days and called. The guy on the phone told my an email had been sent with a tracking number. I checked my email on my phone and on the computer at home to be sure I hadn't just missed it somehow, and then called them back. I was given a tracking number over the phone, but never got an email with any information. A package did ship to me, and I got home from work prepared to install my new lights. What I got was a bulb, a ballast, and the wires to connect them... but not to fit my Bandit. The base of the bulb that was shipped to me is about half an inch wider than the factory bulb and, of course, there is no way to fit it into the housing. I called again, and was told that the H4 bulb was the right one for my bike and some modification may be required... I asked how I was supposed to modify the base of an offset bulb to fit into a flush housing... he said if I wasn't prepared to do "mod work", I could return the bulb and pay the restocking fee...

Update: I eventually did receive my performance chip. I never did reply to their calls or emails. I haven't installed it yet, so I can't confirm it's the right one, but I will when it's done.

I ordered a performance chip from KASA a few days ago. After receiving the confirmation email I've gotten several other emails trying to sell me "out of the box / like new" parts that "would work really well with your current order." No big deal. No harm in a guy trying to make an extra sale, right? I wasn't interested, so I never replied. I've also been getting phone calls from a number in Minnesota I didn't recognize. I usually don't answer numbers I don't know. If it's important they can leave a voice mail. Well, after several calls from the same number I decided to Google the number, which lead me to this page. After reading a few of the posts I decided to do some checking. I login to my email find a message from KASA just this morning telling me there is a probelm with my order. Next I login in to my bank account and see that I have already been charged for the order. Most companies don't charge you until your order has shipped. The whole situation doesn't pass the smell test, and now I'm thinking I'm probably out $70.

Kasa Auto Parts. I bought what I was told was a chip for my Cadillac for fuel mileage like the Hypertech chips for diesel pickups. My husband and I both asked Danny if it plugged in under the dash like Hypertech and he said, YES. We received it 4 days after we ordered it and it required cutting wires in two locations. Danny told us if it didn't increase our gas mileage that we had 30 days to get 100% refund. I sent the parts back the very next day after receiving it. I called them today and they are charging me 25% restocking fee, which I was never told. I talked to Mac at [protected] after talking to the manager Derrick Young [protected] and they would not give me the 100% refund that I was promised by Danny [protected]. I never heard about the restocking fee until today. [protected]. Do not order from these people.
