They repossesed my car. It was paid for that month and I had car insurance. They won't talk on the phone. They have 39 complaints at the Better Businass Bureau in Dallas, since Aug. 2009. BBB sent them a letter, they refused and sent back. Iam disabled and can not take public transit.

I recently got an SUV check engine light came on so took it to be checked out. They fixed it without me signing a consent form and want me to pay $1100 for repairs on a cat. convertor that I could have gotten done cheaper. They are unprofessional and crooked. I will not recommend anyone to purchase these cars. They need to be shut down and banned dealership license.

Hello my name is Catisa Proctor and I purchased a suv from the same lot on Sept 24th. 2012. My notes were due on Saturday. I contacted them this past Saturday to inform them that I would not make it before they closed and asked what options I had to pay. I was informed to just make the payment first thing Monday morning. My vehicle was picked up Sunday afternoon. There was no one to talk too on Sunday and Monday when I went to make the payment I was told I had to pay the loan in full. I. This is highway robbery for real.

I tried calling to make a payment on a friends car that she was 4 days late on and they were rude and hung up on me so guess their repo man can sit outside my house till he turns blue because no one is driving on my lawn and if they try I have something waiting for them

They're very rude and unfriendly.I always pay on time..The last time I was $1.30 short, do you know they wouldn'y accept my $203.70.."Maam we cant accept a short payment.Can you go dig in your car for change".When I signed up the told me I would only have to pay for 18months..But when i got my paperwork the car was $9000 instead of $6700.Thats over pricing for a 2000 suv with 250, 000 miles.God please shut this place down!

Scam artist at their finest! They screwed my husband and I. We will start picketing tomorrow at 8:30 a.m. if you have had any Ill dealings with these people please join us. I'm taking this to litigation and I hope you all do they same. They will belly up when they have to start giving money back to us. They have been ripping people off for years and it's time to get our justice.

Regardless of all the negative comments, My experience with purchasing a vehicle from Kar-z was an awesome one. They were asking for 800 down plus TTL and I only had 655, they are letting me pay out the rest of my down payment... My sales rep Mickie went beyond the call of duty to make sure I was completely satisfied... I will definitely buy from Kar-z again, I will also be referring people as well...

I would not recommend this company they're very rude. I have had my car for over 6 months I made a payment this past week and i called to find out what I have left to pay for repairs on Friday. I woke up this Saturday morning to find my car gone. I called karz they wont explain by phone why. They only response is come in monday through friday before 5pm. I have just started back work this past week I have been on maternity leave because I gave birth to my son three months ago. They would not provide a number or name of anyone in the financial department.

This place is awful they talk you out of alot of Money then geta very rude and unprofessional b to call you to collect payment thatis not even one day past due im taking this place ddown if its the last thing I do

I bought a car from them and called and told them that it was shutting off on me and sometimes would not even start up. So he said he was going get it towed in for me so they can look at it. Then I call to check on it and they said that I have to pay it in full are I can never get it back. So I said y'all just took my 700$ and leave me without a car? Then he told me call Gary the finance mgr but gave me a email address and then said what's your number we call you back. But now I have a letter saying pay in full by 11/7/2013

MY CAR BROKE DOWN KARZ WAS THE ONLY PERSON TO HELP THEM WITH OUT THEM I WOULD HAVE LOST MY JOB AN LOST MY HOUSE I AM THINKFUL FOR THEM SELLING ME A CAR FOR $300 DOWN AN AFTER 90 DAYS THEY ARE LETTING MY UP TRADE TO A BETTER CAR

i am handicap and bought a car from them and did not even get a chance to drive it for a week because it was taken to there shop they say for repairs but i had already put my down payment on it if i had known this i would have kept my money in my pocket, i live off a fixed income and do not have money to throw away. thats not all after i got mt car after the first payment i made they came and got my car then they stole my brand new floor mats out of the car and my sticker for my apartments, they are very crooked people. i had not missed no payments, i went up there to get my car back and they already had it sitting on the lot with a price on the window, what is wrong with these people scam artist thats all i can say, i would nt refer my dog to them.

I am having problems with them as well! I bought a car from them on September 8, 2012 which was on a saturday. The car smoked when they crunk it up so i asked the salesman why is it smoking and he told me it was because the car had been sitting it just needs to be driven so i took his word. So Sunday the car started to smoke even worse so i called them on Monday to let them know it was worse so they told me to bring the var in so they can check it out so i did. So they told me they would call me when they find out the problem. So an hour after i make it home they call me and tell me to come pick out another car because that one was no good. (they said it needed a motor) so they didnt have anymore cars that would cover liability insurance which i had already purchased for the car. So they told me they get cars in everyday so i could come back and check with them in a couple of days. So they called me on Wednesdat September 19 to pick up another car so i went it an purchased another car, got home and the check engine light came on so i took it to 2 places to have a diagnois test and it came back with 4 codes (transmission need to be replaced in other words) so i called Sean the manager the ckeck engine light came on and he told me thats nothing to worry about. He said he has driven his truck with the check engine light on for 2 years and that its not a problem so i told him about the codes for the transmission and he said he cant give me my money or another car..So they called me Saturday looking fir a payment that i didnt feel right paying beacause i just got the car Wednesday so why do i have to make a payment on September 22 and i jus got the car on September 19, 2012.. So i still have the car and i called and told them i am taking legal action so since they have my money i have their car until this matter is solved. And they have already sent a tow truck dtiver to my house about 20 minutes ago but he didnt get my car. But im trying to find out if we can all come together on a class action suit. This car lot is crap. We bought an SUV from this place and it was missing an interior dome light, no radio, and the tires were bad so we had to buy our own. On top of that a week after we bought it the transmission starts to mess up. In the end they repossessed our car because they didn't verify that we did have insurance. They've put my family through hell and they don't understand what customer service is because each and every one of their employees including the managers were rude. Avoid this place!

My automobile was repossessed because they said that it did not have insurance on it. The funny thing is whatever holding lot the car maybe be sitting at has my current insurance documents inside the glove compartment. They've put me through hell for the past 3 days and I've been floating around with no answer. I've called the lot and they had no clue and was told to contact their finance department. I called their finance department and also didn't get an answer. The customer service for both the car lot and the finance department is poor. I wasn't being treated like a customer and it seems like they didn't care. When I asked to speak to a manager and for her name I was hung up on when I wasn't even finished talking. So I called the finance department again and was told to go to the lot to get more answers. That's exactly what I did and when I got there it was the same old thing. The manager at the lot said that it was not her fault that I didn't have my current insurance documents on file. I told her it's her job to keep all her customer records updated. For this they assumed I did not have insurance. They did not once asked me to have my insurance company fax them proof of insurance instead they said in order for me to get the car back I would have to pay the full amount of payoff on the vehicle. I believe I am a victim of wrong doing. They did not verify if I had insurance or not and did not notify me that they would tow my car away. I'm very frustrated, angry, upset and more importantly mentally exhausted from the way I've been treated. I've been a loyal customer who's never been late on any payments and they've just lost a customer in me. I'm in the process of contacting a civil litigations attorney to help me sort out this matter. I also advise that no one goes to this car lot cause it's obvious it's not about the customers.
