KANGAROO/PANTRY / UNLAWFUL FIRING

I WAS HIRED INTO THE KANGAROO/PANTRY AS ASST. MANAGER. I WAS MOVED AROUND TO THREE STORES, WORKED 60 - 70 HRS A WEEK, SCRUBBED FROM TOP TO BOTTOM TO GET READY FOR INSPECTION AND BUSTED MY BUTT FOR THE RAISE I WAS DO IN 3 MONTHS.
THEN 1 DAY I GET A CALL FROM MY MANAGER ASKING ME WHY I WAS LATE FOR WORK. ( I WASNT DO IN TILL 10PM AND IT WAS ONLY 2PM) I CALLED HER BACK AND TOLD HER I WAS ON THIRDS. SHE HAD CHANGED THE SCHEDUAL WITHOUT ME KNOWING IT AND I GET FIRED FOR A NO CALL NO SHOW!
NOW HOW CAN I BE A NO CALL NO SHOW WHEN I WAS NOT AWARE OF THE CHANGE YOU ASK? GOOD QUESTION. ONE I MYSELF WHOULD LIKE THE ANSWER TOO AS WELL.

    man she probably just want to fire you anyway, that's just an excuse, you need evidence say you didn't know that. How could you proof no call no show

    this is only one side of story--I bet the manager would have more to say about it. I will say the conveince store managers and district managers can be totally unprofessional and operate in a very crude way.
