Hi,
Kangaroo gas station has discrepancy in one of their Gas counter. It starts the Gas gallon and Cost counter before you start filling the GAS.
When I complaint about the same, I was told that recently our systems have been reset. The person on the counter said I need to talk to their manager. Apparently when I called the manager (On cell phone) nobody picked up the phone.
I am not sure how many people are being cheated like this on Kangaroo Gas Station.

Walked into Kangaroo @658 Wachesaw Rd. Murrells Inlet, SC 29576
and was met by a young girl behind the register smoking an e- cigarette and promptly met me with a face full of smoke.

I'm a 3rd shift clerk at a K-roo in Apex, NC, and I'm sorry that happened. Our training says something about the pot needing to brew all the way, but I know customers are in a hurry. If the coffee is still brewing, i jokingly let them know it will probably have a lot of flavor. They taste it in the store, and not one has poured it out. Of course, I take care of my customers better than most and have a very loyal return rate, wherever I work.
On the Kangaroo website there is a shopper experience selection, where you can rate and comment about the store. As an employee, I'm not allowed to complain, but if I could, some of the words might turn a few faces red...lol

Entered Kangaroo Lakeland Dr., Flowood, MS. As I entered an employee rushed across my path cutting me off. She looked at me out of the corner of her eye and did not acknowledge me. I felt it was disrespectful. I had entered for a cappuccino and proceeded to the machine. I always fill the med. cup 3/4 full and top off with decaf. The decaf was brewing, so I waited. When the pot was full and the coffee trickling, I placed a cup under the trickle. Having the pot in my hand, the same employee said loudly in my ear "Mam, that will ruin the whole pot!". Naturally it frightened me to have someone
speak loudly directly into my ear while I'm pouring the coffee. I told her I was late for work, I had to leave. It all seemed so disrespectful. What had I done wrong? I said, "you can keep your d... coffee. She flippantly said, "O.K.". Then I realized at the door that the pot was full; turning I said the "pot was full". She then quipped, "I was trying to keep you from burning yourself." Poor customer service, she didn't even check the status of the pot before attacking me. I work at a hotel behind your store. I use the gas station often for gas, drinks, coffee and food. However, I will never be back and will go out of my way to shop elsewhere. In the past I have usually sent my customers to your station... Paula B
