I have a public open case by the # 16SC00586 at the Small-Claims of the Carol Miller Justice Center, 301 Bicentennial Circle, Sacramento, CA 95814 > Staff member -Celestina Martinez- known for fraud, and was an employee was placed in areas that comprimised patrons and staff as well as property. The other members that are listed are known for many items that have been formerly reported to law enforcment and put on terrorist listing, as Dennis Michael Kane (SR), and (JR) that is known for slander, fraud and other items as well as Christina Marie Kane includding mention of incest and mention with that of minors as well. The 2 first names are known to have "serious" criminal backgrounds as well.
Update to further support the above complaint (All in Public Record) >Family Court: Ridge-Way Courthouse> 3341 Power Inn Road, Sacramento, CA 95826-USA-Case # 16DV00926, the one known as Michael (Dennis M. Kane -JR-) that there were formal report #'s as formal>SacPD Rep. # [protected]>will add defamation/Perjury made and the case being dropped and the court not even recognizing his/there claim. Still can gain a civil suit for slander as well.I have a recognized contract in other courts. Side note- There is a Dennis Kane -SR- that is mentioned in the report and > similar to a Michael Jackson item but not in a positive way...NCRIC, SacSheriff report # [protected], X-Reference # 661678 > showing history of abuse to women and having also that to child abuse in past. > Other members of also, on NCRIC listing (Terrorist type of listing to my knowledge), placed on such listing by me. This added to some trauma of a mugging and have a P.T.Stress.D./Panic/Anxiety condition and at time recovering from a fractured foot, the criminal plead "No Contest" (Guilty) and after my statement to court he was given a CPO-Criminal Protective Order and agreed to pay me financially as well, he also has a violent criminal history as well on record (X-Reference # 5169536). I try now to avoid that area and shop at more known retail stores, I was even in past escorted off public property when I was paying kind praise of an Easter function at nearby site of loaves and Fishes- stated I was a spectator and needed nothing...Asked if Sister Libby received my message of concern, she then stated she did and had two bulky men that appeared to pass as club bouncers threaten me and act as if they were going to rough me up...I left peacefully of my own accord and also saw that they had know culprits that were made public of sexual crimes visit the site as Bishop Soto...
