I went to the Melville Post Office today (10 Dec 2010) to find out where the above parcel is. I was informed that it had been received by the Upington Post Office on 19 October 2010 and collected from there on 05 November 2010. At no time was I anywhere near Upington or the Upington Post Office – I live more than 700km from there.
I phoned Kim at Wedamart to find out what has happened to the above order. He would’ve got back to me 2 hours ago.
This was ordered and paid for on 26 Sep 2010. The hassle that I have to go through to trace this parcel is completely and utterly unacceptable.

The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have been a long time customer of both Kalahari.net and more recently of Wedamart and like many other customers of these two companies I have never experienced problems with them. All my orders have been mailed to me via the Post Office service. My experience dealing with the Post Office, orders get lost for a whole host of reasons. Also raising a complaint after 2 hours of no response is in my opinion being too hard with your suppliers - most companies respond to emails within 24-48 hours. Did you try to call them (get their phone number from kalahari.net? I would suggest that you go back to Wedamart, I am sure they can help you to resolve this problem easily or request a refund. I am sure if parcel has gone missing they will gladly get you a replacement one and they can sort this out with the post office.
