Kaaum.com sandals

I ordered sandals from kaaum.com in march. The description and pictures of the sandals sounded great. They arrived without a box and in a tiny shipping bag and the shoes was crushed! And the quality so poor. The straps was cloth not leather. They're false advertising their products. And they're trying to say it's all my fault and won't refund my money. And they ibby post positive reviews on facebook and their website. I've posted negative ones and they won't post them. It's all a huge scam! They stole my money!

I ordered those sandals on 7/04/2018, brown, order #542755 .
I got them yesterday 23/04/2018, but in different size. I ordered size 6 /39/, but I got 37.
There is any information of how to send it back and any invoice inside the pack.
Please, suggest what I have to do now to get correct size and send you back those too small.

Kaaum.com gladiator summer ankle strap flat sandals

Received product, they were not what was advertised. What I received was very cheap vinyl type product, NOT the leather on the advertisement. I immediately contacted them wanting to return and receive refund.
Their response was, "Based on kaaum return policy, we do not accept return without quality issue and the return postage could be expensive for you. My suggestion is that you can give it to someone or sell it and order a new pair."
Absolutely not right. They should not be able to sell products and rip people off like this. Their address is through Shopify. Kaaum should be shut down.

Kaaum.com order #444791 women's open toe sandal

I received my order a Few weeks ago and one of the sandals were damaged I have sent several e-mails trying to get this resolved so I can either get my money back or a pair of sandals that are not damaged, so the first e-mail I received back from your company was from Doris (customer support) she ask for pictures of sandal and package slip I sent those to her, them I get another e-mail from Serina asking the same thing, I have already done this I'm feeling like I'm getting the run around, it's a $29.95 pair of sandals I'm not trying to rip anyone off I would just like to get what I paid for sometime soon, please!

Kaaum.com shoes/customer service

My husband ordered shoes from this company, the company sent them in the wrong size. I sent the original order as well as photos of the shoe that I received. I reached out to customer service and received 2 emails one that said we have received your request and another saying let us know if we can help with anything else? I never asked for my money back. I just asked for the shoe in the right size. This is ridiculous it was our mistake but it looks like we are paying for it. we order a 6 and got a 7.

Kaaum.com 2017 new light soft casual fashion men leather shoes one white and one black

I purchased the items on 8/28/2017 for $62.82, by mistake I provided the wrong address. Instead of 831 NW 101st Street, Miami, FL 33150, I wrote 10th Street. The items were returned to the seller Kaaum.com. Someone's name Christina who I constantly contacted via email asked me $42.00 to resend the items to me. I felt that is crazy, so I requested for a refund. I have been denied to get back the items and a refund. Could you please help me to get my money back?

Ordered pair of men's shoes for $39.99...Have not received the order and have not received a correspondence. We do not have a phone number listing for the company and cannot connect with them directly.
Please post this complaint promptly...
This is my first order with them...I am already totally dissatisfied.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Ordered a pair of shoes that came as the wrong size. No way to return them, tried at the post office. No return address on the label. No phone number no email.
Credit card company credited my account and they rebill the account. A company in China.
Solution. Pay $40.00 and donate the shoes. Live and learn.

Ive got burned. Please do your homework before placing order thru these crooks.

I'm having a big problem trying to find out where is my shipment, but when I enter my email and password it says that there is no such email on records, I paid 19.99 for an iPhone X Minnie Mouse Black and Red phone case and still have not received it.. I placed this order about a week ago if I had the order number I'd put it in but I don't have it

I ordered 2pairs of glasses back on april 12th and only received one pair and I'm getting ready to leave for vacation and still am not able to track my second pair to ensure that they will be delivered on time for my trip. I need to know that I will have my item on time otherwise I would like a full refund.

I have to pair of sandals need to go back and your making it very hard to do so. Please help. I have two that are too big. my 3th pair are fine. I didn't get any paper work with any bags .

Bought 2 pairs of shoes. They were just too narrow - not uncommon. I reached out to return. No reasonable response and a vague return policy. They were totally unreasonable about a refund. The lost a customer and gained an enemy. Don't trust any company without a reasonable return policy in this day and age.

I would like request a refund as this item is still not delivered. I have been waiting for this item since March, it was supposed to be a birthday present for my daughter. I would appreciate a prompt response to this item.
