K. M. Trading - Sharjah (Nokia 6120) / phone damaged when given to service

We bought a mobile phone nokia 6120 classic (serial no. [protected]) on 18thAugust from K. M Trading Sharjah (Tel [protected])and after using it for four days we found the mobile screen is getting heat.
We took the shop and enquired about this problem they reset the software of the phone and inform us it will be o.k otherwise asked to bring it again for the service. After using it for 1 week we found the problem again and gave the mobile for service on 15th September 2008 (Service Slip no.3531).
On 2nd October2008 we got back the phone and found that front panel board was damaged. When we enquired about this the sales person said we are not responsible for this. We did not use the phone not even for one week and found now the phone in damaged condition. We return back the phone to the shop and complaint to the supervisor he did not respond to us and we got shame in front of other customers in the shop. please advise us what to do further and the service slip is with us with the warranty.

    Hey u seem to hav not at all used the device and now has the burden of not only bein payed the real cost but also to repair it. Since there is a warranty card, not to worry.Give it to some responsible companies/service center.
    It was highly absurd for a company as KM traders to behave in a such uncomprmisbl behavior. These hippocrats seems to nowhere understnd the plight of middle class. They are to under stand that teh customers are customers, however big pocketed or small pocketed. U should sew the company fot gettn u d false device, embaressing u, cheating u wid false information.
