Juvesiio unauthorised deduction from me

I ordered 2x Sample products and was informed that the charge would only be for P&P. Received delivery when away on holidays and on return discovered a charge of £87 taken without permission from my credit card. Called the company today 10.06.15 and was offfered a 50% reduction I held onto the products. I refused and was subsequently told that I would receive a full refund if I returned both products to an address in Sweden. Wondering if this is advisable as they will have my money and the products.

Juvesiio Unauthorised withdrawal from account

I was shopping online with COS in Feb/March a feedback form popped up, reportedly looking like it was part of the COS site, asking me to fill out a couple of questions/short survey to trial a new Anti Wrinkle Serum. I thought it was a bit odd that they asked me for £1.95 for postage and packaging to send out the product, but having already done the survey I foolishly entered my details. On checking my credit card statement I discovered that in addition to the £1.95, they deducted th£87 from my account in April 2017. At no time did I tick anything, there was nothing in the terms and conditions, I have received no contact/products or anything from this company since the free trial sample. I immediately contacted my credit card company who have blocked the old card and will be issuing me with a new card. I have checked and note that this company has taken similar amounts from others - surely there is some way to obtain redress? I'm certainly considering reporting it to the BBC NI CoNsumer affairs programme as bad publicity might help!

I too filled out a questionaire the was offered a free reward. I was stupid too and gave them my details to pay for postage, 1 sample recieved then over next 3 months 3 lots of £87 taken from my account. Phoned and was put through to call centre in india, they tried to blackmail me by saying they would refund one lot of money but not if i took legal action to try and get the rest back. Asked to speak to manager, put through to some one else who just repeated all the same things. It was very interesting to note the reaction when i told them i was recording the conversation. They stated that they could not continue if i recorded them and it was due to data protection. I pointed out that i had as much right as them to data protection and that they had already breached mine! I gave up in the end after 45 mins of going round in circles. They refused to provide any writen proof that i had agreed to the terms and conditions or any proof of an order and any proof that i had agreed to pay them £87 monthly. Beware of this company they are theifs of the first order.

Juvesiio Charging for free Anti-wrinkle Serum

Pop up advertised free Juvesiio Anti Wrinkle Cream. I gave name and address and then was asked for £5.95 postage.
I stupidly gave my debit card and went away my holidays for two weeks. When my bank statement came in they had taken £5.85 then £87 on March 2014 then £87 on 17th April.
I received on free sample. You cannot get them on the phone as they always say their has been a computer error... I have received on FREE sample ... I emailed them and was asked to send account number etc. I had only received a letter inside the small parcel headed Juvesiio not saying anything else. I sent all the information on the parcel and then I got asked for all the information again that I had sent.
I have contacted back, Action Fraud, Victims Support and Trading Standards.

They have another address :- JUVESIIO, International Customer Service. 1DA Industrial Park. Cork Road, Waterford, Ireland.

I clicked a link in Facebook for a free trial of this serum from Juvsiio Ltd. Two weeks after ordering a total of $102.70 was taken out of my account. At that stage I had not received the serum. I have sent numerous emails cancelling my subscription and have not had any of them acknowledged.

I too have been scammed in exactly the same way as you have described. I have put a block on this company taking any further unauthorised money from my account, and intend to report their activities to all and any appropriate authorities.

Juvesiio Took $114.95 from my account without authorization.

Juvesiio took $114.95 from my account without authorization. I'd like to file a complaint against them. What a scam! They KNOW that it looks like you're only spending $4.95 for shipping and handling for a trial. They are RIPPING OFF innocent people.

Do not try to order anything from them. You will be completely fooled ! They will take out a big amount of money from your account, but you will not receive anything. Please read the followings, if you want to know more:
1. They said they would supply a free trial version. You will have to pay for shipment. But, you will never get the sample.
2. When I didn't get my free sample after 14 days of ordering, I emailed them about it and also warned them not to take out any money from my account
3. Next day, they emailed me, saying my membership has been cancelled, however I never became a member. Worst of all, they took out 89 pound sterling from my account on that day.
4. It's been 2 months, but still I haven't received anything from them.
5. I emailed them many times explaining all. They didn't tell anything about it, but referred me to their customer support.
6. I spoke to the customer support lady, who is of course not based in the UK. What she said is complete insanity. She said there is no free sample, although I said I have the order receipt. She also said they would not give my 89 pound sterling back, although I explained her many times that I didn't receive anything.
7. Citizen advice and my bank are now investigating this

The same thing has happened to me they are scaming people into buying their products. It was a free trial just pay postage and packaging but then you get charged extra 2 weeks later. I'm sorry but that is a scam. I hope something can be done about making people more aware of this scam. People have enough bills without being charged unexpected ones. I can't pay my full mortgage payment this week because this €124 was deducted from my account. Con artists

I contacted the local trading standards agency and informed them. They said they would note the problem. I suggest that everyone that gets caught with this scam to do the same. Maybe if lots of complaints are made they will take action. Otherwise contact Watchdog or Rogue Traders on television.

Do not try the "free trial "because it is not free. It's just a scam.

Same happened. Hope they choked on the money they made from us.when the first payment was taken. We phoned the customer service dept. they just said we can't get our money back because we didn't cancel in 14 days. Didn't mentioned about the second payment. A month later, They took my second payment. Phoned again for a refund then the man told me to call back later because the computer was down. Email them to cancel but still not have a reply. They just try to make it difficult for you to get a refund. Disgrace. Scam, definitely.

I have had the same experience.I sent off for a free sample and paid £4.95 for the postage via by bank account details. Then 3 weeks later I was debited £87.00 without any known authorisation from me. I am now advised that I must request a refund before 15 days since their debiting this amount from my bank have elapsed. This is my legal right under present legislation.I am awaiting their response.
