Juveneu order cancelled in october

For two months my credit card was billed for a product that never arrived. Then when I contacted the company help line they apologised but said it was beyond their control. I asked to be reimbursed and they said NO, instead they would resend the order. I asked if I could stop any further shipping of the order, as it was a monthly thing. I was told no not until the first two months worth was sent off. I asked when I could stop any further payment and was told to ring back in October. I did so and was asked why I wanted to stop the order I said I don't like the product. They asked if I would like it for half price from october onwards. I told them that was a nice offer but no thanks I just want the order cancelled for good. I was told that the order was now finalised and I would not recieve any more goods or have anymore money debited from my account.
Every month since then I have checked my credit card and they are still taking money for a product I don't want and was promised would no longer be charged for.
Please help me I don't want them taking my money for goods not wanted or received.

Juveneu CANCELLED PRODUCT BUT COMPANY ARE STILL DEDUCTING MONEY FROM MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION

I responded to a free trial for a product on antiaging, the product took more than a month to be delivered and then found $84 - $93 per month had been deducted from my credit card without my permission. I rang and was given a cancellation ref # and thought it was cancelled on 7th Nov 2011 but to my horror two more amounts of $93 on the 6th and 7th of December have been deducted. i have requested cancellation many time with the company through their only send a question form and they still ignore me. I can not afford to have this money taken out every month and I am not recieving any products, please help.

please dont fall for this scam i have had a total off just over 500 pounds taken from my credit card mbna said i cannot get my money back even though i have not recieved any products have cancelled and got a ref number which i give to credit card company 6 months later they still take money from my account but now credit card company refund it back to me the following month

Juveneu Scam

I received a free sample in the post with no obligation or agreement to buy the product. The company went ahead knowing my Debit card details and deducted an amount of $106 from my account. This is fraudaulant as no permission was given by me. I have now had to cancel my bank card and just trust that they won't take more money from my account. I have since then found out that there are many people claiming to have been scammed by this company.

Juveneu No product received

Mainly to make others aware. Initial offer to pay under $2.00 to receive trial offer. If you like after fourteen days they will send you the full product and debit your credit card. If you don't like return within fourteen days and no further payment required. I never received the initial trial product & fortunately for me my card is a Visa Debit Card ie; using my own money - so when I hadn't received the product after ten days I transferred nearly all the money I had out of the account and sure enough on day fourteen they tried to debit an amount of $84.71 from my account and obviously were unable to do so. I have since cancelled that card number. I'm sure many other people have not been so lucky.

I requested a trail of this product ... it arrived. Thank You. However, I now have two charges on my account and have received no deliveries of the product. I wish to terminate my arrangement and cannot get through to the company to do this. It is unacceptable to charge in advance and not supply the products, as good as theft !

charged me for a free trial when I didn't even get the product for a trial from the beginning. No customer support, no one to call. They don't reply to emails. Smelling a huge rat here. I have had to cancel my credit card now so that they don't take any more money out. Goodbye $80-. Do not do business with whoever is behind this fraud.

I order the free sample for $1.99. Received another bottle automatically and deducted for $89.66 and a International fee of $.72. I have been trying to cancel and return these. the cream does not work and the way they send out automatically is wrong. I usually always check on scams but I missed this one!

Authorized payment for free trial jeveneu anti wrinkle cream priced £1.99 + p&p then recently noticed £59.29 had been taken from my account from the said company without permission or notification!

I asked for a trial and they took $89 dollars from my account before it arrived. There are no phone numbers that work so u can get in contact with them so I will have to cancel my card so they cannot take any more money out of my account.

I sent for a free trial sample of juveneu anti wrinkle serum but instead of being free I was charged £55.87 for one and £57.86 for the other one and now they have sent me another one for £59.74 + transaction charges of £4.50. How can I claim my money back. regards Mick Weaver

I bought two of hyaluronic acid serum is less than I paid for us a competitive product for only 1 ounce

I found a smoothing serum. It makes my skin very soft. I noticed under my eyes I will not improve a competitor's product to have. Also in the neck it makes the line has not insignificant softened.

I intend this serum along with the strengthening moisturinzer more that I wait to receive.

I think this product has the softness of my skin more I was not there before been returned.

I think the price is very good condition for the amount. Three drops is all I need for my face and neck. This product should last a long time.

If this were all that is recommended for improvement skin softer and smoother.

Juveneu tardy arrival/hasty credit card charge

Terms and Conditions state when applying for (FREE) home trial that the billing will commence 14 days after distribution of product. Distribution date for my product was 15th August 20011 it arrived yesterday after being sent 1st class mail 8th September 2011. I have checked my bank statement and yes they have taken the product amount of $88.76 from my account, now I've tried to send them an email to their dedicated site of www.billing-faq.com and my firewall tells me this is an unsecured site and if I go ahead and continue with opening the site I may get hacked. So how does one contact them via email and cease their mining of my account?

You have still not refunded my money of £84.71p TWICE to my bank via debit card, I tried phoning up but could not get through, so how else can I talk to you about the refund, unless I text you.
Please refund my money, if you don't, it means the free trial has cost me £84.71p TWICEinstead of free trial, I have already paid £1.99 for the Post & packing for the trial, and I am not prepared to spend any more,
The above was the e-mail that I sent to them, but all I had back was an Automatic e-mail from them
The problem is how can get a refund from them, I also tried to phone them, on the phone number that they supplied, but I couldn't be connected to that number, so where do I go from here, as I can't afford any more money to be deducted from my bank account

I ordered free sample from pop-up and 3 weeks later, i check my bank statement and there is a charge for 87.91 + 2.31 on my statement. I call and they tell me i had 2 weeks to cancel acct. if not, i was charged this much for my free sample! I am so angry! Then i call and ask for a supervisor, and Ryan tells me they are going through a system upgrade and they can't pull up my account! What crap, i wish i could sue!

I sent for a trial offer of Juveneu wrinkle cream which came in the mail.
Then I received two (2) bottles the following month and charged to my account, which
I did not complain about, because I wanted to see if the product was as good as they
claimed. However, now I have received another bottle. Which I did not ask or approve it.
They tell you that you can cancel your order any time, through the internet. However,
that is not true. You can not cancel on the internet.
Why can't these companies be stopped from doing this?
I will take it as far as possible, to get my refund...

I want to cancel the orders that keep arriving in the post to me. This company is operating fraudulently as I have never given permission to have my debit card charged by this company & yet they keep taking money from my account. I have returned the last 3 containers of anti wrinkle serum to the return address on the package it arrives in, requesting that my orders are to be stopped, but they still keep arriving. Why does this company not behave responsibly?

I sent for a free triel of Juveneu face cream, postage £1.99 they took 4 times out of my bank then took £169 out without me knowing i wanted to sent the cream back but had no address, no email and they dont answer the phone, this is disgusting it was a free triel and they had no right to just take money out of my bank

I filled in a survey and was offered a free gift for my trouble.One of the gifts was a FREE sample of Liftserum Pro, I thought my wife could try it so i sent off my £1-99 for post and packaging and thought nothing more about it.The trial cream arrived just before we went on holiday and upon our return i foundi had been charged a further £84-71 for a months supply which we had niether asked for or wanted.I contacted my credit card supplier and stopped my card but they cannot get my money back, so please be careful out there and dont get caught like me. bwcroucher@blueyonder.co.uk

Same here, I ordered the sample, then I received two different coloured bottles which
is really the same thing, one is clear, the other is white...no difference...
now i keep getting this every month, I send them back and I get more...what the HELL
How do these companies get away with stuff like that...

My mother died in November 2011 and I have been trying ever since to cancel Juveneu [order number 2-166876] I have telephoned on numerous occasions during business hours and core hours of 09:10am to 15:30 pm without success. I finally managed to get a recorded messaged but before I could leave a message the line very dropped out.

My parents had a joint email account and every time my dead mother was notified that a product was sent to her, my father replied to the same email advising that his wife had died of cancer and not to send more products. He returned 2 products by Overnight Aust Post satchel which I posted for him to the address on the packet of the products sent (Wetherill Park NSW) however, products are still arriving and he is still being charged for them even tough every one them has been returned to sender unopened.

My late mother has once again received another product.. I again called at 14:00 the telephone number provided to cancel the order but once again a recorded message advised to call during business hours. My father is unable to cancel the joint credit card until Probate is finalised, and he certainly cannot afford to have $84 to $93 deducted from the joint credit card account.

have tried to cancel Juveneu, sent item back and asked to cancell all transactions as by their terms and conditions. However, they do not take any notice and it appears there is no way to contact them. Their site appears to be a fraud.

Juveneu charged my card for something I have not received

I was sent an email promoting a new anti wrinkle cream and if I paid $1.99 via credit card the "Trial product" item would be shipped to me asap. I have not received the item (and its been over two weeks since I ordered the trial) as yet but I noticed on my credit card online statement yesterday that the company has charged me $79.61 for the product. I have sent two complaints via the company's email address but Have not got no response. I'm extremely annoyed and now may have to cancel my credit card so that they cannot charge me again. Please help

The terms and conditions clearly state that the product is a risk free 14 day trial period. I have not received the product within the 14 days and it has not been 14 days since my trial order was accepted. The really strange part is the company have no email contact address and so now it is the hands of my bank who has stopped my credit card so that no further purchases can be billed to my card.

Yes I have the same problem to this ### people who scam me to.I report it to my bank and my bank says they going to dispute this on my behalf, so maybe your bank can do that to you to. People running this business 'JUVENEU' Hope you can sleep at night.
