Justsockz.com — Not honoring website pricing error
Back in September, 2016 the website had monthly socks club prices listed on sale at $8.99/year. I purchased 3 for gifts. We received our first pair in November. I checked my account on Jan. 11, 2017 to see the orders had been cancelled. I called and talked to Joe who tells me it had been an error - when he was changing the individual prices on the website, it accidentally changed the sock club prices too and there is no way he could honor those prices and "I'm lucky" he sent my three recipients one pair of socks. Most companies honor their website errors - even airlines - when they have it as to not take the hit of bad publicity and complaints such as this. Which I will be doing more of wherever I can. BAD BUSINESS. Too bad because the socks are really awesome and really cool.
