Not honoring website pricing error
Back in September, 2016 the website had monthly socks club prices listed on sale at $8.99/year. I purchased 3 for gifts. We received our first pair in November. I checked my account on Jan. 11, 2017 to see the orders had been cancelled. I called and talked to Joe who tells me it had been an error - when he was changing the individual prices on the website, it accidentally changed the sock club prices too and there is no way he could honor those prices and "I'm lucky" he sent my three recipients one pair of socks. Most companies honor their website errors - even airlines - when they have it as to not take the hit of bad publicity and complaints such as this. Which I will be doing more of wherever I can. BAD BUSINESS. Too bad because the socks are really awesome and really cool.
Fake and unreal socks
Customers, be aware that the website www.justsockz.com is big scam. The seller stated that all his socks were authentic, but in reality it was bad-quality socks and the pattern was fake. I tried to return the order and get some money back, but of course the seller refused and started to argue with me. He told me that I wouldn’t prove anything.I wonder if there are other people, who had the same experience. Let’s share views about this website.
My name is Joe with Just Sockz our socks are 100% real Nike Elite socks we start with white Nike Elite socks then customize them with the patterns you see on our website. We have had questions as to why the socks feel thinner than Nike elites and that is because we press the die into the socks at 400 degrees which make the socks feel thinner. We have NEVER argued with a customer we have always stood behind our products I am not sure who this person is but we have not received this phone call or complaint to our company. I would be happy to speak with this person personally.
