My grand daughters have a love affair with the Justice clothes line for young girls. They currently reside in Germany at and recieve mail at an APO address. Justice claims to ship overseas to APO address's and a large oder was placed with them on N0vember 20, 2010. At the same time purchases were made at a number of other sites with shipments to be made to my grandchildren at the APO address. Every order that I placed was received in time for Christmas except for Justice. It has now been 6 weeks and they still have not received their Christmas gifts that were bought at Justice. I Emailed Justice to express my concerns and they do not even respond. Stay away from this retailer. They do not understand customer service!
I'm having a very similar problem 3 years later, except my maling is a street address not APO. Part of my orders have shipped but the main thing I needed in time for Christmas, I have still not received and there is no shipment confirmation. It states on there FAQs that they will attempt by phone or email regarding any back orders. I've called to be placed on hold for over an hour and the only response I've received to an email I sent them over a week ago was automated. This is absolutely absurd. If my daughter didn't desperately want the items I order I would not have ordered them. I told her I will never buy their brand again. Not only will she not receive her winter coat for Christmas but the pj top I ordered and have received has a huge whole along the side seam. I Have had other issues with their clothing not holding up. They are highly over priced and over rated for their quality.
