Justgear.com / Order not received
I ordered a pair of sweatpants and have never received them. Only an email stating the order is being processed, but no other information. Not even the invoice ID number. The phone numbers are no help. One number says the mailbox is full. I have sent countless emails. Not one response. My credit card has alredy been charged. I have called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I plan to contact the California Consumer Fraud department to file a complaint. I think this e-retailer should be investigated. Many complaints just like mine against Justgear.com availalble at several complaint websites.
