JustFly international airline tickets refund

I purchased several international tickets with Justfly. Two of the child passengers were unable to fly  so we canceled tjier tickets, which were refundable. I was advised there would be a $150 cancellatiin fee but was never informed of a second $175 fee. This was definitely a hidsen fee. Each ticket was purchased at $505 and when cancelled I was charged $150 automatically within minutes of the cancellation per ticket, so a total of $ 300 on my original form of payment. This in itself caused me an issue being the money was not in my bank account and cause my account tongo negative. No one informed me that the $300 would be charged right away, in fact the way the agent explained it I would be decduted from the ticket amount ( $505 ). I contacted justfly once again to get an explanation of the charges and this is when they explained the $300 was charged upfront and that I will be refunfed $323 per ticket because there is anotger $175 charge from the airline that will be deducted from the $175. So after all the hidden fees my refund anmount is $180 per ticket from the $505 we originally paid. This is a scam, misrepresentation of cost and false advertisement. This company robbed me blind and I would lime for them to refind me the  $175 per ticket for a total of $350 that i was not advised of and the financial inconvenience  to myself.

I booked my flight from JFK New York to Tivat Montenegro on 08-23-2017.
I changed flight three times at the same day, because time was not convenient for me . It happened because I did not clearly understand all flight details speaking with agent on a phone.
The agents told that I will not have extra charges, because the changes I have made were done at the same day just during the 1-2 hours.
I've departed at 7:10 pm on August 30 2017 from JFK New York to Tivat Montenegro with Aeroflot Russian Airlines flight 103
My returned trip was at 1;10 pm on September 9 2017 from Tivat Montenegro to JFK New York with Aeroflot Russian Airlines Flight 2053 to Moscow and Flight 122 from Moscow to New York.
Everything was OK.
But when I received all charges on my credit card I noticed some unreasonable extra charges and I disagree with those charges.

JustFly Hidden charges!

Run run away. This company is very dishonest, so be careful booking from them. Or never book at all.
The biggest problem is their hidden fees. So let's say you want to buy the ticket $200 worth. It's written that the price includes all the fees (the website, the airport, the airline, everything), but in fact when you see the final price the amount of money is different. 250 dollars or even more.
Why? Hidden fees. And I am begging you to please check your information before booking and paying. Don't make mistakes, be very attentive. Or you will pay a lot more.
Please, use another website for booking. It's the best I can advise.

JustFly canceled flight

The flight was canceled and they didn’t inform us about that! I have called alitalia call center, agency which sold us tickets, everyone told to us everything is as scheduled, but when we arrived to the airport they said our flight doesn’t exist, and that is canceled before we have bought the tickets! They gave us another ticket, but when we landed to Rome, they didnt let us fly to Chicago, and they demanded to buy another ticket for my baby son which was 2( his birthday happened overseas, because they cancelled our flight). We had to spend another night on the airport in Rome with baby, without room, food or anything else. They left us to wait at the airport. It was very hard for us to spend two nights at the airport, without anything, to miss 2 days at our jobs, to be humiliated and left at the airport. We lost our money on waiting, and we had to buy another ticket. I’m very dissapointed how they treated us, and i’m demanding for refund and compensation of our expenses at the airport.

I booked flights on American Airlines in March for June. I had to cancel as the event held was canceled. I was told my tickets were non-refundable, even booking last month for June flights. I am 82 years old, flown with American Airlines over the years and never experienced such poor customer service. Kindly refund my tickets: $505. Thank you.

JustFly recent flight experience

I booked four tickets for my family to fly from USA to Rome. I was so excited to get them for 1000 round trip each. I raved about the great deal I spent months waiting for. On our return trip United says we need to buy a new ticket for our 2 year old since his birthday happened overseas. I was told to call united and they told me the ticket was 800 dollars. I called Justfly.com and after being on hold for over an hour. Our flight leaves, then I tell you guys to rebook our reservation for later in the day. Then you tell me I have to buy all new tickets! I then bought tickets from you for another airline, and because it didn't process in time I had to then cancel and rebook another more expensive flight. We are now into double the cost of our entire trip when I budgeted. 4000 dollars just to return home another evening in Rome 200, a 21 hour layover in Lisbon, another booked room, then a 6 hour layover in Boston, Just to fly home! I was in the airport for over 6 hours in one morning with two kids under the age of two! What the hell!

JustFly problems with their website cost me $75

I used JustFly to book a flight. BIG Mistake. From the original website to being redirected to Justfly website, the departure and arrival cities were reversed. I noticed the second after booking and tried to call their "Customer service" (HA!) They charged me $75, they didn't care at all it was their website, (I went back to check the original dates and departure arrival cities on the website that directed me to JustFly, I explained this "There are no free cancellations"

Ahem. LESSON LEARNED. Don't book with secondary websites that charge fees solely for themselves as Alaska airlines has a free 24 cancellation which I've used before. JustFly? They hit you with a charge. This website sucks and if you have a problem you are on your own..

They don't have ANY customer service. This charge will be disputed with my credit card. It will not be paid.

JustFly airline reservation, booking # [protected] justly

I cannot put into words how frustrated I am with your customer service! I have spent about 4 hours on the phone talking with 4 different representatives, ( only one who was able to converse fluently in English) trying to get our airline reservation problem corrected. The situation is this: we had reservations to fly to St Thomas in November for a meeting, but because of the extensive hurricane damage to the island the meeting cannot be held there. We were instructed to have our ticket refunded, or the amount credited to be used for a different flight within a year. We were told that there is a Change Fee Waiver code to be used. Your representatives either do not understand this or refuse to use it (possibly due to their lack of fluency). Can someone in your company please help to resolve this situation?

JustFly service

I booked a reservation through this website and when the paying process page is loading the price had not change at all. But when the bill summary come out, the price has risen $150 than the original price. So I called the website, they said sorry but I still need to pay $25 dollars to cancel it after I wait on the phone for more than 45mins. Bad service

JustFly will never use this horrible site

I bought a ticket from them, but due to some reasons had to cancel it after several weeks. Took me 30 or 40 minutes to do so, it took them too long to pick up the phone. Next day I noticed an unknown charge from my credit card. And it was JustFly. They took $80 for the cancellation option, that made me extremely angry. I called them to clarify what the hell happened and why they charged me without any notification. They blamed the airlines and its policies. Couldn't define, which policies to blame.
Book tickets somewhere else.

I book a flight for emgercy reason with justfly I call to let a justfly agents knows I'm gonna be 15 minutes late where there swear to me I might I'm gonna miss my flight I ask if there's a two hour period time to be late. They advised me to cancel my flight and told me they would put back the money so I can book a new flights.. I did all that they advised me to do and now I still didn't get my money back and my family is stuck in another state this is a big issue please return my money so I cant bring my family home. JustFly ticket booking

We had booked tickets for our parents on just fly.com..the confirmation email was not sent immediately and after 24 hrs when we got the confirmation the name entered was wrong...We got back to them saying the name was wrong ..they however said its crossed 24 hr period and argued with us for 3 hrs not changing the reservation but intern ripping us off 300$...on asking for reconfirmation mail ...they had sent an email with the old misspelled name...On calling the customer service I spoke to an associate called Jessie who said he had sent a mail which was misspelled...on asking him to resend it..he sent it...we were literally irritated with their service and wanted to lodge a complaint with their complaints department and this guy rudely said " Ur problem is solved so stop yapping around" and started putting me on hold...I wanted to take the issue to the higher authorities to let them know how rude their customer service associate are to customers...AM still on the call being put on hold when am typing this complain for past 45 minutes and no one has answered the call

JustFly about getting my new ticket due to rebooking

I called justfly to help me get my new ticket that i rebooked from Singapore Airlines since i booked this ticket from your travel agency, and that person, with his phone name, "Ed" was trying to help me. And he was sorry cauze he cant do anything because my flight statis was close from the SIA, and he even asked to call SIA and tell them to open my flight status and call them back if its already open so he can help me. WTF!? What kind of travel agent you are where in the first place i used your agency to make my work easier and now youre asking me to do your job? I shouldve just called Singapore Airlines in the first place if I know that my work of getting a new ticket would be much more when I still have to call SIA and your agency, my job would be as twice as [censor]ed up, where in fact SIA sent a note to me that the travel agent could help me do this thing. I am so dissappointed.

JustFly justfly is a scammer

I'm booked 13 flights with justfly my daughter's dance team went to worlds in Newark New Jersey. My family decided to go with me we book the flights and we book 12 flights and because my daughter was 16 we couldn't book hers online so I decide to call justfly justfly tells me I had to call United Air to add her on with us I contacted United Air United Air added her on but also charge my card again. I contact that justfly and United justfly and United cancel the flight coming back cuz that's that was the issue overcharged my car and $1, 500 I receive $913 justfly on a recorded line I have my bank working with that now said that they were a refund back the $581 because they know they overcharge it's a month later I have not received a $581 no one will return my call please please do not book any flights through justfly they are scammers

JustFly scam

Reservation #[protected].
They changed my flight dates without notifying me. Something made me check my tickets and see this nonsense. Their free cancellation within 24 hours is a big lie. If you want to cancel your already bought tickets you will have to pay 75 dollars. How does it work? It wasn't my fault, but I had to pay.
I won't be using them again. I'm not that rich to pay for their mistakes.

they are the biggest scammers I have known charging credit cards like popcorn they should be stopped and why are they keeping our credit cards Major businesses they use it once and if call second time they have no access to it At first they blame the airlines for extra charges over what actually the ticket is then they admit it is their charges and why would they use my credit card if IT DOES NOT MY NAME ON THE TICKET

JustFly booking ticket from seattle to sacramento

I tried to change my ticket for other day like august 21 but she booking for September 21 and right now I am waiting for she return and finish the process and the othe problem is I payed more for one ticked only for change the day I don't understand it is disrespect. A stupid company that they don't know respect your clients. And now I need waiting 5 business day for they give me part of my many back.

JustFly didn't receive flight confirmation info

I tried to book a flight from Huntsville Alabama to Pittsburgh, PA fir Aug 24th through 28th. It appeared that the booking didn't go through. I tried again and the same thing happened. I decided to book through another company since I didn't receive confirmation of the booking from Just fly. I found out today that I had been charged for a booking that I thought had not gone through, when it had. I have no confirmation from Justfly for the ticket. Had I received it, I would not went to another website. I some with a customer service representative today. I told her I never got the confirmation. I had to cancel the ticket and paid nearly $400 for nothing. I've used Just fly before, but will not use it again. I will post my problem online for future clients.

JustFly misleading customer service

“I booked a ticket with justfly.com. It was a "call in fare" so it could not be booked direct from their website.
I did check with the carrier airline website directly and there were extra charges for baggage and meals. It was $1078 on the airline website with a seat selection, 20Kgs of checked baggage and meals. It was $962 on justfly.com.

Booking the flight was cheaper on justfly.com and the phone operator/saleswoman confirmed multiple times that baggage and meals was included with their price and on all international flights-- She confirmed that the meals and checked bags were included three to four times. She also seemed like she was really anxious to book the ticket almost like she would get commission. I suspect this is why she misled me.

I got the booking registration and guess what - it was $100 dollars more for one checked bag under 20KGs! Still not sure if the international flight contains a meal. If I wanted to pay the higher price I would have booked directly with the airline.

I called the customer service line and they wasted another hour of my time. I asked them to review the phone recordings where the saleswoman repeated over and over that the price included that check-in baggage and meals. Not sure if they did this but it took a long time on hold to get their final unsatisfactory determination.
They indicated that the terms and conditions on their website contains some info about paying for baggage so this was their authority to mislead me on the price over the phone. I did not use their website to book the "call in fare". They also told me to contact the carrier airline directly.

They offered to cancel the entire reservation, which is totally counterproductive. I insisted that they should be providing the service that was represented by their phone saleswoman. I even waited for a supervisor and she had no solutions.

All of the customer service agents did not speak very good English and they also liked to talk over me frequently on the phone.

Totally frustrated, will never use their service again, and you will probably see this post on other review sites and maybe the BBB website too!”

JustFly wrong ticket & horribly disappointing customer service

My booked a ticket from Houston to Incheon (May 15) and from Incheon to Houston (July 1). After I went to Incheon, and during my trip in there, I received an email from justfly that I needed to change my flight ticket schdule. They told me that my flight from Incheon to Houston on July 1 has been cancelled. I called to Justfly and changed the ticket from July 1 to July 2. For this procedure of rescheduling, I had tons of things to complain, but I will pass that in order complain the most important matter.
On July 2, I went to airport and showed my itinerary which justfly issued by email. But the code shared airline, Asiana in Incheon International airport, told me that my ticket had a problem. According to them, while justfly gave me a more expensive flight ticket, the airline -- Air China -- that I was supposed to use gave me a cheaper one. Because of this difference of seat class, Asiana couldn't give me ticket, and that way, I could not help but missing the flight. I immediately called justfly on the spot in the airport, and one of the supervisors promised that I was supposed to receive a new ticket on July 3rd and I was supposed to received an itinerary email from justfly. AND I STILL HAVEN'T YET RECEIVED ANY EMAIL FROM JUSTFLY UNTIL TODAY, JULY 30. I am an instructor of TEXAS A&M and I am teaching summer, so I could not help but getting a new ticket which made me spend far extra money.
I'm officially complaining this matter to SUCH A HORRIBLE JUSTFLY, and would like to get compensation from them.
