JustBlinds Faux wood blinds

We ordered faux wood blinds for almost our entire house over $1300 with the added expenditure for the warranty. We were assured the blinds would be fine under quilted Roman shades and could withstand the heat. The order arrived promptly. We installed two of the blinds. Within just a few hours in the sun under the Roman shades in Wisconsin mid September, the blinds warped into roller coasters.
When we called Just Blinds the next day, Saturday, we were told to send back just the damaged shades. They would not replace the shades that were not damaged.
We waited until Monday to call again. The service person put us through to a design person who helped us chooses cellular shades. We were told to keep the shades we had and a new order was placed.
We never received an order number.
On calls back, we were told there was an IT problem.
When the IT problem lasted for over a week, we were suspicious.
We asked for a manager to call back. No one has called us. Just Blinds has our $1300 and we have unusable shades.
We really were hoping to work this out with Just Blinds. Now we are asking our credit card company to reverse the charges.

Desired outcome: We would love to get the cellular shades we ordered!

JustBlinds horrible experience

Ordered a blind and it did not fit and it was not even the one that I've ordered. These people are ridiculous, they don't honor their own policies and they refused to accept the wrong item back! JustBlinds rep was totally disrespectful and he almost literally said that they did not care about my problem! Well of course, they got my money and that was all they wanted! Horrible experience, the worst I've ever had!

JustBlinds They didn't provide free delivery and their customer services were horrible

People, be aware that the website www.justblinds.com is big scam. I ordered wooden blinds and it was mentioned that the delivery for the orders over $100 were for free. I placed the order and these guys added deliver y charges to the total sum. I was shocked and tried to contact the customer services, but it was completely unavailing. They didn’t respond. I will speak seriously and won’t advise other people to deal with them.

JustBlinds JustBlinds.com doesn't deserve the business when they treat prospective customers this way

This company's customer service reps are extremely rude and condascending. I just called them to ask a simple question (it's very difficult to find some of their products on their website - I called about their Soft Impressions cellular shades). I had my measurements and colors and was ready to spend some money as I planned to order several shades, but after my experience with Mike in customer service, I will not order from this company. I told Mike that I didn't see ther Soft Impressions shades listed anywhere on their site in the area from which a customer can place an order and he rudely stated all their shades are on the left side of the screen on their website. Not true. He told me to tell him my name so he could look me up in their system and I advised him I just wanted him to tell me how to navigate their website so I could place my order. He argued with me and raised his voice, at which point I told him I wanted to speak to a supervisor. He then CONTINUED arguing with me. After the supervisor finally got on the phone, he gave me the answer in less than 30 seconds! After all that hassle, I don't even want to place my order now. There are other companies out there. JustBlinds.com doesn't deserve the business when they treat prospective customers this way!

It drives mew crazy sometimes that people in a "sales" role can even fathom being rude to a potential customer. It's easy to forget that you represent the company that you're working for. You ARE the company as far as I, the customer, is concerned. If you make me upset, then I not only dislike YOU, but I dislike THE ENTIRE COMPANY. Sure, that's probably not fair, but it's the way I feel. I, as the customer, can also be guilty of having a bit of an attitude before I even make the phone call. Reps can pick up on this...even though it's MY problem, a good rep will diffuse my anger or confusion and make me feel safe and more confident. A "bad" one, like the one described above, will feed of of it and just make things worse. The bottom line is - we all have bad days - and a bad day for a rep in a call center can be extremely magnified. When it's your JOB to help people, you have to leave your "street attitude" at home - no matter how much of an attitude the customer already has!

JustBlinds I don't have the single blind I ordered

I ordered one blind from this company to see how it would look. their site said it was shipping out, but 2+ weeks later I never got it. I emailed, I called, I spoke to someone who assured me she was handling it, and would get back to me. NOTHING, finally, I disputed the charge with my credit card, and on the same day, she finally emails, oh but we just sent it to processing. BS! This company won't get my business. I have no idea if the blinds are any good, cause almost a month later, I don't have the single blind I ordered!
