JustAnswer.com / don't even get a glimmer of an idea to use this web site for expert advice

Contact information:

Took my car to a dealership (Ford, Lincoln). They could not find the solution. Instead of taking the car to another dealership and spending more money I decided to ask an expert for advice on justanswer.com for $18. They say if you are not satisfied with the experts advice they will not charge you. They requested me to rate the experts advice. Guess what...I never received any advice from any expert. Insult to injury they charged me $18. Don't even get a glimmer of an idea to use this web site for expert advice, you will only get scammed just like I did.

You didn't get scammed... all you have to do is email [protected]@justanswer.com to request a refund or go to this page:
    http://www.justanswer.com/refund/refund.aspx

When you ask your question you are notified that you are placing a deposit on the site which is refundable.

Perhaps you should learn to read before calling something a scam.
