Oh darn, looks like I 'm not the only one among all of those people with negative reviews. Uh-oh...
What I want to say is that this website may scam you once you give them your credit card information. And nothing will help you then.
They will start to immediately charge you for every question you ask and sometimes for answers. It's a complete rip off, so please, stay away.
Don't trust them.

    Customer care service did everything in their power to resolve this complaint. All attempts to contact the complainant have failed. Therefore, this complaint has been annulled and must not be considered where image of the company in question and it's services are concerned.

    There are lots of free sources of information on the internet however JustAnswer not one of them. We offer a resource that will connect you with a verified Expert in any of over 100 different fields and will allow you to communicate with that Expert until your issue is resolved.

    Customers may opt to pay a deposit that is equivalent to the price that the customer is willing to pay for a satisfactory answer to their question. Prices are based on urgency and complexity of the question. The Expert is compensated for their time and effort in answering the question using this deposit, and the Expert receives payment after the customer gives a positive rating for the Expert's answer.

    Alternatively, customers may enroll in a membership on JustAnswer. The membership enables customers to ask questions on JustAnswer for one monthly fee. Experts who answer questions of membership customers are still only compensated after the customer gives a positive rating.

    Remember, when you ask a question on JustAnswer, you are making a commitment to pay for a helpful answer. You decide whether or not an answer is helpful. If your answer is not satisfactory, your deposit is fully refundable.
