JustAnswer justanswer taking excess money

AFter my wife used my card to ask a question, JustAnswer took out excessive amounts of money.
The answer was meant to cost $5, they took out the $5 then another $40.
This is a disgraceful scam and supported by large companies.
This website should be taken down.
My wife did not even complete her question as she decided not to use the service, but still they have charged me.

JustAnswer asked for help on hooking up motor on my furnace

I spoke to someone via email and they did help me they asked me if I wanted to speak in person for 20.00 more and I said no. They then finished helping me on the computer never spoke to anyone on the phone. This has caused me to overdraft causing me to have another 30.00 charge. I want reimbursed for then20 plus 30 for the overdraft fee. I have used this service before and never had this issue please rectify this right away.

JustAnswer I believe that justanswer has scammed me for $171.77 us

I have repeatedly asked for assistance by an IT expert to fix my hacked iPhone but instead I keep getting put through to the payment page . This appears to be an automated system rather than a live one and if I don't receive the help I requested and a refund of thje outstanding amount I am going to seek legal advice and put Justanswer on Buzz Feed for the public to judge ! The money was taken in different amounts on Friday and today from my Credit Card

JustAnswer I am being charged for a membership that I didn't ask for

I asked a question about a furnace and never received an answer. I thought I would be charged five dollars but I was also charged a membership fee even after I cancelled the service. I want my money back. You can check your records to see when I called you and when I cancelled. I expect a response back promptly. Thank You Tim Kelly PS your web site says my complaint is not long enough so I am adding to it and making copies of everything for further use.

JustAnswer I wanted help with a question with my new IPAD

I wanted help with a new IPAD I had just purchased from Apple Store, as I had downloaded all info from the old IPAD into the new one. I left the Apple Store and later had an issue that I could not resolve and the "Justanswer" popped up when I had asked a question online.
I was asked for $5 into their account and was advised my $5 would be returned to my account once the issue was resolved . One day later they took another $54 out of my account.
I have since cancelled my card and reported to my bank to follow up and recover my money.
Can you advise how I can get my money back?

This is a complaint about your own company! I am being auto charged $46 a month by your company and it better stop immediately. I asked for immediate suspension on this well over a month ago and I have been charged now 2 times and I will not put up with this. I better be getting a refund from you. JustAnswer advice I didn't want

I was lead to justanswer.com thinking it was a free service, I suffer sever depression and panic attacks. Immediately after asking my question I realized I had made a mistake and made repeated efforts to stop justanswer from continuing. I got the shock of my life today having been billed twice by them. I wrote my complaints on their website and hope they are trustworthy. It appears their page has been carefully structured to trick the unwary. They go ahead and have you ask the question before they tell you it's going to cost money. I thought I had cancelled my question but they just went right ahead. I haven't even looked at the answers to show I don't want their service. I advise anyone who has a question for them to be particularly wary.

JustAnswer unauthorized debit card purchases

on sunday 11/25/2018 this company took out 3 different amounts from my debit card and I want my money back in the amount of 5.00 dollars, 39.00 dollars, 31.00 dollars I want all my money refunded asap I am not happy with the service I received as they did not help me at all it felt like a scam and ifeeled I was ripoff by this company all they did was take my money and provided no service I want a refund of 5.00 dollars, 39.00 dollarsand 31.00 dollars they only said they took ou 5.00 dollars but it was more than 5.00 I want all my money returned I guees you cant trust anyone now days

JustAnswer lg technical assistance

I contacted lg about a problem I was having with my lg dvd micro hi fi system model no fb1631. I was happy to pay the original 5.00 quoted. But as I got further into my inquiry I discovered these extra charges. At this point I closed down the site. I now find I have been charged $54.00 through my pay pal account. I would like a refund please. I am being told my inquiry is short on information the transaction number for pay pal is 8b1960823e828630p

I used your service on the 22nd Aug 2018 for a one off question. Which I was charged $80 for. I then was charged a further three charges of

JustAnswer unethical behavior

I was originally told that I would get my $5.00 deposit back if I wasn't satisfied. I never did get an answer to my problem and was told I wouldn't have to pay the $64.00 for a technician. I did get a $5.00 refund on my Visa on or around Oct. 20th. The $64.00 was never approved on my account and it therefore disappeared. But on my account on Oct. 29th. I was billed for the entire $69.00. What in hell is going on. Do I need to cancel my account so that you won't get paid. I need feedback quickly or I will phone Visa and inform them the charge shouldn't be there.

JustAnswer iphone / apple id

I had forgotten my apple ID, so I requested your adviser to help with this. He was very polite and helpful, bfter many abortive attempts, he admitted he didn't know the answer and would go and ask someone else. This other person was equally at a loss to help, . We tried many methods. Resetting the APPLID password, resetting the SUM UP password etc. All to no avail.

I would like a refund please.

JustAnswer fees

On the 12th of October having a problem with my computer I logged on to Just Answer, I was asked to pay a $5.00 fee for assistance, which I was happy to pay, however as the answer I was given did not help me I logged off.
I have just received my Visa account and note with dismay that I have been charged $74.00 for Tech Help, I did not get to communicate with a technician. Further to this I note that I have been charged a membership fee of $89.00, I was not asked if I wanted to be a member and indeed do not.
I would therefore ask that these sums be credited to my Visa card forthwith. I have found this whole episode very upsetting, being an older person I certainly can not afford this money. Also, I hope that by sending this report I am not going to be charged a fee.

JustAnswer you ruined my files

I called for help. I paid $25 and $39. Not sure why. I should get my money back. I couldn't get my email anymore and by the time they were finished, yes I can get email but in the meantime, all my other files were erased. I have to apply for forgot passwords, put in new ones for everything. Notes is an app which I had years and years of information in them, vital information that I literally consult on a daily basis. By the time they were through telling me what to do, I lost the information on my cell. They said, do this on your iPad. Are you sure? Because it's the only copy left. Yes. I did. iPad no longer had any notes. It's ok it's on the Cloud. Hook to your iPad to the laptop. I did. Those notes, the very last copy, erased. I've checked the cloud since, and yep. Erased. And I paid you for this? Inept, not helpful. Then I got disconnected. The first thing they ask when I get my call through is, what is a good number to reach you if we get disconnected? I told them. Did I get a call back? Of course not.
Yet I looked at my bank account and yep. You took my money.

Your experts are inexperienced, inept, fumbling idiots. Wait. I do have my email now. But in the meantime they removed some critical information.

I am NOT happy.

JustAnswer just answer keeps charging our corporate credit card for unauthorized charges.

Why does Just Answer keeps charging our Corporate credit card for unauthorized charges. There was a question someone submitted and paid the $5 charge, however an "expert" never got on to answer the question, and was disconnected. The corporate credit card was charged an extra $10 for the expert. Now, six months later, our corporate credit card is being charged again $34 for no reason. Please explain what this unauthorized charge is for and issue a refund.

On 8 October I was charged $5 for a Deposit, which was never returned as had been promised and $54 for Tech Help which I never received.

JustAnswer justanswer secure remote assistance

I was given a refund on transactions [protected] for $5 and [protected] for $31 as I wasn't satisfied. However, requested a refund for the Secure Remote Assistance I was charged $39 for. When your "Secure Remote Assistance" person called me we got disconnected. A second person called me and she hung up on me after she said she couldn't make out what I was telling her. No one called me back after that so I didn't get any "Secure Remote Assistance". I am therefore asking for a refund of $39.

JustAnswer math

MR Glenn gilongs treated me very rudely, I was accused of asking questions and than refunding after receiving answers which is not true, he started giving me attitude and I refuse to use him as my tutor, in fact I asked for someone else to help me and he took my order instead which is very disrespectful, I hate JustAnswer, the refund also happened for a resosn, I used Mr Glenn once and he was a bad tutor, he didn't care to explain while another tutor did, I tried placing another order for another tutor and he still took me instead of the person I put in the message box, I am very disappointed and wish for this tutor to be removed for not following his correct job, I didn't ask for Mr Glenn I asked for another tutor and this is what happens, than I ask for another tutor and he said "PLZ POST YOUR QUESTIONS RIGHT NOW" that's unacceptable and when I asked for another tutor he just picked me up again and than k requested another and he still took me, it's very annoying

Justanswer NZ has made un authorised deductions from my MasterCard account.

About 2 years ago I obtained legal advice. This was paid for. However on 16 July 2018 monthly deductions started for an initial 'lawyer' then for 'membership'. None of this was solicited by myself. I request/demand that all the payments specified below are immediately credited to my MC account
