Just Suspension Needless to say I will never do business with KYB outlet or Justsuspension.com

Placed and order for struts and mounts on Nov. 3rd called on the 9th and was told that my parts had just arrived and would be shipped out the next day. Called back Nov. 17th and was told that the struts had shipped out on the 11th but the mounts would arrive on the 18th and probably not ship out til the 19th. I told the rep that if they had to make a partial shipment I would have appreciated a call to be given the option of waiting another week for the mounts to get to me! I mean it doesn't make sense, I will have the struts just sitting around waiting for the mounts to get here when I could just pick them up the local auto parts store for the same price. I was never sent a tracking number for the partial shipment and when I asked to speak to a supervisor I was told he was on another call and would call me back, three hour wait no call back, I called again and was told the supervisor named Carl was still on the phone and would call me back. You guessed it, two more hours still no call back... Needless to say I will never do business with KYB outlet or Justsuspension.com and plan on share my bad experience with them on each and every forum I can.

Just Suspension What a ripoff

Cancelled my order but still got the parts. Returned the parts but never got my money back. They lied to the BBB and of course the BBB is no help. They lied to the Bank so the Bank is no help. This company will lie to you and not feel one bit guilty about it. Customer Service is awful. Notice on their website there is no return policy but if you can read the fine print when you go to KYB they charge a 25% restocking fee and only give instore credits. When they say "no problem" they mean it's no problem for them to string you along and lie to you. The parts show up all beat up and the boxes are falling apart. Don't use this company. They have like 40+ complaints from the BBB. Hindsight is 20/20. I will continue to post on all websites until these guys close their doors.
