We have not received funds for a $1, 500 donation that was made through American Express Just Give on May 1st. We have gotten the run around repeatedly and now they claimed to have mailed the check on June 29th but it has not arrived. They are in the same city that we are in.

I am going to have to make the donor aware of this problem and we will have to launch an investigation. Earlier this year they bounced a check they had issued to us for more than $6, 000.

I am seeing that this seems to be a widespread problem. We are going to terminate our relationship and process elsewhere but don't know whether we should file a legal complaint.
