JustFlowers.com Missed valentine’s day delivery

Despite paying for numerous delivery charges and fees, and despite following up via email and phone (on phone you need to leave a voicemail after waiting on hold) my flowers were never delivered on valentines day. What is annoying is justflowers marketed themselves as same day delivery. I had left a message with the order number on their customer care line, and a filipino call center called me back and said they got my message to cancel the order. I asked why they would think that, I had specifically said to have the flowers delivered by 5pm and they confirmed that the driver was on the way and it would be delivered in the next hour. That never happened. Nobody ever replies to emails and nobody is there at customer care. The day is ruined and now I am only left with good intentions and a failed attempt at sending flowers.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are the worse as far as customer service. I had a very special day Wednesday September 5. My sisters son passed away last year and his birthday was Wednesday. I called and my family wanted to send flowers to cheer her up and let her know we were thinking of her. They promised delivery on Wednesday and it is Friday night and flowers are still on the truck for delivery. ? And they they said oh well sorry and here is 15 dollars to make you feel better. They do not care. They don't know what they are doing. Paid over 70 dollars and two days later still no flowers. Unacceptable in every matter. Thank you.

JustFlowers.com Terrible customer service and flowers

Whatever you do never order flowers from Justflowers.com! On the day before Mother's Day the sent my 88 year old mother a bouquet of lilacs that were half dead. The bouquet didn't even have any greenery or baby's breathe in it to help make it more attractive. Rather it looked like someone just went out back and whacked off a branch of a bush. They didn't even smell like lilacs!

When I complained the company sent a bouquet of some weird flowers again with no added baby's breathe or greenery and it certainly wasn't worth what I paid for it!

All week I tried to get a response from their customer service online so today I tried their phone number. I ended up in a fight with a representative who clearly doesn't know what customer service means. And I get told the flower shop won't redo the arrangement because it has been longer than 3 days! WAIT I'm being denied what is due me because I waited to try to get a hold of the company by doing it the way they requested on line?

So the long and the short of it is the flowers you order will not be the ones you get and when you complain they argue with you and won't honor their guarantee.

JustFlowers.com Despicable customer service and delivery service.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! This company has the worst customer service and worst delivery service I have ever had to do business with. I ordered Mother's Day flowers on May 11th and was told they would be delivered on Saturday, May 12th. It is now early evening Monday, May 14th (AFTER MOTHER'S DAY), and my Mother's Day flowers have still not been delivered. I have received empty and broken promises for three days from every employee of this company promising they would be delivered. They promised to call me, and I have never received a single call. It is obvious this company doesn't care about its obligation and responsibility to provide a service that is so dear to many people in times of true need and comfort. Their lack of duty and compassion destroyed a very special day that otherwise would have been a very special occasion. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have demanded a full refund and am waiting for their response.

JustFlowers.com Did not deliver what was ordered - sent small arrangement for premium price

Beware of Justflowers.com. I ordered a "premium" flower arrangement in a white wicker basket for $102.21 for the funeral of our children's grandmother from Justflowers.com. The order (order number 8052283) was placed on Tuesday, Nov 21, 2 pm EST (11:00 am PST) to be delivered on Friday, Nov 24, by 1:00 pm. I was required to pay an extra $4.99 for 'express delivery' to be sure it would be delivered by 1:00 pm. Really? I ordered on Tuesday for delivery on Friday and I have to pay for express delivery from a local florist? Here were the charges:

Subtotal: $74.99
Express Delivery: $4.99
Handling: $5.25
Shipping or Service: $16.98
Total: $102.21

The description for premium says: "We'll add lots more. The premium arrangement makes quite a statement." They delivered a small flower arrangement in a dinky brown basket. I was appalled. It was embarrassing. It was nowhere near the full flower arrangement in the picture for the cheapest one, let alone the premium arrangement. It looked like a $30 arrangement at best. The picture on the web site for their base arrangement from the front shows about 27 flowers. Our arrangement has 21 flowers in a picture taken from the same angle. See the pictures and notice the space between the flowers that does not appear in their picture of their base arrangement. This one is supposed to be 'premium' two sizes up.

I should have looked at the myriad of negative reviews on the internet for them and suspected they were not interested in customer service when the email receipt contained 3 pages of disclaimers with it. When I called to say I was not satisfied because they did not even deliver what I ordered, they refused to do anything other than give me a coupon for my next order. Why would I trust them to order from them again? I should really have been refunded half of what I paid, because that is what I received. Their customer service department is full of very rude people. They argue incessantly with you.

Do not order from this outfit. They are dishonest and deliver skimpy arrangements and whatever they want, not what was ordered, especially for $102.21.

JustFlowers.com Price gouging

I received a birthday order for my husband. My sister-n-law paid for express delivery. Arrived late. She sent me over what she paid so that I could check on it and they more than doubled the price that is shown on Wine Country Gift Baskets website. Wine and Country charged $49.95 with shipping and Just Flowers charged $132.97 for being a 3rd party .Do not order through them go directly to the company as this is price gouging!

JustFlowers.com Terrible service!

I ordered the Over the Blue Horizon bouquet. It looks so wonderful on their website, those blue and white colors make a perfect design. But what I have received was terrible, I know it's for sympathy, but it's still beautiful. The bouquet was smaller with fewer flowers as it shown in the pictures. I paid $60 for this bunch of crap? I contacted them and asked for a refund or to replace it. They resent but the result was the same: small with almost wilted flowers. Still trying to find a way to resolve the issue. But I'm surely done with them.

JustFlowers.com How to treat customers

If you want to see their emails every single day with offers you're not interested in, then just order flowers from them.
I used their service just once and they started spamming. I wrote to them asking to stop it. I got several answers from their representative with apologies and promises to help (and they really did. for a couple of weeks), but then they started it again. I hope one day it will be stopped.

I ordered flowers 2 days prior to a funeral. It arrived 10 minutes before the service!

JustFlowers blamed the local florist then funeral home. They finally admitted their error.

I called JustFlowers multiple times for a partial credit; extremely frustrating.

This company doesn't care about customer satisfaction.

Take your business elsewhere.

JustFlowers.com lied about promised delivery date

I am writing in regard to an order I placed on Friday, June 30, 2017. I am extremely dissatisfied as to how this order was handled and my subsequent interactions with their customer service department. After perusing the website for about 40 minutes I decided upon the perfect birthday gift for my sister. Her birthday was on Sunday, July 2, but I was advised the delivery date would be Monday, July 3. Ok, I accepted that, apparently there are no Sunday deliveries. I was so excited, I knew she would be so happy with the item I selected for her. It suited her to a "T". The item was a terracotta pot with a very pretty flower arrangement. She is an avid home gardener and would fit perfectly in her decor.

However, late Monday, July 3, supposed day of delivery, I get an email and a phone call indicating that the item could not be delivered due to the remote nature of the residence. VERY odd, because I have had flowers delivered there many times. Just not through Just Flowersm through a local florist. I was very upset! I work two jobs back to back and cannot make/take phone calls, online ordering is a must. I decide to call about my issue "between" jobs and only have a few minutes to speak. This was about 5:30 p.m. CST on Monday, July 3. I was told repeatedly that the area was too remote for delivery and that I should select an alternate item to be mailed (?). I guess that meant no hand delivery. Since I could not view the link on the phone in my car, she suggested the one dozen DRY red roses and vase at $49.99 and a $7 off coupon (currently online). Hmmmm. I still did not quite understand the difficultly. I repeatedly asked the name of the florist. She could not or would not provide it, but maybe my sister could pick them up? Why and how, without the name and location? After many apologies from the customer service rep, I asked for a manager. I was put on hold a few times. No manager available and they would call me back. I would not get off of work now for another 4 hours. After MUCH pleading/insisting on my part, the gal said they could call me at 10:05 p.m. CST That would be perfect I would be headed home at that time and could easily talk. I wait and wait, no call. Sigh. I later (the next day) come to find out that I was lied to and was told that to appease my insistence. No one was calling me back.
The bulk of our short conversation in my car, just maintained the remoteness of the location (18 miles one way, I drive 2x that to work every day) and my need to select something different to be mailed. I decided to cancel the entire order. But no, she once again suggested the one dozen DRY red roses and vase at $49.99. The link for alternate selections would not pull up on my phone and my sister's birthday had already been ruined. I was exasperated to say the least.

My biggest point made to her and a live chat gal (Joy) later that night at work and again to an early morning gal on Tuesday, July 4, (Jill) was that WHY exactly was I not advised of a delivery issue on the day of the order, NOT the day of the delivery? How unprofessional. Upon entering the zip code and address I was confirmed for a Monday, July 3 delivery. With this day and age of technology, I am certain the programming can be enabled to ascertain delivery or lack there of to any place in the United States. I know many many other companies have this capability.

Back to my issue. Upon my live chat with Jill during my working hours later that same Friday night, she, at first, was not sure why the computer enabled the order to go through. But thought it could have been the florist who decided not to make the trip. Ahhhh, there is another thought. She was grasping at straws, but fine. I was quite insistent due to my extreme disappointment. It was she, Joy, that asked if my sister could come and pick up the flowers. I again asked the name of the florist. She also asked it there was another address to be delivered to. Unfortunately not. Please remember I have had flowers delivered there many times as have other members of my family. We circled back to picking something different from the link I was provided. I figured I would give that some thought. After all the gift was already late, what is a few more days? The live chat got no where. Again, many many apologies from the customer service rep. Sorry doesn't help the situation and cancellation required one of your non-present managers, apparently night workers are unsupervised. We ended the conversation. In the mean time I would text my sister to see if she could pick it up. I really wanted the item I had selected, NOT the dry red roses. This plays an important roll it seems in the selection of an alternate item.

Early Tuesday, July 4, since I have NOT received a call from a manager, I call back. I am home and have 30-40 minutes to spare, mind you I have already spent over 2 hours trying to resolve the issue. Low and behold Jill answers the phone and she IS a manager, woo hoo! I am soooo happy. Finally someone to help! Turns out no, she cannot, not in the way I would like a solution to play out. I explain my lengthy sad tale of woe on pretty much deaf ears. Ok, so Jill explains that the florist was NOT contacted until Monday (day of delivery), apparently in the afternoon maybe (?) and THEY are not willing to make a delivery 18 miles away, after all that is 36 miles round trip. I can do the math. NOT only that she (Jill) thinks I did not make the minimum order amount for this florist. So they WILL deliver just not for the amount I had spent?! How does that make any sense? I was told it was too far? The plot thickens. I ask Jill, why was the order not called in until Monday? It is so I get the "freshest" flowers available, how nice. Had the florist been contacted on Friday, the day of the order, I would have been advised in plenty of time to place an order elsewhere r to increase the amount of my order. AGAIN, my point of all of this and wasting hours of my time was because I should have been advised of this at the time of the order, NOT the day of delivery. Perhaps this is minuscule to Just Flowers, I am one small tiny customer, but it ruined a gift I wanted to send my sister. I work two jobs, have limited income and my surprise was ruined. Not huge in the scheme of life by any means (thank god they were not condolence flowers), but important to me.

Going on, I backtracked with Jill, to try regrouping and ordering an item from the link I was sent Monday, July 3. Please note that NO WHERE did it indicate the price had to match my original purchase. I think, wonderful, due to my inconvenience they are upgrading my order to compensate for its lateness. I tell Jill that I select the Dwarf Hawaiian Umbrella Tree at $70.99. justflowers.com/product/dwarf-hawaiian-umbrella-tree-bonsai-good-7306.asp My sister will love it! My sister was stationed with the Navy for many years in Hawaii, it will be a wonderful gift! After trying to locate the item, Jill says no. Apparently the email does not say so, as advised by Jill, but the alternate has to align with the original purchase. My hopes are dashed. Ugh. However, wait for it, I can send her the ever popular ever lovely one dozen DRY red roses and vase at $49.99. There seems to be a definite default here. And yet those lovely roses are $15 more than my original purchase as well. Go figure.

To recap the order was not placed with the florist until Monday to assure the freshest of flowers, yet all three representatives offered the ever so lovely one dozen DRY red roses and vase at $49.99. HOW exactly are these DRY red roses FRESH? I am not saying they won't plump up, but that is not the point. Do you see the contradiction here? All this because, according to Just Flowers, a certain un-named florist would not make a same day delivery due to a whim, the distance, and/or the price of the order. I an not at all sure the truth on that one. The reason seems to keep changing with the wind. Who exactly is at fault here? Just Flowers or the florist? Hmmmmm. Yet had this order been place on the day it was made, this whole mess and my frustration and anxiety could have all been avoided.

After three very long conversations, literally hours and hours wasted, I have nothing. The order was cancelled, the birthday...missed, and they have alienated a customer. In conclusion, I requested the name and contact information of the so-called unwilling florist. If Just Flowers is placing the blame on them, I would like to talk to them directly. I may just be able to order the very cute terra cotta planter I orginally fell in love with.

I am also attempting to get the contact information of the owner/president of Just Flowers. No luck in that department as of yet. I think they should be made aware of how this one customer views a definite flaw in the Just Flowers ordering system. I am not unreasonable, just a very very disappointed customer.

JustFlowers.com non-receipt

We placed 2 order with JustFlowers.com . Flowers were for my father's viewing at Riewert's Memorial Home, 187 So. Washington Ave., Bergenfield on Friday, June 16. The flowers were not delivered and JustFlowers, to date, has not refunded my money ($461.89).
I have an affidavit from the Funeral Home Director, Bruce confirming that the flowers were never delivered and we also went over to the Bergenfield Police Department to involve them in this matter.

JustFlowers.com unethical and dishonest business practice. non existent customer service

My poor teen-age daughter tried to order me flowers for Mother's day and exactly like so many other of the hundreds of documented complaints, was overcharged and the order was not delivered until 2 days later with no notice. I carefully read their delivery policies, which they clearly violated and called the company after they gave her the run around. I spoke with a "customer service" representative who said all he could do was read me the policy - and though I explained that I had already read it and it had been violated, he said he had no ability to do anything about it. I insisted on a supervisor, who actually sounded a lot like the first guy I had spoken to. He was reluctant to give me his name but when I insisted he said it was "Paul". He refused to give a last name or identify the local florist who had processed the order. The flowers, when they finally arrived, had nothing to identify who had actually processed the order. Having read complaints from florists who have worked with this company, my guess is that JustFlowers.com refuses to give any information about the florist because they don't want to have it confirmed that they were who dropped the ball. "Paul" told me there was no higher authority I could speak to because his "boss don't take calls." He insisted that an email had been sent informing my daughter that the flowers would be delayed. I asked him to please forward me the email that he insisted had been sent. He agreed and then sent a generic email dated today - obviously not any proof that this email sent. When I called him out on this he then stated that he was unable to send us a copy of the "actual" email and when it was sent. Though I read him the exact policies he refused to acknowledge they had been violated. I informed that we would seek remediation with our bank immediately and that I would be posting a complaint online and with the Better Business Bureau and the California Attorney General's office. There is no contact information for the "corporate office" except the general customer service number and no listing of CEO or any management. It appears that this company has been allowed to operate taking advantage of customers and florists alike. I can't believe the hundreds of negative reviews online that all say the same thing.

Ordered Mothers Day flowers ($146.45, Order #8610321) on May 13 at 10AM for same day (Saturday) delivery. They never delivered. Buyers beware. They wont issue you a refund for failing to process your order. You will have to call your Credit Card Company and issue a "Charge-Back". There are only bad reviews online for this company. The reviews are correct. They are terrible failures.

Just Flowers saw our online review and sent an email that they would issue a refund. So I called them on Mothers Day, May 14, 2017 at 5:30AM. The rep said that I needed to speak to one of their managers. After 20 minutes he said one was still not available. I told him I would wait on hold. After 1 hour on hold, they could still not provide a manager to take care of our issue. There are many other reviews pointing out the refund-games they play and their failure to get anything right.

So at this point, realizing that 1 hour on hold was a good indication that no manager would ever be available. I called my CC Company and issued a charge-back. My CC company told me it was no problem. The charge was still Pending at the time. They indicated that the charge would be credited back as soon as it posted and any further charges from them blocked.

You, as a customer, don't have to stand for this kind of BS ever. Always pay with a Credit Card and you will be protected from businesses like this.

Eventually, a manager did call back and personally guaranteed that the flowers would be delivered on May 14. She further indicated that she would issue a $15.00 refund for my trouble.

The flowers, again, were never delivered and the refund never made. We called again and waited on hold only to be told they could not refund the account. We advised them that the order was canceled and that a charge-back would be issued. We further sent an email notifying them of the order cancelation. We are currently watching the pending transaction on our Credit Card and will issue a charge-back as soon as it posts.

I totally agree! Horrible company. I am going through exactly the same thing right now. I WISH I had read the reviews first! No Delivery and endless wait on hold to never speak to anyone about a refund or cancelation. This is definitely a SCAM! I am on the line as we speak with my credit hard, hoping they will issue a cash back! If not, it was a horrible lesson learned. Don't trust anything unless you go online and read the reviews!

This was the worst Florist I have ever done business with, On 05/09/2017 I order RED roses (for a reason, it was my mother's favorite color) they delivered PINK roses (if I had wanted PINK roses I would have ordered the many arrangements that offered PINK roses. They promised to deliver on Wednesday but did not deliver until Thursday. The people I spoke to talked over me and would not listen to why I was upset they just continuously referred to the fine print in the order confirmation, they only cared about what they were ALLOWED to do legally and not what they customer actually wanted and needed. For my money I was embarrassed by poor quality of the arrangement. The website has three different arrangements to choose from the one I ordered had the word beside it "SHOWN" that was FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. They made it clear that they did not care about my satisfaction only about the being allowed to rip people off by sending anything they had in stock instead of delivering the product advertised.

JustFlowers.com please, don't trust justflowers!

I made my order and after that I decided to read what people said about JustFlowers and was highly disappointed. When I saw all the terrible reviews I decided it was better to cancel my order and buy somewhere else, but JustFlowers customer service rep said that they were not able to cancel and assured me all the negative reviews were fake and promised to deliver my order on time. Their rep seemed like a nice person so I decided to trust him and that was a terrible mistake.
Like the reviews said - they took my money and never delivered my order. I contacted them many times and never received any help.
Please, don't trust this seller!

I had place an order of flowers on Sunday March 5th the order number 8558933, & even had them to up graded to the very best, to honor a very special lady, the color's were white & red, {White stood for purity & red for Love}. She is a minister to a very large amount of people & we wanted to honor her for her dedication & hard work. Her name is Sandra Moses, the flowers were Inspirational moments cost $169.99, they were not at all what we had ordered, spoke with several different people about the issue, all they wanted to do was apply 25.00 back to my account. Even called the Custom service manager, they would do nothing at all to honor what I had purchased. I did not want a 25.00 refund, I wanted them to honor the product they were advertising. Below are photos of flowers I was expecting, & the flowers that were delivered. Thank you

Unbelievably dishonest and unscrupulous company. I ordered several arrangements to be delivered on Valentine's day with guaranteed delivery on Valentine's day but the flower were never delivered. I carefully reviewed the order by phone with the person taking the order and received multiple assurances that the flowers would be delivered as specified. The flowers were not delivered to any of the recipients and I wasted literally 2 1/2 hours on the phone over the subsequent two days trying to speak with someone who could tell me the status of the delivery and resolve the problem. When I finally did get someone they could not speak English ! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I BELIEVE THEY ARE EITHER COMPLETELY INEPT OR BLATANTLY FRAUDULENT.

My boyfriend ordered flowers and were guaranteed to be delivered yesterday on valentines day! He even paid extra for that guarantee... Well we called and emailed with no response from this company. The flowers were just delivered to my office now on 2/15 at 2:30pm and I personally know the deliver guy who brought them and he said the local florist he works for never even received my order for the flowers until today from just flowers. com. This company steals your money and do not deliver like they say they do! I will definitely be reporting them to the bbb and putting terrible reviews where I can... Buyer beware stay away from this lying sack of #### company! He spent $95.96 complete rip off... I was smart and ordered flowers from a local florist for him and it included a cute 48 ford pick up truck vase it came in plus deliver and that only cost me $56. Stay away from just flowers...

This company is a scam they are scamming both the public & the florists contracted.

It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them.

I ordered an arrangement of roses, they delivered the flowers but they look nothing like the photo advertised on the website (Poor quality). The flowers were wilted, unprofessionally arranged, & the bow was dirty. The product is the lowest possible quality but the company is charging regular to high prices.

I called customer service and they said the reason the arrangement does not match the photo is due to the fact that the florist receives a verbal description of the arrangement rather than the photo. This is not acceptable for an online company that deals exclusively with images/photos as a method of communication.

Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with, rude unprofessional people that are unreasonable. First, the rep said that I ordered 18 white roses and that is what I got, as if they completed their end of the deal, I argued that I purchased a beautiful "arrangement" of roses, and I expected them to resemble the photo. Therefore, they offered to send a replacement, however, the replacement was worse than the first, extremely low quality flowers.

I paid ~$115.78 and flowers were absolute garbage. I refused to take them and sent the florist back with both arrangements, thus, returning the product (S) completely.

I called customer service for a refund and they refused to give a me refund even though I returned the product to the florist. The "manager" told me that even if I return the flowers he will not give me a refund, it is not his problem that I did not like the flowers etc. I argued that I payed for a product advertised by their company and they did not send me the product I ordered, this is false advertising, and I returned the unsatisfactory item (S) and I want a refund. The so called manager taunted that he would not give a refund and is keeping my money irregardless of the fact that the florist took back the arrangement.

Furthermore, I asked which local florist they were using but they refused to tell me; I now realize this is a "policy" to ensure that customers cannot communicate with the florist & exchange information about prices. It is clear that they falsely advertise, charge customers high prices, and pay the florist a fraction; therefore, the florist sends low quality flowers because they are receiving a low payment in the exchange. This company is a scam. They are scamming both the public and the florists who contract with them. They should be shut down.

JustFlowers.com 3 dozen roses

So my initial goal was to to complaint about unsatisfactory delivery and how bad of an experience I had with just flowers. But... They made it right, made us happy and that's the reason I wanted to leave a review. I delivered flowers early on friday the april 17 for delivery that same day. At 6 pm on that night they were not delivered yet. I called justflowers help line and they told me after a brief hold that the flowers were on the way and the driver was stuck in traffic. Then I called again and I was told this time that according to their record the flowers were delivered at 5 pm that day. What a lie I thought and called my sister to double check but as it turns out my sister did not receive the flowers promised by just flowers on the 17th at all. It was too late to call them back again and I decoded to wait until the following morning. But in the morning I got a call from one of just flowers managers, teresa who apologized for the delay and all the confusion with the order. It turns out she did here own investigation and found out that the driver lied to customer service and never delivered the flowers for reasons unknown. So she offered me a $10 discount and offered to redeliver that day for free since it was their issue with a card of apology. That day my sister finally received her flowers and they were just beautiful and gorgeous she stayed very happy and was glad to receive them from me. Being far away is not easy and things like that make you think that just flowers are doing a good job making customers happy. I could have been raving about all their bad customer service etc but in the end, who doesn't make mistakes. Even our own usps has lost so many of my packages. The way just flowers manager explained to me there are so many variables and small little details we as customer never pay attention to that take place behind the scenes of a big flower company like just flowers so a slight mistake anywhere along the way can cause your order not delivered. Anyways - they also gave me $20 off my next order and made me satisfied in the end. I hope that review helps them. I think I will order from them again with a coupon next time.
