Don't ever sign a contract with this company. They lie about the contract. and there is no such thing as NO CONTRACT. Don't let them charge your credit card either. The company they deal with National Fitness is very difficult to work with. Find another gym.

A bunch of us girls stopped by the Snellville location a month or so back and we met up with a mgr. there named Gary. He trained us and the sessions were incredible. He is in great shape and extremely knowledgable---and HOT! If the clubs had one of him each, then Just Fitness would be on the map!

A bunch of us girls met a great guy who managed the Snellville location--Gary Lavine--he trained us and the sessions were top notch. He is a wealth of knowledge and is in incredible shape--very sexy! Please promote this guy to an upper level position soon because he KNOWS how to communicate with folks and would be a great asset to the company.

Well I disagree as I have been with Justfitness in Sandy Springs for about 1 year and they have been nothing but helpful!I did not purchase training, but still went thru orientation they give to sell training and had it with PT manager Craig.He never pressured me or made me feel like I couldn't do it on my own, just that it would be helpful to get help.He pointed out many weaknesses and gave me tips on what to do, as well as answering any questions I have had over last year.He has also given me free workouts and has helped my 2 friends!He's in great shape from what I have seen and only gut I noticed was the 8 pack he had when I watched him posing for his upcoming show!Dutch and Logan have also always shown me equipment and how to use them.It's a gym people and guys looking at womans butts doesnt just happen there.

I have sent certified letter to cancel and yet they continue to bill me. Does anyone know how to end this madness ? Just got hit with there yearly fee. I want off the crazy train. I wish I never signed with them.

Good Going Beach Blvd Southside Gym! The owner cutting off Fox news, , how stupid are you! Dont you know this is a conservative town, , go back to California with ball yiu dead beat liberal friends! I Bwill never use that gym!

They were rude to me and wouldn't process my request for cancellation. I cannot recommend this gym for this reason.

O. K so I tried to cancel my membership and no luck. I was told that there is no at will canceling. If I had a medical condition, (after filling out a form and having it approved) then my membership could be canceled. I want out so badly.
If anyone knows how to do this PLEASE help me, we are wasting our money.

Just Fitness in Sandy Springs is one of the worst Fitness facilities . Craig the bald head white guy steroid freak with a gut :sexually verbalizes what he wants to do to you violating all women rights.. And when you come to pay 10.00 dollars a month they tax on all kind of miss-leading advertisements. Dutch the older guy verbalizes his dislike for African Americans & Mexicans. And majority of the trainers are full of [censor] and just want your money charging you to count numbers while their on their cell phones looking at women [censor]. Find another Gym that won't discriminate against the elderly and won't look at you like your their next Mac Donald's meal ticket please!

I tried to cancel just fitness and it took 6 months and at least two B.S. stories from the Just Fitness company. The company...Just Fitness has hired a company to do all their customer service and billing and when you cancel they scam you. I have paid 6 months beyond the letter that canceled the membership. I Phoned and got some lousy credit agency who calls itself just fitness. They told me they were going to send it to collections for $10.70 since I did not pay them for the month during which I sent the second letter (after numerous phone calls). Do not join. The 'no contract' line in the ads is B.S. Save your money and find a real gym

Was promised 3 free months for switching from another gym, never happened, was charged right away, told the person at the counter, they said they would fix it, the next month, got charged again. Called the [protected] # to be refunded, spoke with Sherie -ext522 employee # 2218; Layton, UT-- she did not offer customer service, and even told me quote, "well you can write whatever you want online, we already have bad things on there." The employee's do not care that their service is terrible. Also spoke to her supervisor Gina ext:2265--supervisor, who actually hung up on me, after she failed to solve my problem. My credit card was falsely charged 2 times after notifying the gym of the error and them not fixing it, and telling me they will.

You get what you pay for people, do not use this gym.

Still waiting for a call back from a manager, because, they do not let you speak to managers directly, her name is Stacy and her ext# is 593.

Agree 100% nothing but employees that do not care, they keep referring to a contract, which as I pointed out to them, they did not fulfill, their answer was that they would rectify it, which has not been done. The managers actually hang up on you if you call Utah.

No one needs to spend their time to deal with a company that does not take care of their customers and charges them falsely on their credit card statements, ...FIND ANOTHER GYM PEOPLE, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. YOU $10 A MONTH WILL END UP COSTING YOU MORE.

Hi. Bought membership in September 2010, and used the Canton Road, East Cobb, GA location for about six weeks. I moved to Florida in late October for school and work. The closest location to me is Bay Meadows in Jacksonville, FL. I never could find the information on the JF4U website neededed to cancel this membership. I would tell myself that I would workout at JF4U whenever I came back to Atlanta to visit family. I never had time to do this. Currently I am in Atlanta, and called the Canton Road location with the plan to go by and cancel this membership. I was given [protected] as the number to call to cancel. This is the number for National Fitness in Layton Utah. I called and got the instructions I needed to cancel. My issue with all of this: Why does JF4U not have the cancelation procedure on its website? I would have wrapped up this membership by last February with this information. I know the this is all stated in the membership form I signed. Between the high tempo of a new office, new work responsibilities, new household, and new classes, how does one identify that one document as soo important to seperate it out from all other paperwork one collects during a move? The JF4U website is there for the conveience of members. What good is it if it cannot provide the details for a member to end their business relationship? This is similar to the technique health clubs used 30 years ago, and 20 years ago, and 10 years ago to protect their income stream. Health clubs would ignore the obvious indicators of a dormant/abandoned account. In turn, this caused consumers to run up their credit card balances and ruin their credit over memberships they reasonably felt or thought were properly terminated at their club location, only to findout there were more steps in the process, and that these steps were obscured. I thought Just Fitness 4 U was better than this. JK

Went to this gym for about a year now. Have been promised repeatedly, that they were going to upgrade the facility, make improvements, get new equipment and start up a cardio theatre! Total BS...You can hardly find hand sanitizer in the dispensers, half the time, the paper towels are empty, the carpets are ripping up at the seams, God forbid someone trip over them and have a terrible accident. There are plenty of elderly people in the facility working out as well. Accident waiting to happen. The walls havent been painted probably since Golds opened up 10 yrs ago! Scuff marks, holes in walls, etc. I am speaking of the Alpharetta location, and repeatedly spoke with the manager who assured us that things were going to change, now that HE has taken over.
Found out a few days ago, they have spent over $10, 000 on a piece of equipment that you CANT EVEN USE unless you are working with a trainer. Place is a rip off and I have cancelled my membership!

Signed contract with Gold's Gym. Just Fitness 4 U bought out golds gym. They gave rates of $10 a day and i still pay $20. Took out the child care and aerobic classes. Also refused to let me keep my golds gym membership which I used more out of state since i traveled a lot for work. My contract was up June 16th and I haven't even lived within 300 miles of the gym for 2 months and sent in a letter to not renew. They said its auto renewing and have to give 60 days notice. So now I am paying for another 2 weeks. I had also had problems with Just fitness bought Golds because I didn't want to give up the golds privileged. my membership became more expensive then what the current rate at the gym was and became useless 50% of the time I needed to use it else where since my other card no longer worked. This place is a scam. I tried to cancel day one it was bought and they gave me stuff about complaining about 20 bucks a month. To me it wasn't the 20 a month it was the principle that I only signed up because I could use it in MI and NC as well as FL.

Ok, some of these reports are clearly total BS. I have had a membership to this gym for almost a year now, and aside from the $15 monthly fee, I have only received an additional $29 fee at the beginning of the new year (which they clearly told me would be the case). I have had no problems whatsoever, nor has there been any surprise charges.

As to the report above about being followed and assaulted by a member of management - gotta call BS on this. No employee is going to assault you for failing to have your picture taken to match your account. Secondly, there would not be an "ongoing investigation." If this actually happened, the individual would have been arrested on the spot for simple assault.

Joined gym two weeks prior to incident. Checked in at front desk with card and was ran down by front desk employee (assistant manager) because there was no picture on file for me. He cornered me in the locker room, pushed me, pointed his finger in my face and yelled expletives at me and said he was going to kick my a**. Called the police. Criminal investigation ongoing. Gym revoked my membership the same day because I called the police on their employee. Unprofessional and criminal! They should be firing the employee (assistant manager).‎

I agree completely. It is not $10 or even $15 dollars a month like they say. An additional charge of $34.99 or $29.99 is charged every month. It's misconcieving. DO NOT GO THERE!
