Juniper Visa/Barclar Bank of DE / Extremely difficult to deal with and impossible to get them to honor their obligations

Juniper is the most unyielding and disrespectful company as far as any credit card I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I purchased $3000 work of computer equipment from Apple under Juniper's 12 mo same as cash offering. Because apple ships from two different warehouses and therefore would bill an invoice twice, Juniper refuses to honor the second half of the invoice under the 12 month same as cash. I have called Apple, they tried, but I received little help, Juniper thwarted every effort we could come up with. I am surprised Barclay's is absorbing these clowns and hope that they take their new cues from the better service I've received from Barclays in the past. Also - shame on Apple for hooking up with these clowns. I would think a class act like apple would find a better finance partner than Juniper, who (and I have tried for 3 years to work with them) have done nothing but sully apple's reputation as a company who would partner with a quality provider
