Jumpin Jammerz onesie!

I got a gift for Christmas from my husband from Jumpin Jammerz and it was a one piece pajama. I wore it the first day and zipper broke after a couple of hours. Zipper was flimsy and thin. I tried e-mailing and no response. I have been looking for a phone number but I could not find a direct line to customer service.

BAD TRANSACTION! Never again!

Jumpin Jammerz lack of reply for return

My order 17455 showed up on a Friday 10/19.
On Saturday 10/20, I went to the website and asked for a RMA.
I have received NO reply from anyone.
I cannot find a valid phone number to call to discuss either.

The product received is NOT as advertised. It was advertised as white with gold stars.
They are the furthest thing from gold! They are a light poopy colored brown which will not work for what I need it to.

I have spent at least 2 hours total in trying to find a way to contact them to get my money refunded.

I was even will to discuss an exchange however I am so aggravated at this point I would not rather deal with this company any further after a refund is received.

Jumpin Jammerz Poor Customer Service

Their customer service phone mail is always conveniently full. They only give you 14 days to return items. There is no documentation that is shipped with the item so you cannot return it unless you can get them on the phone. Their shipping costs are ridiculous. I think it is someone working out of their basement. When you complain on their facebook site they block you.

I also ordered a set of pj's from this horrible excuse for a website, I made a purchase on Dec 6th for a gift for my girlfriend, I did not receive a order conformation email from them, which I found strange. I waited about two weeks to see if they would contact me at all and send me anything; i.e. a thank you email, a tracking number, a "your order has been shipped email, but no, they did not contact me at all. So I check my bank statement and sure enough they charged my account on Dec 7th. So I emailed them, and waited a few days and still did not receive any response, so I emailed them again and then began to call their so-called "customer service" number... no one ever answered. A few times the answering machine told me that the VM box was full! I left several messages and no one ever called me back. I find this unacceptable, this company basically stole my money. I called my bank yesterday and reported them, the bank returned my money. I am very disappointed, their products looked great, too bad they dont know how to run a business... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THAT WEBSITE.

Jumpin Jammerz After only 2 weeks they are falling apart

I remember when I was a kid LOVING my Onsies Pajamas... I would wear them so long and so hard my feet would shoot out the bottom and pitch a GIANT fit if my parents tried to get rid of them (And yes some how they got it done). So I was watching scrubs one day and watching a character wearing them so I hoped against hope they made them in my size. And after looking I found this company. I had some bought for me and within LITERALLY 2 days a rip happened at a seam. I thought to my self I may have been rough on them and could sow them up. Well it has been two weeks since I have owned them and there are Holes and tears all over the place that is due to POOR material. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't buy from them. The people on here that never got their orders are the lucky ones.

Jumpin Jammerz Stop! Do not purchase anything from them

I saw them on the ellen show so i thought it would be a reputable co. boy was i wrong.1st time they sent my order it was the co. fault the way the fabric was cut it was not a true fit from there sizing chart& admitted 2 there error but still made me pay 4 return shipping!2nd time it was sent the same thing happened with the size.AGAIN they wanted me to pay for the return shipping & if i wanted my money back i would have to still pay 4 the return & a stocking fee. I recomend NEVER DEAL WITH THIS CO.EVER!

Jumpin Jammerz customer service

Worst customer service ever. Do not order from these guys (or is it one guy in his mom's basement?). If for any reason you need to contact customer service, and chances are you will, you will be lucky to get a hold of anyone. Their voicemail boxes are conveniently always full, so you can't even leave a message. Your emails will go unanswered. I would like to comment more on how it goes once you get a hold of someone at the company, but unfortunately I've been trying for a week (10+ phone calls, 10+ emails) with no response. Reading some of the other complaints of course don't give me any confidence that once (if) I do get a hold of "customer service" they will be helpful. I really wish I would have reviewed these complaints and even their BBB rating before ordering. This is the first time I've ever felt compelled to leave an online complaint but I'm hoping I can save someone all the frustration I've had with jumpin jammerz. Please find another company to give your business to unless you like being ripped off.

I'm having the same problem as everyone else and at this point I've just about given up. I'm probably going to have to sell my pajamas on Ebay. I'll probably break even considering I'd have to pay return shipping plus a $7 restocking fee if I could actually get through on the phone.

I totally agree with this complaint. I too have been trying to reach them for well over a week regarding a return I want to make, left several voice messages as well as e-mails, work phone number and home phone numbers but no anwers back yet. VERY UPSET!

Jumpin Jammerz Incorrect Size

We ordered a size MEDIUM and received a size SMALL. Jumpin Jammers want us to pay for the return shipping and pay a $7.00 restocking fee.
We are contesting the charges with our credit card company.

ugggh! well I ordered a size small based on their sizing chart but need a medium. it took 2 weeks of constant calling, leaving messages, emails, and I finally got through to a person. (no, no one ever called me back from my messages left) . now I have to pay for shipping back and add $7 for restocking and shipping correct size back to me. (resulting in over $50 for pajamas) . Okay, lesson learned, I will make sure to look for and read return policies for everything I order from now on. I am just so use to only ordering from LLBEAN or AMAZON, which both have easy return process.
I'm afraid to return it now. Thinking about just forgeting the whole thing and ordering different pajamas from a reputable company with free shipping and clear cut return policy. I will NEVER order from here again and will be sure to tell everyone I know not to as well.

Jumpin Jammerz You won't get what you ordered

On November 28, 2009 I placed an order to be shipped as a Christmas gift. I ordered ORANGE frog pajamas, size Medium. On December 6, 2009, I reviewed my status and it showed my item still hadn't shipped. I tried calling the customer service line, but it went to voicemail. I then chatted online with a man named Robert. He stated they were on back order and will be shipped by 12/11. (Yet I never received any confirmation they were on back order). The next day, I spoke with a Maria K on the chat line, it was the worse customer service I ever experienced. There was no help confirming why my order hadn't been shipped or why no one told me the order was on back order. On December 9, 2009, I finally got through to Joe on the customer service line. Joe guarenteed that the order would be shipped by 12/11 and he promised me free overnight shipping since I had so many issues. On December 10, 2009, I received a tracking notice that my order shipped, HOWEVER, it did NOT go out overnight as PROMISED! I sent a message to Joe asking why I was not provided with the promised overnight shipping. I have still not received a phone call or explanation. On December 15, 2009 (18 days from my order date) the individual who I gave the pajamas to as a gift called me to thank me- she even sent me a picture of her in the PJ's. To my surprise (but not really since I've had HORRIBLE service the whole time) the pajamas that she was sent was NOT what I had ordered! They shipped her YELLOW frog PJ's---not the ORANGE ones that I ordered! I tried calling the customer service line many times on 12/15 to complain and ask for a full refund. I got voicemail twice and left 2 messages for a manager to call me. I never received any return calls. I also chatted online with a girl named Maria G. Maria was trying to be helpful and stated she put a request in for a full refund and that someone from the warehouse would call me in 24 hours. Surprise surprise- I still haven't received a phone call from the company to help me or confirm the refund. At this time, as far as I'm concerned, I still have NOT RECEIVED what I ORDERED. I want a full refund immediately- however, I can't get anyone on the phone to help me get the refund or confirm that I am entitled to one. I will continue to call and chat with customer service every day until I get my refund, however, I feel this will never end as they outsource their Customer Service to a company called MindMySite. The people trying to help you really can't because the real company of Jumpin Jammerz doesn't respond to their requests and complaints. Their CS people even complain about the service and company and just offer up the owners apparent phone number.

Jumpin Jammerz They do not deserve to be in business

DO NOT use this company. We received two pair pj's as christmas gifts. They were the wrong size. I paid to ship them back, put in writing the new order request, paid for the difference in price and wrote EXACTLY what address they should be sent to.

They totally screwed up the order and send only one pair to the address of the original purchaser who had to pay to ship it to us. Meanwhile, the 2nd pair is nowhere to be found.

I have called three times, emailed twice and have been told by a rude "manager" that there is nothing they can do. After I reminded him that I had done everything per their instructions and that the error was their fault, he told me someone from fulfillment would contact me. Never happened. I called again and spoke with a young man who was moderately helpful, but took 45 minutes to unravel the problem. He called me back one time to gather additional info and promised to call me back with a resolution to the problem. Never happened.

I've never experienced such poor customer service and such incompetence. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. There are plenty of other pajama retailers who value their customer and will make good on their promise. JumpinJammerz is not a professionally run or competent organization. They do not deserve to be in business.

I'm so tired of dealing with this company, I don't even want to type about it. But I will, and I want you to think of that effort when you decide whether or not to shop there.

I ordered a pair of pajamas from them on November 11. It is December 17 and I haven't received them. I wasn't even told that they were "backordered" until I inquired about them some three weeks later. They told me they'd ship absolutely by December 11. They did not.

I ranted. I raved. I wrote in bold type. No one even bothered to answer me. Think about that one for a minute. It tells me loud and clear that 1) they have too many complaints to really worry about one and 2) as a company, they don't really care about that fact. They sell overpriced pajamas and they've been steadily growing for years now.

I received an email yesterday saying that they had shipped via FedEx, with a tracking number. I just looked: they are scheduled to arrive December 23. That's cutting it rather close, and if they indeed arrive on that day it will be 43 days after I ordered them.

After reading numerous other jumpinjammerz complaints, I am now concerned that I may not receive the right size/pattern that I ordered and will be expected to ship the pajamas back to them at my expense. Do yourself a favor and patronize a better company than this.

Do not order from Jumpin Jammerz, unless you like pain!

Placed my order on 10/10/09. Paid for express shipping, and was told to expect the pajamas within 7 business days. My credit card was charged as soon as I placed my order, to ensure "Fast shipping". After 7 business days, a check on the website revealed that my order had never been shipped. Call was placed to the company, and I was told that they were sold out- even though my credit card had already been charged. I told them to cancel my shipping, and send it the regular route.

After two weeks, I called again to check on the status of my order, and was told that they still hadn't received their shipment, and that they hoped more would come in at the end of the week.

After two more weeks, I called again, and was told that I was in luck, my pajamas were in stock, and they would be shipped immediately.

After another week of no progress, I called again, and found out I was lied to by somebody working in their customer service - the pajamas were not in, and they didn't know when the next shipment was coming in. After that, I canceled my order, and demanded a refund.

Jumpin Jammerz took a week to refund me, with no apologies.

I suspect that Jumpin Jammerz is in some serious financial troubles, please be wary of ordering from this company. I would suggest going to an alternate source for Pajamas.

When you order pj's on this website, be aware that this business is poorly managed and service is bad:

- pj's with manufacturing defaults

- after waiting for 2 weeks and calling the customer service, I was told my order was not in stock and would take at least another month to arrive. Upon my question why I was not informed about that, I was told that "our system doesn't allow us to do that". So basically when you orderm you never know when you will get your order: it might be a week or a month or more

- every order so far (I have made three) had something going wrong: 1. pj's with manufacturing default 2. not in stock - still waiting for it to arrive- I was told it's on a boat coming from China ! 3. I received the wrong pj's - instead of the kisses I received skulls. Upon complaining the customer service basically told me I could only get the right order after sending in the wrong pj's. Result: lots of hasle and paying for shipping costs for another mistake made by jumpin jammerz. I insisted this was ridiculous but upon checking with the owner, I was told by the customer service that this was the only way.

It is clear that this business is managed poorly. Reading other customers reviews it is clear that they all have similar experiences. Conclusion: DO NOT ORDER WITH JUMPIN JAMMERZ ! SERVICE IS HORRIBLE.

I received and sent back pajamas from Jumpin Jammerz as they did not fit right. It has been over a month and they still have not credited my account. I have called to follow up and they will not call back . I do not think I will get my money back. Terrible company, terrible business, do not buy from them.
