Jumiaparcel delivery

I am Professor Ndifreke UDONWA with Order number [protected] and Parcel number MPDS - [protected] - 2506 that arrived Calabar before 26th November 2018. Mr Paul Bassey (+[protected]) sent a message and I called him to guide him to where I was. He request that I should call him the following day 27th November which I did. Since then I have been receiving daily messages of failed delivery and today, 3rd December 2018, the message changed to "unable to deliver" whereas attempt has not been made to deliver. I am very disappointed. I have lost the essence of the Order. Kindly advise the immediate delivery of the order which I had paid fully for. Also mind the quality of staff you recruit for your services.
