Jumia parcel delivery

I am Professor Ndifreke UDONWA with Order number [protected] and Parcel number MPDS - [protected] - 2506 that arrived Calabar before 26th November 2018. Mr Paul Bassey (+[protected]) sent a message and I called him to guide him to where I was. He request that I should call him the following day 27th November which I did. Since then I have been receiving daily messages of failed delivery and today, 3rd December 2018, the message changed to "unable to deliver" whereas attempt has not been made to deliver. I am very disappointed. I have lost the essence of the Order. Kindly advise the immediate delivery of the order which I had paid fully for. Also mind the quality of staff you recruit for your services.

Jumia phone htc

i have a complain to make here.september last yr i ordered a phone from jumia kenya make htc, within a month it started shutting down indefinitely, rebooting every time, i cant even watch a video because of rebooting problems... the same month the charger stopped charging without any physical interference, followed by earphones, i have been up and down with it until now it is not even charging with other chargers and it is very selective, am very disappointed because i bought the phone 18000 kenyan shillings...tell me what should i do...my email

Jumia I am complaining about service

Dears,
Kindly be informed that i have not recieved my first item in ordrer #[protected] till now although i contact you by call and e-mail without any response due to bad customer service.
Could you please contact me or reply me to explain why my order be late.
Please take necessary action to deliver the remind item which cause me very upset from JUMIA because it is not the first time to late my orders.

Jumia unethical behaviour (delay in delivering my item)

Hello, I ordered for some items with order number [protected] since on the 13th of this month (November) and only two out of the three items have been delivered. I need my remaining item with immediate effect and its important or a refund of my item. I've been told that the item has been fulfilled since on the 19th of this month (November) and now the item can't be tracked.

Jumia non delivery of my desktop, phone that uses sim card already paid for

I am Hassan Adesola with mobile number [protected], I ordered and paid for a landphone that uses sim card since 15th Nov 2018.I am yet to receive it.This was the message sent by one of your agent on 22nd Nov 2018.'Dear Hassan I'm Ayoola Adekoya from jumia (Tel:[protected]).I'll call to plan the delivery of your package MPDS-[protected]-9278 today. Carry your ID.Till now I'm still waiting, I even called the no but it's not going through. Kindly expedite action. Thanks

Jumia I am reporting one of your agents as he refused to deliver my blender order no-[protected]

Below is this message sent by jumia containing the information of the agent who ought to bring my product latest by 22nd as it was ordered on the 17th Nov..

Dear Victoria, I'm Mernyi Arnold from Jumia (tel. [protected]). I'll call to plan delivery of your package [protected]-3547 today. Carry your ID..

The above named person called me at 10pm today to bring the Blender I ordered but suddenly hang up and promised to come back. Well, don't know why he did that.

Since then, I have been calling and waiting for him to arrive but all to no avail. He eventually picked my around 4:00pm that he would be coming to my place shortly but never showed up. My appointment for yesterday was cancelled because I had to wait for him to come as promised and my order wasn't delivered.

What do I do or who do I talk to as I am very displeased with the poor service and dont know if my blender would still be delivered.

Jumia order number [protected]

It was prepaid kind of order.
I have paid and it suppose to be delivered between Tuesday to Friday.
On the page, it has not yet being fulfilled talkless of shipping or delivery.
What is the problem?
I need a feedback to know when I will have it in the city of Akure.
This is the first time of doing the prepaid package and it seems am disappointed.
Many other orders which aren't prepaid have been delivered.

Jumia order and payment notification not recognized

Please, check the statement of my account to verify my payment for the order I made yesterday. I want to cancel the order. I'm tired of explaining again and again to your agents about it.
I didn't get any number for the order because nobody could verify it on your system that I placed an order not to talk of paying for it.
Moreover, I want you to put me through on how to place an order using the Jumia app and how to make payment using jumiapay.

Jumia poor delivery

I ordered for a gas cooker and paid for delivery only for me to receive a call on the 19th of November, from a UPS agent, asking me to come and pick it up. I told them I had paid for my package to be delivered and they replied, telling me that could not deliver it since they have no car and that was why I was asked to pick it up. If I was to pick it up, why then would I pay such an amount for delivery. I'm asking for a refund of my delivery fee since it was not delivered.

Jumia blender and delivery service

I ordered some items on Jumia and prepaid via jumiapay. Items are being delivered in parts.
The crux of my writing is the poor delivery service and product handling. THE BLENDER WASN'T SEALED, CARTON WAS DAMAGED AND THERE WAS NO FREE GIFT INSIDE AS INDICATED ON THE DAMAGED CARTON when it was delivered this morning coupled with the fact that the delivery agent was calling around 6pm in the evening to make delivery. I thought delivery time is 9am-5pm daily. THE ORDER DETAILS IS ATTACHED IN THE PICTURE BELOW

Jumia complaint.. clothing

After 5 days of paying my order through fawry the amount of 2900LE ...I received an email that 5 items of my order were cancelled, second thing, I received completely different color of the jacket of my daughter, when I talked to one of Jumia's agent, they said I had the right to return it and I did ...what hapoened is I found the carrier came back after taking the item from me and said they refused to return as the item does not match ...third thing the last package I received it had one of the item I did not order so they replaced what I order with something I did not order ...so please I need your help to resolve the issue

Jumia voucher with code ap4513141

I got this voucher some weeks ago after a used headphone was delivered to me and i complained. I have been having payment issues while trying to use the voucher and ive left it for some weeks as i was told it would reset after 24 hrs but its still saying invalid voucher code and i was tols it is valid for 90 days
Please i need this to be looked into critically. Thanks

Jumia gold plated wedding ring at the price of 3500.

I ordered for3 sets of gold plated wedding ring from jumia thinking each set will come as single, unfortunately when the order arrived, I discovered they were 3 pieces of ring in each set. And I sent a message to return 2 sets since I can't wear all the three sets of wedding ring at once also I spoke with a customer service attendance on this issue and I was told they will pick it up till now I haven't seen the agent that will pick it up. More so the product of my purchase seem to be fake cos it immediately changed colour just in one wear. I still wonder why jumia will not test and confirm the originality of a product before showcasing to the general public as this can tanish the image of this company .pls do some thing about my case.

Jumia I am complaining about customer care line [protected]

I made an order today(09/11/18) between the hours of 1:00 to 1:10 pm.
I was given the order number [protected].
I was told I will receive a call to confirm my order in two hours time.
The call came in some minutes after 2 hours which I missed.
I have been trying so many times to return the call in order to confirm my order but all my attempts is proven futile.
The operator keeps redirecting my calls yet I don't get to speak to anyone.

Jumia ordered number [protected] washing machine

Ordered number [protected] washing machine, 2 items (washing machine and binatone standing fan) was ordered and paid by my husband whereas the the standing fan has been delivered we are yet to receive the washing machine, while tracking it the morning we saw it has been delivered whereas we have not received any washing machine. Please for heaven's sake if you don't want the entire life of Jumia to perish kindly deliver this item on or before close of work today On else I will spread it to the whole wide world that we have been duped by Jumia, which am very sure you understand what am insinuating.

Jumia infinix hot 6 smart phone

I made a recent order which I did on 2nd November, 2018. Currently, I have not received the order which includes an Infinix Smart Phone; and I have been debited. But one Usman Ondachi came on the 6th November, 2018 to deliver my package which he claimed not to have taken along with him. Jumia feeling down played.. for order [protected]

I ordered that product and payed confirmed everything.the delivery scheduled Saturday was due only for a call to be made late that the product Will not be delivered!is jumia becoming too good for it clients.i HV ordered from you for year's, even as we speak I HV other two products payed for!I want good explanation for this, am disgusted by such behavior![protected]..for order [protected]

Jumia rechargeable solar lamp

on 02/10/2018, I ordered a rechargeable solar lamp and prepaid via JumiaPay through my Diamond Bank. My account was debited in the sum of N3, 325. Jumia however sent me a mail that they are unable to process payment for my order and itemized reasons there under. They asked that I call [protected]/[protected] in case any amount was debited from my account, which I did. The person who responded to my complain asked me to contact my bank.
I complained to my bank for revert of the amount debited. The bank reply after some days that transaction was successful. I went back and asked that they review the complain once again, and I was replied some days later that transaction was successful.
Kindly review this at your end and refund the amount please.

I received an email that my pakage is on route for delivery with agent it said:

(أنا Mohamed Khaled من شركة Jumia . سأقوم بتوصيل شحنتك GTS366218222154717 اليوم. سوف أتصل بك فى اقرب وقت لترتيب الموعد. برجاء التواصل معى على [protected] إذا كان لديك أى سؤال عن موعد التوصيل)
And suddenly i received a message on my mobile phone that it was not delivered?

(Dear Ahmed, Your cash refund is completed for order [protected]. For any issue, please email us on jumia.com.eg/contact)

Now i wNt to know what happened and why my order is not delivered after waiting 2 weeks to get it.
