Jumiaorder and payment notification not recognized

Please, check the statement of my account to verify my payment for the order I made yesterday. I want to cancel the order. I'm tired of explaining again and again to your agents about it.
I didn't get any number for the order because nobody could verify it on your system that I placed an order not to talk of paying for it.
Moreover, I want you to put me through on how to place an order using the Jumia app and how to make payment using jumiapay.
