julias bra shop Avoid at all cost: they stole your money

I found Julia's bra shop while surfing the Net. I ordered 3 bras and 3-4 weeks after was still waiting for my order to arrive. I called them and they told me they were waiting for ont of the item and that they would send me everything all together. 1 1/2 after I ordered ir eceived my package: there were only 2bras in it... and no refund for the third one. Also, one was defective. I called them and they told me to return the defective bras and they would refund me for 2 bras. I returned the bras the same day and I NEVER received any refund. I kept writing to them and they were answering that they were just employees and they had sent my request to the owner. I never got any news from them even after emailing to owner (found the adress in Paypal). It was too late to ask Paypal for a refund and they litteraly stole my money. I am in Canada an I do not know *** to declare that to the US authorities.

julias bra shop fraud

I have had a similar experience with this company. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! I place an order back on March 5th and never received the items that I ordered. I called customer service 2 weeks later inquiring about the order, after multiple emails with no response. I was informed that only 2 of the items in my order were in stock. I was informed that I could cancel the order or have the 2 items sent to me and my account price adjusted. I chose to have the 2 items sent. Believing they were a trusting company. I shouldn't have though, since the excuse the person gave me for not getting back to my previous emails was that the company did not have email or phone service for 2 weeks- poor excuse! Unfortunately, I still did not receive these items. So I emailed them two weeks later explaining I never received my items and just wanted a refund on my credit card. I received an email response saying that they would be happy to refund my card and it would take at least 10 days. Well that was a month ago! No refund and my credit card, which was charged $117.93 on 3/5/10 still has not been adjusted. Today I emailed them and made multiple attempts to call them- only answering machines- I left 2 nasty messages threating to report them to my credit card fraud department, BBB, and the North Carolina Dept. of Justice Consumer Protection Division if my card was not credited by the end of the week. I just received an email from them saying that they were sorry it has taken so long, there is nothing the warehouse can do, and they will report this issue to the owner and get back to me. Well if this matter is not cleared up they can be sure I will report them and send them emails and phone messages daily until I get my money back! They took my money for services never received- they are frauds and thieves!

ON MAY 16, 2009 I ORDERED A SHAPEWEAR FROM JULIAS BRA SHOP.IT IS JUNE 10 AND I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY ITEM AND I CAN NOT GET A RESPONSE FROM THE COMPANY.I LEFT FOUR EMAILS AND HAVE CALLED THE 800 NUMBER THAT APPARTENTLY IS NOT IN THE SAME BULIDING AS THE ACTUALLY COMPANY.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEB SITE IT IS A TOTAL RIP -OFF.PLEASE DONT TAKE THE CHANCE.THYE SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS.

I have had the same UNFORTUNATE experience. These people are thieves and should be behind bars. They just take your money and don't send the purchased items.

julias bra shop Scam

Ordered four bras on 5/17/09 totaling $102.95. Made payment with Bank of America card via Paypal. Payment cleared on 5/18/09.
Opened a complaint dispute and claim on 5/27/09 after multiple attempts to get in touch with the seller. On 5/29/09 I received the following in an email from the seller: "There was a delay in shipping your order. Your order has now been
processed and we have expedited the shipment. You should receive your
order in 7 business days. We want to thank you for your patience and
apologize for this delay."
On 6/5/09 I received an email from USPS Services with the following: "This ship notification is being sent to you by the U.S. Postal Service at the request of JULIAS BRA SHOP. If the "Shipped To" address information is not correct, please contact the Shipper.", along with a tracking number.
On 6/10/09 I received the package from the seller but the order was not complete, only two bras were sent. And there was a note inside the package stating that the backordered items would be sent shortly. There was no invoice or any other paperwork in the package.
At this point I emailed Paypal and told them not to close out the claim as the order was not complete. I also emailed the seller but only got a response from Paypal on 6/13.
On 6/13/09 I received an email from Paypal with the following text: "Our investigation into your claim is complete. As stated in our User
Agreement, the claims process only applies to the shipment of goods. It
does not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of goods
received. Therefore, we are unable to reverse this transaction or issue a
refund."
Basically all Paypal cared about was the fact that the seller sent me a package with a tracking number. Paypal didnt care wether the box was emty or not.
I then closed out my Paypal account because of this.
My next step is to contact Bank of America to see if they can get the remaining money back for the two items I have not received.
I just hope no one else has to go through this trouble, from Julias Bra Shop.

Do Not Shop With these Crooks!
I purchased several items from this vendor on Dec 2009 and did not receive the order until Feb2010.
Upon opening the box I discovered they shipped an incomplete order and scribbled in pen "Out of Stock" next to the missing item.
Since then I have been actively trying to recieve a refund and been given the run around. I have sent four emails and made NUMEROUS phone calls only to have made contact with an actual person twice who made empty promises that I would receieve my refund.
DO NOT SHOP HERE! These people are scam artists. I only wish I looked them up before I shopped with them. Thankfully I used paypal to make the purchase and after filing a complaint with them they gave me a refund.

Never received items and was charged immediately and company never returned phone calls, emails or letter. Never had any communication with anyone once my credit card was charged. They rip people off and are dishonest! Beware!

I too made an order in early September 2009. It has been 18 days still no merchandise. I sent inquiry but was told it take 14 days to ship. It was the 14th and I order on the 1st. Now the 18th! I am not feeling the love for Juliasbrashop.com.

julias bra shop refund refused for returned items

I purchased 6 bras from Julia's bra shop in January using Paypal. They were mailed USPS and I received them on January 29, 2009. I did not like 4 of the bras and contacted JBS to receive a RMA. I returned the items via USPS and they were delivered on Feb 6, 2009 to JBS.

As of February 27, 2009 I am still waiting on a refund of $78.87.

Paypal refuses to file a claim or issue a refund

the JBS website no longer exists (www.juliasbrashop.com) but I keep receiving ad emails from them (last one was Feb 21, 2009).

I have contacted my bank and asked them to reverse the charges.

I too got ripped by this scam artist. I still cannot believe that they still have a website up and running. Oh how I wish I had read the reviews before making a purchase (and yes they took my money and I never received any merchandise). What a scam is all I can say.

I bought bra's from this company and was lucky enough to recieve what I ordered. Twice I have had to return items but only was issued credit for one of the 'returns, LUCKY ME! The second time I returned
some bra's was 15 May 2009 and after repeated emails and telephone calls to 'customer service?, I am still waiting for my credit of $48.71. As my emails became more angry, they finally dropped me from their email notices.
On 13 July 2009 I contacted the Better Business Bureau of Northwest North Carolina who then contacted Julia's Bra Shop. Julia's Bras did not respond to the BBB so after 30 days, the BBB closed out my complaint although my complaint will stay on their records for 3 years. Lot's of good that will do me or others!
BUYER BEWARE! If you receive your order and it is what you want, you are very lucky indeed. If you need a refund...FORGET IT! I AM OUT $48.71 and there is not a thing I can do except add my name to the list of suckers who ordered from this fly by night stealing company!

They have been awful to buy from! They were a month late and lied the whole time about when it had shipped and when I recieved my refund. Don't buy from them!

AFTER ordering with them for one item and received an email saying that there was a delay on my order, I sent their customer service a message asking how long the delay was going to be because I needed the garment for my wedding, I didn't recieve a response back. A few days later I did some research on them and found that they either shipped wrong products, shipped them to late, or didn't ship them at all. I sent a complaint to the BBB two days ago, I also informed them that I had done this and if I didn't recieve a refund or my product by the middle of next week I was going to get into contact with their local law inforcement because what they are doing is illegal. I just recieved an email from them and the usps today that my order has been shipped. If it isn't the right product and I do not get a refund for my money, you can bet your a** I will be incontact with the local law inforcement because they need to be shut down!

I too am concerned. I have tried to call the customer service # and got a recording that the mail box is full and they hung up. It has been awhile since I ordered this and still have not received this item. I thought that maybe it was taking longer because I live in Alaska, but I am thinking otherwise reading the article's of complaint here. I will keep trying to get a hold of them, and I am still waiting for my package. I wish I would have seen these complaints before I tried this site. I may have saved myself a lot of heartache.

Beware beware. Do not buy from this company. They are a rip off. I recently had the same thing to happen to me. I'm currently having to go through paypal claim process and file a BBB complaint in order to get my refund. This company is not worth the hassle.

Julia's Bra Shop should be renamed to Julia's Rip Off Shop. That's all they are. I have tried since March 10th to get my order, and so far I've been unsuccessful. I talked to Shannon March 25th and April 8th. I spoke with Letisha April 14th and 20th and May 2nd and 4th. Everytime I got a promise that I would probably receive my order by Friday. Now it's May 12th, and Friday hasn't gotten here yet! PLEASE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH JULIA'S UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO THROW AWAY. How I wish I would have read the internet before ordering from this bunch of clowns. If you do order from them, don't say you weren't warned.

I too am having an issue. At first I was thinking it was just an isolated incident, but after reading all of the complaints, I see itis not! I bought 4 bras in February 2009. My credit card was charged for all 4! About 1 and 1/2 weeks later I received a call from Julia's saying the bra's were on back order and should be in in 3 weeks and they would ship them upon arrival. Ok, no problem I thought. Well it is ow nearing the end of April and I have no bra's, and cannot contact anyone. I try to call the customer service number and I get a recording that says mail bow is full and hangs up on me. I have emailed them twice now...again no response! I can't even find a physical address for them to call information to get a local number for them. I am pretty sure I paid by credit card instead of Paypal (hopefully), so I am going to call them and see if they will take the charge off my card! We'll see.

I, too, am having problems with JBS. I returned 3 pairs of panties March 10, 2009, and am constantly being told they're checking on the order, hold on. Of course, no one returns to the phone. They the phone, never saying Julia's Bra Shop, just Customer Service, please hold...no one comes back to the phone. Some common excuses: we're trying to see if we can get the item for the same price, when did send the item back, please hold I'm getting supervisor, can you call back at 1pm, and it goes on and on and on, without resolution. I AGREE WITH EVERYONE ABOVE, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE! I'm contacting my bank, too, to try and get the charges reversed.
