Hi there, I visited your CapeGate branch on Monday 9 Jan . I made a booking for a Mani and a Medi Pedi for 5pm when I arrived the consultant told me their boss only booked me for a Medi Pedi and that she on a regular basis book treatments wrong. After waiting for 15 min a therapist Kayla assisted me with a manicure. I was then helped by another lady for my Medi Pedi and by this time it was after 6pm and I could clearly see that my Medi Pedi was being rushed because the store close at 7pm. I am very unhappy with the end result of my medi pedi. I am a loyal Sorbet customer for years and have always experienced good service.
