I am receiving a transaction on my credit card stating "BURRULA INC III [protected]". I have no idea where the billing is coming from and would like assistance on this please.

    I have had the same thing happen to me and no matter how much I call that number I can never get through and can not leave a message by hitting the pound key. I don't know what it is or why I got it. Their message says to check the URL in front of their number, which there is none other than Burrula Inc. III or check the website that I ordered from. What site, I have no idea what it could be. They make it very difficult. I don't know what to do to get them to stop and refund my money since I can't reach them. Anyone know how?
